• Eva (10/5): Welcoming and peaceful place in Panglao - Peaceland felt like a peaceful home away from home. Everybody was very welcoming. On Friday evening there is a dinner in the hostel which was great. The hostel is near Momo beach, good for snorkeling and a few min from Alona by motorbike. It's a very cosy and comfy base in Panglao

• Alwdis (8/5): Lovely place to stay - It was a nice experience. The price is amazing for all the conditions they provide. You have everything: kitchen with a gas, fridge, free drinking water, laundry area I really like how they organized the space. Even if there are just fans, it is not hot inside since all doors and windows are opened and you sleep with a fresh air. That's amazing! Also, the room has a window that is important for me. I need a daylight to wake up. Also, you have 2 tents with chairs and a stage where you can practice yoga in the morning. So, again, you have all you need for such a price. The best offer in Panglao, I think. Mosquitoooos! They are everywhere in the evening:( Only cold water, but it was not actually that cold, so for me it was not a big issue. A bit far from beaches if you do not have a scooter.

Se genera una especie de lugar familiar donde los viernes se hace una cena para los huéspedes y siempre se genera esa empatía para compartir. Excelente que tenga cocina y heladera. El precio es un 10 y la ubicación tal vez no sea la ideal, pero si es tranquila y con moto se llega a todos lados

• SIMIN (8/5): 中国人可以去体验一下外国人的chill,最安静的地方，但是洗澡厕所有点旧 - 地理环境一定好开摩托车才能到，超级安静，开在丛林里，去napaling很方便。其次，几个大天幕，躺平一流，晚上很宁静，没有alona的吵杂。卫生也搞的很干净，缺点：洗手间和厕所在一楼，光线昏暗，洁癖的千万不要去，偶尔住一晚体验还可以

The bed is comfortable, i really like that every bed has its own mosquito net, and there is a place to stay insaide the house aswell The bathroom and the toilet are goood It has no hot water, but with the hot weather is not a problem.

Essendo la struttura completamente aperta (dormitori compresi) c'è un sacco di polvere e di insetti. I bagni non erano molto puliti e tantomeno la cucina. Tutto sommato per il prezzo che ha, può anche andare bene. Ma non soggiornerei più di 2/3 notti.

Hygiène très limite. Les chats se baladent dans les lits et les chiens aboient toute la nuit. Location de serviettes de toilette. Aucun miroir dans tout le bâtiment.

Would definitely stay there if i am back in panglao

The dorm is really comfy, mosquito nets, fans all over the place, that huge green garden sorounded by nature, lot of spaces to relax, nice kitchen. Friday dinner to know people and share experiences. • Michal (9/5): - Really peaceful, quiet place with large well maintained garden, outside kitchen (equipped, you can really cook everything there) and chill area. Room is spacious with enough air. Very friendly people there. But keep in mind that hostel is in the countryside so use a scooter (can be rented nearby, I used Nana scooters) to get everywhere you need. Bathroom without hot water (no problem in local weather)

• Andrea (10/5): Alojamiento perfecto para pasar un tifón :) - La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. El personal es súper amable. Tiene una cocina muy bien equipada y limpia. Las zonas comunes son muy agradables, como en general todo en este alojamiento. La zona es perfecta si quieres alejarte un poco de la masificación de la zona de Alona. El wifi es de starlink así que funciona muy bien. Nos tocó pasar allí un tifón y los días de antes estuvieron preparándolo todo de forma que nos hizo sentir muy seguros. Lo único negativo es que, al menos en el lado de las habitaciones privadas, el ruido de la calle de al lado puede ser muy fuerte y cada vez que pasa una moto se escucha muchísimo.

I think I was too easy as the atmosphere didn’t reflect the reviews or photos. Not really anyone else there.

• Faye (10/5): Felt like HOME. Clean and peacefull - As soon as i step in to the big house, i feel so safe and it felt like home. This place is so good, comfortable stay, it geta chilly at night. The space is huge and have everything you need. What i love the most is the cleanlinest of the place, and everyone respect quiet time. Very peacefull here. People are very nice as well. If you plan to go to Napaling reef, Momo beach, Doljo Beach. This place is good location just few minutes drive. I will definitely go back here again and again. The pillow is a bit worn out. Take note this place is away from alona so better have a scooter/motorbike.

The atmosphere at this place couldn't be better and it felt like home the first minute we arrived. The noisyness of the street in the back of the property is a little bit challenging in the early morning :) - if you bring earplugs you'll have a great and peaceful stay.

I recommend you to attend their Friday dinner. It is close to the Momo beach, but the food on the Panglao island is concentrated on Alona beach.

• Kristýna (7/5): Okey stay - There is just one room full of beds with mosquito nets and nothing more. The doors are always open. Really cool outside area with kitchen, stage, table with chairs to hang out. Just 2 showers and 2 toilets for all the people, sometimes long waiting time. Little in the middle of nowhere, without scooter you cannot get anywhere. Quite far from any restaurant. Cannot recommend renting a bike from the contact reception gives. Probably one of the worst bikes I had in the Philippines and very complicated giving it back.

The beautiful Momo beach (good snorkeling) is about a 1km away - best hostel I stayed at in Bohol, enjoy - they charge walk ins 250php for a dorm as of May 2025, great value, awesome place to chill out for a few days
• Nikhil (8/5): Peaceful - Great place, unlike other hostels - a bit more of a hippie-esque vibe, very relaxed, very laid back. Most of the people I met have been staying at Peaceland for more than 3 weeks and they loved it. Can feel very "at home" for most if you live them for longer periods I suppose. No aircon in the dorms. If it is hot, you are in a bit of trouble, unfortunately.

• Bergen (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and affordable place to stay on Panglao Island. Location is tucked away from the crowded tourist areas, but has quick access to beaches, Napaling Reef, Hinagdanan Cave, etc. Be sure to get a rental scooter so that you can get around the island easy. The accommodations are simple, but everything you need for an affordable place to sleep.

Definitely I'll comeback for a night or 2 before I'll stay at Alona Beach for a night for whole day swim. It's just the location is li'l too far for everything.

• Baktybala (10/5): Calmness on Panglao - This is real peace land. Such a calm and nice place to stay and reset. They have such a big property where you can walk, do yoga in the morning. There are a lot of chairs and nice swing under beautiful tree. I liked to cook on outdoor kitchen. Dogs and cats of the property very friendly. Stuff is welcoming and friendly. Beds and room was really comfortable and clean. Shower and bathroom were also always clean. Thank you so much for this place!
• Charlotte (10/5): Peaceful, joyful and earthly stay with wonderful staff - The staff is just amazingly friendly and welcoming. They’re like a family who welcomes you in. The rooms are super spacious, the beds are really cosy and have cupboards with locker. The garden and entire property is just fantastic 😍 in midst of nature, beautiful and natural decorations and very convenient open kitchen. Family dinner on friday is just splendid!! Staff is always around to help with anything or just for a nice chat. Thank you! I loved it and would 100% recommend!!

• Zoren (10/5): I will stay again - The staff are very friendly, they have contacts for tuktuk and scooter to get around Panglao. I personally love the Family Dinner, super cheap for a very good buffet. Free drinking water. Very remote so not crowded. It is indeed a peacleand. Would love to stay again. Just the location far from the main center of Panglao but you can rent tuktuk or scooter so not much of a problem for me.
