• Vorotyntseva (9/5): - Отличное месторасположение, рядом центр, река, кафе. В тоже время тихо и спокойно - свой дворик, в котором нет случайных людей. Кухня хорошо оборудована, есть все необходимое. Стиральная машина рабочая. Окна открываются, можно проветрить. При отъезде ключи не нужно было возвращать на другой адрес. Мы написали хозяину и договорились оставить ключи в квартире. Это было удобно и приятно, что хозяин идёт навстречу жильцам, за что мы очень благодарны. Как было упомянуто в других отзывах, очень маленькая ванная комната/туалет. Раковина маленькая, умываться неудобно. В помещении маловозможно сделать более удобную раковину. Дверь в туалет со стеклом, что мешает интимности. Постельное белье и полотенца было бы неплохо обновить.
• Eva (9/5): Perfekt gelegenes Apartment in der Neustadt - Super Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und für meine sieben Tage hatte ich alles da, Küche, Kaffeemaschine und genug Platz. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit top.
• Liza (8/5): Nice apartment in great location. - The apartment has a great location. Everywhere we would go, it would be max 10-15 minutes to go back to the apartment. It had coffee, tea, salt, sugar, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods - everything that is needed for the stay and sometimes lacking in another apartment. Although the apartment is quite small, it has enough room for the 2 people. The towels were very used, could use a refreshment. The bathroom is super tiny, which you cannot tell by the photos. It is impossible to fit in to use a hairdryer. The self check-in would be much more comfortable, considering you have to get to the reception and then walk to the apartment (around 3-5 mins) with the suitcases.

• Lara (10/5): Wonderful apartment in an great location of this amazing city . - Wonderful location in an amazing city . Close to everything by foot . Many cafes and restaurants in the area . The place is clean , comfortable , with everything you need for a lovely stay. Bathroom is a bit tiny but it is no problem really . I prefer a tv in bedroom but the truth is one doesnt need it in Prague anyway.

• Fabricio (7/5): Vale a pena porque eh central. - O prédio é bem localizado. Próximo de inúmeros pontos turísticos. A estrutura é básica, mas funcional. Por ser no piso térreo, era necessário manter as cortinas sempre fechadas para garantir a privacidade — um ponto negativo do apartamento. A televisão não funcionava: não havia canais disponíveis, muito menos acesso à Netflix. A qualidade das roupas de cama e banho poderia ser melhor. Os utensílios de cozinha são limitados para quem precisa cozinhar; faltam panelas e itens básicos, como detergente e sabão para roupas. Além disso, é necessário buscar e devolver as chaves em outro local, o que torna o processo menos prático.
• Alexandra (7/5): - Remek helyen van, jo elrendezésű lakas. Csendes Többszörös kommunikáció ellenére, nem tudtuk átvenni a szállásunknak a kulcsát, mert elfelejtették leadni. Így várnunk kellett a csomagjainkkal 1 órát, míg valaki elhozta a pót kulcsot. Ezért kompenzációként felajánlották a késői kicsekkolást, ami rendben volt. A fürdőszoba tényleg nagyon pici, de a célnak megfelel.

I asked washing machine 3 times to the staff but they didnt care for 4 days. I stayed 4 days but they charged extra fare for luggage storage

• Filiz (8/5): Prag’dan ve konaklamamızdan hoşnut olarak döndük. - Lokasyonu gayet iyiydi, birçok turistik noktaya yakın diyebilirim. Genel olarak kaliteli malzemeler ile donatılmıştı. Çay, kahve, tuz, şeker, sabun, şampuan her yerde olması gereken elzem sarf malzemeleri sunuyorlar. Bir dış kapıyla girilen avluya bakan zemin kat daire sıradan değildi. Banyo, wc kısmı dairenin can sıkıcı kısmıydı. Mini lavabonun kullanımı hiç konforlu değildi. Konaklamamızın 3. 4. Gününde, tuvalet Yan duvarının alt kısmından nem yaptığını ya da su aldığını farkettik. Yastıklar kılıfa göre büyüktü, 2 kat olarak sıkıştırılmıştı, açıp üstüne kılıfı örterek kullandım. Çok önemli değildi ama belki bu konuda bir düzenlemeye gitmek isterler. Bir el havlusu ile artı bir saç havlusu daha iyi olurdu.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Comfortable and nice - It was very comfortable and clean. Enough space for comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor and no blinds, only zebra curtains.
• Sara (10/5): 10 out of 10 - The flat was very clean and well-maintained. The temperature inside was perfect — warm and comfortable throughout the stay. It’s close to the main attractions as well as lots of bars, restaurants, and a big Tesco, yet still very quiet since it’s set inside a courtyard. The bed and sofa were both cozy, making the stay really pleasant. The bathroom is small, but the shower is surprisingly spacious. The key pick-up point is just a 5-minute walk away and super easy to reach. Overall, an excellent experience!

