• Christine (10/5): Can’t wait to book another stay - The host was wonderful, we got there before check in and they kept our bags so we could go out and enjoy our day. The apartment was wonderful and we loved the location.
• Pascale (9/5): Emplacement parfait et assez tranquille ( juste un peu de bruit de la rue en début de nuit ) - L'emplacement est au top. Proche du centre à pied (environ 20 mn du Dôme) et proche du métro. La taille du logement était parfaite. 2 chambres 2 salle de bains c'est top. Tout était très propre. La literie était un peu dur pour moi et surtout l'oreiller n'était pas assez souple, du coup la première nuit pas très confortable, la deuxième un peu mieux parce que je pense qu'on s'habitue. 2 coussins plus souples dans l'armoire serait un plus plus afin que les clients puissent choisir leur confort. Il manque dans la salle de bain des barres pour faire sécher les linges. La ponctualité du monsieur qui s'occupe des appartements n'est pas la ponctualité suisse ......

• Rachelle (9/5): - Being able to have breakfast without going out. The apartment was perfect for 4 people visiting Milan. The host was very responsive. We were able to walk to the cathedral (20 minutes) and there were restaurants and shopping right on the same street.
• Almudena MARIA (9/5): Impresionante - Barrio precioso que tiene de todo, aunque no del todo céntrico, a quince veinte minutos de los principales monumentos. Ofrecen café y croissant y agua, que se agradece. Decoración y limpieza perfecta y buen equipamiento. Tenía hasta Netflix. Por decir algo, una madera del parquet de un dormitorio estaba levantada, había q tener cuidado.
• Andrea (2/5): Impossible communication, hard beds and pillows made this an uncomfortable stay - The location was great The beds and pillows are so hard that no one slept well or woke up without sore necks. The floor in one room is damaged and dangerous. There is nowhere to put any toiletries in the shower so your bar of soap winds up on the floor. Also, I kept hitting the on/off handle with my body during the shower and turning off the water accidentally. There’s also no place to hang a towel after you shower. The kitchen is poorly equipped- we didn’t have enough glasses for 4 people . The worst part was the communication. I reached out to the contact number provided through Booking.com and directly via text through WhatsApp and never heard from them. They were impossible to get in touch with.

• Claudia (9/5): Fantastic apartment in Brera! - Great location right in the middle of Brera, walking distance to the Duomo and many restaurants and shops. Two big bedrooms with individual bathrooms and a lovely kitchen/living space with big windows on the quaint streets. Pillows are very hard.

• Aysha (8/5): Overall good place to stay. - Great location, easy to communicate with host, great space, nice and clean. No wifi and the pillows were very uncomfortable
• Serena (9/5): Super soddisfatta - Appartamento pulito e i gestori super gentili e disponibili. Ottima posizione vicino alla metro in quartiere tranquillo e servito. Unica pecca in una camera il parquet era leggermente sollevato in un punto, ma per il resto impeccabile.
• Miranda (10/5): Exceptional - The location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. The only downside is there were no sponges for the dishes and no paper towels in the kitchen. The WiFi also was not working. We only stayed for one night, it wasn’t a big deal.

• Vlatka (6/5): It was just overnight, nice apartment, however bad experience in communication - I didn't like the fact that they promised me Invoice before booking. i still didn't get it, although I paid with my bussiness card and asked the host at least 10 times for it after my stay...

• Lars (8/5): Nice apartment , a bit noisy though - 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are very nice (see however as well below). Central location, close to metro. Nice shops around. Bathrooms: there were no hangers to hang towels, so we laid them on the sink - not so practical. The living room and one bedroom go to the street and it might be noisy until 10.30ish. The neighbouring apartment had football fans in it in the second night and they were noisy all night. We complained to the host but didn't hear back....

• So (10/5): Great base for a stay in Milano. - Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Brera. The rooms are newly renovated and big with two new bathrooms. There was no WiFi and parking (as described). That said, there was poor cellphone reception in the building. With the apartment being in the city center, there is some noise from people in the street, but this is very minor.
• Christina (6/5): The owner has a good product but is let down by poor communication and maintenance issues! - Location was good. Communication was very very poor. Very poor response or no response to questions prior to arrival. Left standing outside in the rain. Had to ask people at the restaurant to ring the person who was letting us in. We had been told there was someone waiting to let us in and they were not there! Maintenance is an issue as outlined in other reviews. No power points in the kitchen!!

• Daron (8/5): Very good - New apartment in amazing location near beautiful park, many nice shops and restaurants around, 2 bedrooms with leaving room, good mattress, nice shower, great location, nice welcoming set for snacks and water. Noisy from the window because very lively area and windows are not noise proof enough, possible time for real sleep from 2Am- 5.30Am. other time is a lot of noise from outside. Not good quality of bed linens, small size of bed linens, smaller than mattress, pillows are not comfortable, would be great to change them or add at least 4 comfortable good quality pillows for apartment. Need to add hooks to bathroom, no place where to put towels at all; put bigger trash can in bathroom, and it was broken; fix the locks to rooms, in some parts it's just holes; put plugs in the kitchen, because it's not even 1 plug in kitchen on the level of table; need to fix toilet seat in one bedroom. Put list with recommendations in the nearest area for restaurants, taxi stop, small usefull suggestions. Was hot in apartment and air conditioning didn't work, it was broken panel wich didn't work to set up AC, and heating was not possible to turn completely down, even on level off, heating was working. Every small details just would be nice to fix and it would be great. The biggest minus for us was the noise from outside and temprature at apartment. It would be amazing place if to change the windows for sound proof 3 layers and just fix everything. Because apartment is new and location is amazing.
• Mantas (5/5): Nice apartment and terrible comunnication. - Location. Crean. Nice and cosy No information before arrival. Broken light in the closet so could not turn it off at night. Poor comunication. We arrived and wait to get in for half an hour in the street. No wifi. Check out early morning but locked the gates so we could not open it to go to the street. We called 10 times for help but no answer. And we have missed out transfer to the airport! Very poor servise!
