• RALUCA (9/5): - Locația foarte frumoasa, clădirea renovata cu gust, camere elegante, cu atenție la detalii, pt a pastra stilul old time fashion. Dl de la recepție foarte drăguț. Am venit în timpul săptămânii si personalul era redus la o persoana, dl care erau la recepție a fost si chelner. Nu nr-a deranjat foarte tare, deoarece era foarte drăguț. Insa desi meniul era apetisant, foarte multe preparate lipseau, a trecuit sa comandam repede pt ca se inchidea bucataria la ora 19(?!).Ora de începere a micului dejun(a la carte),ne-am trezit destul de devreme, pt ca am schimbat locul de dormit si neexistând niciun aparat de cafea, iar locul era pustiu, nu am mai avut rabdare sa asteptam inca o ora si am plecat.

• Rasmus (9/5): Very nice, quite and stylish hotel - Very nice and quiet location in the forest. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast.

• Zagorski (5/5): Nice, though completely deserted and almost impossible to find place. - Large, luxorious, well kept complex. Good breakfast and kind service (one you find the place, what is not easy). There are two different addresses, both of them wrong (!!!), received in booking confirmations. One of them is a few kilometers in one direction from the actual place, the second above 20 kilometers in another direction. The given street name does not concern the actual location at all. The town name concerns the town located far away from the actual location. We have wasted half of the day of our holidays looking for the place. Finally, we have been directed speaking by the phone to the manager. The restaurant is closing at 7 pm, so we had no possibility to eat supper because of our later arrival. No wonder that in such circumstances we have been the only guests in the whole large complex containing several cottages (tourist cabins), the luxorious hotel and the restaurant. That was a bit strange feeling in times of the highest tourist season.
• Oksana (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful place with a big clean beautiful territory. It's a good place to have a rest during the long trip. The staff is very polite and clear, speaks English and it helps. The houses are not so big, but for a few days' stay they are comfortable enough and it is good that there is a possibility to have a meal outside. Highly recommend.

• Razvan (4/5): Could do better - Location and the renovation, big parking Reached the location with 11mo baby, there was nobody at the reception (hard to find) and the building was freezing cold inside. Someone came after 5 minutes late and they didn’t know about our booking, they had to call whoever, in order to confirm. The room was very cold, so we were invited to wait in the restaurant until the room gets to temperature (remember, we have an 11 mo baby). The room was heated only with AC, the heater from the bathroom was not working up until 10 PM, multiple visitis from the administrator to our room to convince him that the heater was dead cold. Again 11 mo baby now was sleeping. During the night the bathroom heater started working OK. Due to heating the room with AC, we all woke up with runny nose and swollen throat. AC is noisy also. Definitely, AC is not a good solution to heat the room.