Nous y avons passé une semaine et nous avons trouvé l'appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Certes la salle de bains est petite mais ce n'est qu'un détail et cela ne gêne en rien la qualité de l'appartement. La déco est sympa,les équipements sont modernes et récents. Si nous devions revenir à Prague,nous n'irions pas ailleurs. Et contrairement à certains commentaires,le système pour récupérer les clés fut très simple. Rien

• Guillermo (10/5): - El apartamento está perfectamente equipado y la ubicación es estupenda. Está en un edificio precioso y sin ruido de la calle. El trato con la aplicación no me.resulto agradable. Todo centralizado en un bot que no nos daba toda la información requerida. Continuamente nos daban un horario de oficina presencial que finalizaba a las cinco de la tarde y no nos decía qué hacer si llegábamos más tarde. Salvo ir a una dirección de la ciudad. Afortunadamente, al llegar a la dirección facilitada había una persona super amable que nos facilito las llaves. Al día siguiente, doce horas después, nos llegó un mensaje donde se concretaba que en la dirección facilitada la atención al publico era 24/7. En fin, algo de estrés gratuito durante varias horas que se podría haber solucionado muy fácilmente.

• B (9/5): A Lovely Apartment - It is a lovely apartment located in a quiet yet central area. I loved the layout of it. So comfy and clean. It's walking distance to the tram, shops, cafes and Old Town. There is a tiny book of instructions for visitors that shows/tells everything about the apartment, facilities and small tips about Prague. There is a washing machine and a full kitchen with pots, utensils and a fridge. There weren't any coffee pods left and I made that an excuse for me to walk to the Nespresso Boutique in Pařížská Street. Maybe they should change the nespresso vertuo machine with a nespresso classic one so visitors can get pods in stores like Tesco. My duvet was a single duvet. It's ok for an average size person, but if I was any taller or bigger, it wouldn't cover me.
• Core (9/5): Sanctuary in Prague - Location was great. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. Apartment was good sized with four distinct rooms (kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, and bedroom). Very quiet at night, even with the bars so close by. Washing machine was a bonus, especially since it was a combination washer and dryer! The living/dining room lighting was very dim making it hard to read at night. Eating at the dining table felt like eating in candlelight. The rug on the floor was a constant trip hazard. Having to pick up the apartment keys at a different office in the opposite direction of the apartment (from the main bus/train station) was an annoyance, especially with the sidewalks so rough on our wheeled suitcases.

• Sophie (7/5): Amazing location - - clean - modern / stylish - location is great - tv has Netflix, Disney, YouTube - bed was rock hard and both of us did not sleep well during stay. A mattress topper would make a massive improvement - bathroom is very small, for us it was okay as were two girls around 5’3 however for a taller person I can imagine it being uncomfortable. Shower head also did not work properly, I think it needs a clean or a new one (water only came out of certain points) - collecting keys was a pain - on arrival was informed of a lock code so we wrongly assumed oh perhaps they moved it to the apartment due to previous guests complaining about distance to collect keys. We was wrong - I messaged via booking.com took 3 hours to get a response. Luckily we landed during the daylight so this wasn’t an issue however if it was dark we would have felt unsafe

• Sophie (7/5): Great location, improvements to be made. - The best thing about this apartment is the location hands down. Super convenient and walking distance to everything. Theres shops and restaurants near by, and many of Prague’s sights close by. The staff were helpful and assisted with some issues. Negatives, the bathroom and the shower as a whole. The shower head was broken so you had to hold the shower head, and the hot water was intermittent. There was one thin pillow and a small blanket, thin cheap towels etc. With a little bit of love this could be an amazing 10/10 stay but as it stands, I wouldn’t stay here again.

• Eleanor (8/5): would highly recommend and stay here again myself! - perfect location, super central but also secluded making it very peaceful. beautiful apartment very clean & comfortable. excellent communication with staff. the bathroom is very small, which isn’t necessarily a problem but just be warned. the shower also needs a bit of repairing and the hot water ran out. also could do a with a few more saucepans in the kitchen to use on the hob.

It’s a bit inconvenient to collect keys somewhere else, but it was close to the station, so it’s fine. Was a bit cold in the bathroom when showering, but I guess it’s ok during summer.

