Guest Reviews
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - No No
- Elguja (1/5): Bad -
- Stefano (8/5): Not too bad - The position is only 10 min on walking to the center and 5 min to the station. Missed the toilet paper and the fridge didn’t work very well
- Joaquin (1/5): They have scammed me and my family, made us spend a night somewhere else without explanation and being rude to us. the b - They have scammed me and my family, the bed was broken, the place was dirty and they never apologized or tried to do anything. They said they were gonna give us a refound and never did. DO NOT STAY HERE
- Monica (6/5): Pleasant - / Location
wi-fi didn't work
- Gemma (1/5): Bad - There was no WiFi available, no towels, no shower door, the fridge didn’t work. It was in a really bad area and we felt unsafe walking around. The owner did not speak any language other than Italian.
- Jenna (6/5): Friendly and helpful host but not very comfortable stay, wouldn’t do more than 1 night, under delivered however was chea - Host was helpful, let us in late after our flight delay.
Good location close to centre. No toilet paper or toilet seat
No breakfast although stated breakfast included
Sleeper couch downstairs not suitable for adult, could feel the springs and bars fully through the mattress.
Told we could store bags for free but had to pay €5 per bag the next morning.
- Sahameh (2/5): Very poor - The apartment is nice itself but the location is not good at all.
- Chathuri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nancy (1/5): Sadly the worst experience so far. - Nothing good on this apartment 💔 When we did arrive the apartment was dirty still and the host asked us to come back later for them to clean ( we arrived around 4 pm).
There was 3 of us and we all had to sleep in the same bed as there wasn’t enough sheets and pillows for the **very very uncomfortable sofa bed**, the fridge didn’t work at all and there is not microwave, there is no seat on the toilet and the door on the shower is missing as well, we weren’t offered any breakfast (supposed included).
The neighbourhood seems to be a very dangerous area, we did really fast walking to the central station since we all felt not safe!
- Matthew (1/5): Do your research on places to stay before you book in Naples. - On a positive, it was clean, the WiFi worked and the bed was comfy. This accommodation is unsuitable for people with access issues. There are no smoke detectors in the property. There were no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. The water pressure for the shower was hit and miss, and for the larger person getting in / out of the shower would be an issue. The biggest issue with this property, is the location. In the early hours the bin men come to empty the bins and the noise is awful, it sounds like it's right outside the window, and that's because they are. The property is not well insulated from external noises. Dogs barking and vehicle alarms are audible. Breakfast consisted of biscuits and brioche with nutella, which was put in the kitchen cupboard. I should have researched the areas of Naples to stay in before I booked this accommodation, as it location near the Central railway station is an area where tourists are not advised to stay.
- Nicolás (9/5): Recommended - Super clean comfy and warm staff Breakfast delayed
- Antonio (6/5): I do not recommend it! - My arrival was late and they welcomed me, the accommodation was clean. I went with my partner and my son and we all 3 had to sleep in the same bed because the socama had no sheets or pillows, the fridge didn't work and supposedly they offer you breakfast and they don't give you anything, I stayed there 5 nights and it wasn't comfortable I wouldn't stay there again.
- Gerjan (7/5): Cheap cozy appartement, bad neighbourhood - It's a very cozy little appartement, for a good price. Very clean, although the lady did not speak any English, we felt very welcome. The neighbourhood and the breakfast (there wasn't any). Our wallet was stolen when we were les then two minutes in the neighbourhood! Its a very (poor) criminal area and we did not feel safe at all. We actually did very fast walking to the Piazza. Because we did not feel safe!
- Zuzana (7/5): - definitely reccomend for short-term stay - we do not recommend apartment for 3 person - best for couple (uncomfortable - fine breakfast
coffee
safe door, camera
many towels
new clean apartment
close to the train station wardrobe/cabinet missing
cockroaches from the street
uncomfortable sofa for sleeping!!
did not call us back when we wanted to check-out…
felt not so safe in the street where the apartment was located
- John (7/5): close to station, interesting area, good value for money - Close to station. Very clean. Very secure. No seat on the toilet.
Electric cooker kept beeping all night. Host try to fix but didn't succeed.
- Mateusz (9/5): Great - Location was great. Place is perfect for short citybreak. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They provided everything we needed. Breakfasts were also very nice.
- Veera (8/5): Very good -
- Nicola (6/5): Pleasant - Nice clean space .
They gave us water , coffee pods .met on arrival .
Breakfast pastries nice . The area wasn't good for 3 females .Didnt feel safe as lots of groups of men hanging around shops, corners .Very intimidating
Didn't know the area when we booked sadly .
Did feel safe once in the property
Camera alarm went off and cooker kept alarming
We had to wait 3 hours for someone to come later at night th cooker stopped but couldn't fix alarm .so electric turned off for night !.
The lady was apologetic .
- Noor (10/5): Best place to stay in Naples on a budget hosted by two cool brothers Umbirito and Massimiliano. - Everything! The apartment is newly renovated with completely new electronics (AC, mini fridge, TV, Stove, Oven, coffee machine). We were only the second guests since the property started hosting so we were super happy with the cleanliness. The property is 10 minutes walk from the Napoli Grand Centrale station. 13 minutes walk gets you to one of the oldest pizzeria in town (Pizzeria de Michelle,1850). The hosts Massimiliano and Umbirito are super cool guys who made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. They even brought fresh breakfast early morning and also provided coffee, cookies, etc. I will be sure to stay here again when I visit Naples in the future.
