• Bettina (10/5): Rundum ein Genuss - Als Wanderer auf der Via Francigena haben wir diese komfortable Übernachtung mit eigener kleiner Terrasse überaus genossen. Das Haus ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen und ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und sehr sauber. Mit nackten Füßen im kurz geschnittenen Rasen laufen und das mitgebrachte Abendessen in der Abendsonne auf der Terrasse einnehmen - eine Wohltat. Am Morgen wurden wir mit einem prima Frühstück versorgt und dann zu unserer großen Freude zum Ausgangspunkt des Weitwanderweges gefahren. Wir danken für diesen Service! Das Hinauslaufen zur Unterkunft ist für Fußgänger etwas weit, dafür ist die Freude über das schöne Anwesen bei Ankunft umso größer.

Direkt hinter dem Garten befindet sich ein wunderschönes Vogelschutzgebiet (Lago die Sibolla). Das B&B befindet sich direkt am Via Francigena (Alternativroute). Wir wären auch an die Hauptroute hingefahren worden. Wir könnten unser Auto während unserer Wanderung nach Siena gegen eine geringe Parkgebühr sicher abstellen.

• Maria (10/5): 10/10! - Todo increíble! El lugar es hermoso, tranquilo y fácil de encontrar. La habitación era cómoda e igual a las fotos. Grazia fue muy amable y atenta, con excelentes recomendaciones. El desayuno fue riquísimo y variado. Recomiendo este lugar!

Confort et accueil , en pleine nature - Sibolla Holiday est situé dans une vieille ferme soigneusement rénovée au milieu de la nature et des oliviers; l'accueil le cadre la piscine et la qualité des prestations sont au top. Les chambres spacieuse sont soigneusement rénové en gardant les vieilles pierres et en ajoutant de la couleur jaune et de la décoration donnent une âme à ce lieu. La literie est très confortable, l'équipement de salle de bains de bonne qualité. Une grande piscine au milieu de la verdure est accessible aux résidents, mais parfois aussi aux visiteurs du secteur. A signaler la possibilité d'une balade à pied vers le lac de Sibolla, Zone protégée pour la faune et la flore. Ce qui fait la différence à Sibolla c'est peut-être la qualité de l'accueil de Grazia et de sa famille, fait de bonne humeur, d'attentions à tous vos besoins, le tout avec un grand sourire communicatif ! Nous reviendrons volontiers lors d'un prochain passage dans la région
• Paolo (10/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso - Posto incantevole, camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale sempre disponibile e attento alle mie esigenze. Ottima colazione dolce e salata. Consiglio di soggiornare qui, ci ritornerò sicuramente per più giorni perché un solo giorno è stato poco. Un saluto a tutti, specialmente alla mascotte Nina.
• Pascal (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt, klare Empfehlung - Fazit nach drei Übernachtungen: Wir können uns den anderen sehr guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Unterkunft gehört zu den besten, die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes in der Region hatten. Tolle Gastgeber, ruhige Umgebung, inmitten der Natur und ein süßer Hund. Perfekt für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca oder Florenz gelegen. Auch das Bett und die Dusche waren besser als in anderen entsprechenden Unterkünften. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

La stanza era ampia, molto pulita e il bagno davvero confortevole. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta: ci hanno fornito ottime indicazioni su dove pranzare e cenare nella zona. Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

• Josef (10/5): Ein Paradies mitten in der Toskana - Der Empfang und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin und ihrer Familie war überwältigent. Wir haben auf unserer Wanderung auf der Via Francigena hier übernachtet. Es ist ein wunderschönes weitläufiges Landgut..Beim hervorragenden liebevollen Frühstüch im Freien fühlt man sich wie ein König. Es gab überhaupt nichts auszusetzen.
• Laura (9/5): Thuiskomen op een groene plek bij een onwijs lieve en gezellige familie! - Sibolla Holidays heeft een perfecte ligging. Het is rustig, een mooie groene omgeving maar toch centraal gelegen en dicht in de buurt van Pistoia, Lucca en Pisa. Het terrein wordt heel netjes onderhouden door de eigenaren, daar wordt tijd en liefde ingestopt. Het zwembad is prachtig en schoon en er zijn voldoende ligbedden met parasol. Wij hebben een aantal dagen genoten van het zwembad en de broodjes/salade service die ze aanbieden. De kamers zijn groot, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De lieve familie die Sibolla Holidays runt is gastvrij, lief en warm. Je kan ze alles vragen, ze hebben goede tips voor parkeren, restaurantjes en leuke activiteiten in de buurt. Hun lieve hondje Nina, heeft ons hart gestolen. Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen en relaxen. We vinden het belangrijk om eerlijk te zijn en mee te geven dat het bed waar wij op sliepen enorm kraakte. Dit was niet zo prettig. Ook willen wij als tip geven om iets vaker een handdoeken wissel te doen. Wij verbleven 4 nachten en kregen na 3 dagen nieuwe handdoeken. Wij hadden er bijvoorbeeld zelf voor gekozen om dit halverwege het verblijf te doen. Tenslotte had voor ons het ontbijt wat gevarieerder en uitgebreider gemogen; we miste fruit en lekkere verse vleeswaren.