• Marko (9/5): The apartment was great really, and I am really sad I had that bad experience with the hosts… - Apartment was really nice and cozy, and in quiet surrounding… I didn’t like I came there and did everything what was in instructions, and I couldn’t open the box for keys, I tried many times, then I try to find wifi to call hosts, but they didn’t answer for like 45 min, and I called more then 15 times… In the meantime I sent msg on Booking and mail, in the end some lady called me and after I told her what is wrong she told me the code college sent to me was wrong… So I lost basically one hour trying to reach them, and maybe I got ticket for parking…
• Šimáková (8/5): Nice and stylish apartment in great location - Location was very nice, shops and everything nearby while still being calm and quiet. Apartment itself was really nice and comfortable, good quality beds and the apartment is very well prepared (they even have iron and ironing board). Everything was clean and well styled. Very nice apartment overall. The water heater was really loud and the bathroom is tiny which I wasn´t that happy about, in the pics you see it and expect it to be on the small side but here it was extremely small. Sink in the bathroom is too small to even wash your hands or teeth without getting water everywhere. We also had an issue with our door handle from the outside, it was broken upon our arrival.

• Aoife (8/5): Very good - Great little apartment in a great location for exploring. Very quiet location and apartment was perfect for single person or couple traveling with work or holidays. It is south of old town but actually has lots of trendy bars and restaurants and little cafes, which was lovely. Overall would highly recommend. However please note that you have to pick up the keys in a different location (about 20 minute by train or 10 by taxi depending on traffic). As I arrived during the day with enough time to work around this, it was fine, but it is not very clear on the booking instructions that keys need to be picked up on the other side of the old town. If you can deal with this then this really is a great property and location.

• Egy (4/5): NEVER AGAIN - It’s big Reception and response and communication was great by the staff LOCATION: First of all, you have to go to a location in a totally different part of the city to pick up the keys and check in then you have to take a taxi to the location. You often hear loud church bells and it’s not quiet. In the morning there is a children's school (and I mean whole classes of loud small children) that go through the front of your door and sometimes they allow them to play in that area so it’s quite loud with screaming and yelling. The floors are thin so if you are on the lower levels, you'll everyone walking loudly above you. (I had the displeausure of an elephant in heels walk back and forth, back and forth in the day for 3 days.) Was the elephant exercising? FACILITIES: It has a small smallest bathroom And especially the smallest sink that I have ever seen in my life. I received one towel for the entire week. The Internet didn’t work (and I work remotely). There was NO toilet paper

• Sedivy (8/5): I very much enjoyed my stay - The place was perfect for a couple traveling to Prague. The appartment is in the city center, close to EVERYTHING, yet it is very quiet. While the street you enter from may be busy and perhaps a little noisy with cars driving on cobble stone, the moment you step into the courtyard and the door closes behind you, you are in your own quite oasis. The place itself has multiple units but place stays very quiet. As long as the price is right, I would like to come back. The keys need to be picked up at the office location which is a few tram stops from the appartment location. It was the only surprise I experienced. I'm sure it is in the property description, but it wasn't obvious. Nonetheless, it was easy to collect, the staff was friendly and helpful. Just be ready for the very minor inconvenience.
• Chris (2/5): Very poor - Good place in the center if you want to walk somewhere and see the city. The apartment is smaller than it looks on the photos. There is no parking place. WIFI is low in the bathroom which is very small. Also the company that is taking care of the flat, was unfriendly. I can not recommend to book this apartment. They don't ask for a deposit of 150 EUR as written in the information but I had to pay a deposit of 250 EUR. I had to ask several times to issue an invoice for the stay, it took several days to get the invoice. And they tried to get an additional payment in cash without invoice.
• Jodi (9/5): Little Sanctuary in Prague - We loved how tucked away George apartment felt, so quiet and private, yet it was only a 2- 5 minute walk to reach the busyness of the city. There were great restaurants near by, and the coffee provided was amazing. It would have been nice to have a double duvet instead of 2 singles, and perhaps fan to help with the humidity as it was quite warm during our stay.

• Aisling (6/5): Grand for a few nights stop over - great location. cheap price. smelled really badly of cigarettes. Was quite dark and you have to pick the keys up on the other side of the city. Grand place if you just need a bed for the night but wouldn’t Recommend it for a holiday.
• Maylee (9/5): Superb - Washer dryer in the unit really helped after being on the road for a while. It was also nice to have a couch area to sit around. Overall well decorated - felt comfortable. The inner courtyard where the apartment sat was quiet which was great since it gets crowded in prague and we enjoyed getting away from people. Toilet/shower was small, and the seat cover was loose. Toiletries was few, and lacked places to even hang a towel in the toilet. Would be nice to have handtowels in the kitchen area.
