- SHEILA (8/5): - piscina bem quentes, como eu esperava. Anfitrião demorou a comunicar o hotel sobre a minha chegada, isso atrapalhou a entrega da chave no checkin. O hotel estava muito cheio tumultuado para checkin
- Amanda Karullyne (9/5): Excelente. - A localização é boa, as piscinas são ótimas, na temperatura certa e limpas. Há uma boa quantidade de piscinas. Teve uma intercorrencia de falta de energia e o hotel estava bem cheio. Não sei se devido a isso, mas no dia seguinte nós não conseguimos usar o elevador. Sempre muito cheio, e a impressão era que somente metade estava funcionando. E do apartamento tenho reclamação quanto ao chuveiro, a água ficava saindo metade pra um lado e metade pro outro lado.

- Leonardo (8/5): Boa - O ambiente familiar. O atendimento inicial. Foi bem atrapalhado. Não nos entregaram as pulseiras e entregaram apenas um cartão que não estava funcionando. Subimos com a bagagem e tivemos que voltar, pois a porta não abriu.