Mooie uitvalbasis voor bezoekjes aan Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Livorno en Montecatini! Aanrader!! Helemaal biets
• Aurora (8/5): nel verde e nella tranquillità - Location bellissima, circondata da ulivi, in una città che permette di raggiungere Pisa, Lucca e Firenze. Struttura piccola, con poche camere,per un vero soggiorno toscano tranquillo. Ciò che distingue questo posto è la gentilezza e cordialià del personale, perchè sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi anche per consigli e suggerimenti. La piscina chiude alle 18 o giù di li, e la colazione è da ordinare "à la carte" la sera prima, quindi non è a buffet, forse per ridurre gli sprechi, peccato perchè una colazione a buffet, con torte casalinghe sarebbe stata la ciliegina sulla torta del soggiorno.

• Vera (9/5): Onwijs genoten, ik kan het idereen aanraden - Het was heerlijk rustig, de tuin is idyllisch. het zwembad was ideaal. De hosts waren heel erg lief en behulpzaam. Bij het ontbijt onthouden ze dat je peper en zout wilt bij je eitje. We konden ze altijd een appje sturen met vragen en hadden een mooie lijst met aanbevelingen! De kamer zijn niet erg modern, maar dat zou ook niet echt passend zijn op zo’n locatie. Het was wel erg schoon en goed onderhouden.

• Marijn (10/5): Perfect verblijf met superlieve hosts! - Alles was perfect aan de accommodatie. De hosts zijn ontzettend lief, staan altijd voor je klaar, maken een praatje, geven je tips etc. De kamer is heel schoon en is van alles voorzien. Daarnaast is de locatie prachtig, de villa ligt op een groot stuk land vol met olijfbomen en heeft een gunstige ligging om Toscane te ontdekken. -
• Jasper (10/5): Fijn verblijf op een rustige, schone plek - Het is een rustige plek waar je heerlijk tot rust kan komen. De kamer was groot en schoon. Het zwembad is heerlijk verkoelend! Ook het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en de lunch is lekker en goed betaalbaar. De plek is een goede uitvalbasis voor leuke uitstapjes in Toscane. De eigenaar geeft hiervoor goede tips! Niets.
• Jonás (10/5): La escapada perfecta: paz, belleza y hospitalidad - Nos gustó absolutamente TODO!! Le damos no un 10, ¡sino un 100 a nuestra estancia en Sibolla Holidays! No sé ni por dónde empezar a describir este paraíso… un lugar idílico del que no te querrías ir nunca. Lo primero que hay que destacar son ellos: Grazie, Michele, sus hijos y la encantadora perrita Nina. Una familia adorable que te acoge como si fueras parte de su propia casa. Son amables, cercanos, atentos y muy profesionales. Lo que han creado aquí es simplemente mágico. El entorno es otro regalo: rodeado de naturaleza, de olivos, del sonido de los pájaros… privacidad y desconexión total. Un lugar perfecto para relajarse y descansar de verdad. Aquí se respira paz, tranquilidad, buen ambiente… y, además, todo está cuidado con un nivel de detalle que sorprende: limpio, bonito, acogedor… cada rincón está pensado para que disfrutes al máximo tu estancia. Nuestra habitación era perfecta: de tamaño ideal, luminosa, con un porche privado para salir a leer, tomar algo o simplemente relajarse al aire libre. Dormimos de maravilla todas las noches: sin ruidos, con una cama comodísima y una temperatura perfecta. La piscina es súper agradable y, aunque también pueden venir personas de fuera, el ambiente siempre es tranquilo, con gente relajada. Las hamacas, cada una con su sombrilla, son comodísimas y están perfectamente dispuestas para disfrutar sin agobios. Y los desayunos… ¡buenísimos! Todo casero, variado, de calidad, y preparado con muchísimo cariño. Todo en Sibolla Holidays está hecho con amor y dedicación, y eso se nota en cada detalle. No podemos recomendarlo lo suficiente. Ojalá podamos volver pronto, porque ha sido una estancia perfecta. Grazie, grazie, grazie! Nada, todo ha sido perfecto.
• Roger (10/5): A simply outstanding small Tuscan Villa with the best owners! - What was there not to like!!! The couple running this Tuscan Villa were simply outstanding, the breakfast included was delicious and they catered to your needs, providing restaurant and parking suggestions for towns and cities nearby. The villa was very well kept, the grounds along with the rooms were great. Each room has it's own little outdoor patio, perfect for sitting in the evening to enjoy a beverage. We had a busy schedule while at the villa, so I wish we had booked one more day to simply lounge around and enjoy the pool and sunbathing loungers. This is a very small and quaint villa, only 3 rooms, I believe, so you definitely get personal service. Nothing!!!

