• Guest (10/5): - Siamo pienamente soddisfatti di aver prenotato al B&B Pignasecca Domus per varie ragioni: la proprietaria Anna è stata molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile per ogni nostra necessità. La stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort, Wi-fi funzionante alla perfezione. La posizione è davvero ideale, si trova a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, la stanza era accogliente e ben ordinata, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole, ben posizionato e con un servizio eccellente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo più che soddisfacente. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

L’endroit est parfait pour vous balader , visiter les merveilleux monuments je vous conseille sans aucun doute de séjourner dans ce airbnb. Le petit déjeuner se prend en bas dans le café ou vos papilles se régaleront devant ces centaines de dolce accompagné de votre cappuccino 😉. The room was spotless, perfectly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was ideal, convenient, safe, and close to everything. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Anna. She welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness, as if we were old friends rather than first-time guests. Her hospitality and heartfelt care went far beyond our expectations. Thank you, Anna, from the bottom of our hearts. We’ll definitely be back. ❤️ We only wish we could have stayed longer!

• mica.olivastro (10/5): Definitivamente el mejor sitio en Napoli - Quiero comenzar hablando de la host, Anna: un diez!!! divina, gentil, cálida y super servicial! Es una mujer encantadora con quien puedes conversar horas sobre la ciudad y sus curiosidades. Pignasecca Domus es el lugar ideal para hospedarse en Napoli. Se encuentra en un primer piso al cual se accede mediante escaleras. Si bien la ciudad de Napoli visualmente se aprecia un tanto derruida, al entrar al piso cambia drásticamente la sensación. Nuestra habitación "Azzurra" era espaciosa, con techo alto y bonito diseño, ventana hacia la calle, baño completo. Todo diseñado al detalle, planificado con mucho amor en composición. La cama era amplia y el colchón/almohadas cómodos. Cuenta con armario abierto, escritorio, nevera, maquina de café, hervidor y un sofá cama extra. El aire acondicionado funcionaba super bien y el agua caliente en el baño: buena presión y temperatura. La ventana tenía doble vidrio por lo que no se oía nada de la calle. Hemos podido dormir muy bien. El desayuno es en una cafetería junto al edificio. Es el típico desayuno italiano: café con leche y "cornetto o brioche dolce". Mi pareja y yo elegimos una sin relleno y otra con pistacho (tienen mucho relleno... atención al azúcar). Lamentablemente estuvimos sólo una noche pero de seguro volveríamos. Nada. Todo fantástico.

The apartment has underwent a very aesthetic renovation. The breakfast was served at the bar situated underneath so you can start your day with a real espresso. However the apartment’s biggest advantage was the host! Anna was very kind and polite, always available for any question!

• Andrius (10/5): A fabulous place in a perfect location - The stay has exceeded our expectations in every way. Anna was such a helpful and friendly hostess, helping us with every aspect of our stay - from getting a taxi to get to the place, to showing us around and explaining everything. If there is any slightest issue, you can be sure it will be addressed immediately. The place itself was magnificent, kept very clean, it was spacious and had everything you would need. Location is great, very central, within walking distance to many attractions and public transportation. Breakfast was served at a lovely cafe a few meters away, where we could pick a pastry and coffee each. Personally would advise not to hesitate and book a room at this wonderful place if you are visiting Naples! Surely will not hesitate to book again as we come back to explore this wonderful city further. We could not have asked for more, loved everything.

It is on a commercial street where you can feel the energy of the city, there is a great bakery next door. and most importantly, Ana is the best host ever, she really cares about her guests.

Breakfast included at the café next door, this makes it possible to feel the heat of Naples while enjoying your croissant / breakfast.

• Max (10/5): Highly recommended - The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The, airconditioning worked great (needed cause it was hot in the city), bathroom was beautiful too. The bed was big and comfortable. We also really liked Anna who welcomed us so warmly and kept in touch during our stay to ask if we needed anything. Our room was on the street side, but it's well insulated so we did not hear any sounds. The location is great too, walking distance to many sights and close to metro stations. We highly recommend this place!

The room was beautifully decorated and spotless, with a stunning, modern shower that felt like a real luxury. One of our favourite features was the balcony – perfect for sitting with a coffee and soaking up the sights and sounds of Naples life in this historic neighbourhood. Despite the lively location, the apartment was incredibly quiet once the door was closed, allowing for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. A perfect base for exploring the city – we’d absolutely stay again.

• Jay (10/5): excellent value stay in the old city - If you are looking for a value priced stay in the old city - this is your spot. Anna the hostess is great. She will make sure your stay is super enjoyable with connections for rides from airport, tours and dinner. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing - especially nice after touring all day. The room was very quiet. Anna provides breakfast. She also allowed us an early checkin. Now be aware that you are in the old city where most car traffic is not allowed - so you will need to walk from the main road which is close by. Also you need to walk steps to Anna's rooms - Anna will arrange help with the luggage!

The beds were comfortable (including the pull-down bed), every detail was thought of for extra comfort. Our host Anna treated us like family, arranged rides for us and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. We loved the hot water maker for tea and the amazing shower head in the bathroom. You can tell the host really cares about her guests. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, clean place to stay in the middle of a safe neighborhood. Stay here, you won't be sorry! We wished there was a microwave in the room to reheat takeaway food.