Excellent location for exploring Tuscany, located along the highway between Pisa and Florence. Beautiful nature, silence, a clean pool and waking up to birdsong from the close by nature park. The hosts were excellent, always at your service, friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for food and exploring Tuscany. Breakfast is delicious, fresh and prepared just for you. I definitely recommend it for your stay. Thank you Sibolla, see you again...:)

Nested at the Sibolla Lake in Altopascio this accomodation offers a serene and picturesque setting that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding olive grove and proximity to nature make it a tranquil retreat. Location is perfect as a start point for nearby cities like, Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Siena, San Gimignano and Firenze. Owners are very friendly and attentive making sure all our needs were met. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The accommodation was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. For the price Sibolla Holidays offers exceptional value, and makes it a top choice for anyone looking to explore Tuscany.

• Evi (9/5): Lovely stay with nice family and good location to visit other cities. - We had lovely stay at Sibolla Holidays. Alessia and her family were very sweet en helpfull. They advised us with the best parking spots and places to go in the cities we wanted to visit. The room was clean, spacious, had good airconditioning and we received fresh towels as we stayed for 5 nights. The location is easily reachable from the main highway and it was perfect for us to visit Firenze, Lucca, Pisa and the beach. When you first drive to the location you go through a industrial area, however once you go through the gates of Sibolla there is a lovely olive tree environment and peacefull atmosphere. We received a personal key for the gates so we could go as we pleased. Nothing, we were only not aware that the pool was open to regular customers who are just coming for a pool day. We arrived on Sunday so it was quite busy. But that did not really bother us. Alessia reserved us a parasol and beds so we could still be at the pool upon arrival. :)

• Radovan (10/5): Short but sweet - The property is amazing, small and cosy. It´s close to the highway so you can easily go around and explore Tuscany. The owners are always available, very kind and thoughtful. We only stayed for a couple of days, i can easily imagine staying there for much longer time. Pool side was also very relaxed, with bar, so you can enjoy full day without missing anything. Good breakfast too.

• Kmkennedy (10/5): Could not have been better, genuinely warm, helpful and caring family of hosts. - The wonderful people who ran the Hotel (a mother and daughter) could not have been more helpful. We arrived at the train station a bit tired and later than planned in the evening and quickly realised the walk to the hotel would be too much in the busy traffic of the town, when we phoned our hosts to ask them to phone for a taxi they picked us personally from the station in less than 10 minutes. Throughout our stay our hosts were happy to drop us off and pick us up from the train station or a wonderful local restaurant that they were friends with. The nights when we did not go out to eat, the hosts served a great choice of meals and a selection of beers, wines and spirits and even brought a table inside for us when it rained one night. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food, excellent tea/coffee and in particular the fruit juices. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the air conditioning very good with a good sized bathroom, wifi worked well too. As I said at the beginning it is a family run Hotel with fantastic service and hospitality who were more like friends than hosts and we would definately stay again. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from our arrival through the olive trees lining the drive (they produce their own oil) to the moment we left. Thank you so much for a wonderful and memorable stay.
