Anfitrión amable, despejó inquietudes, siempre la pudimos contactar, y nos ayudaron guardando el equipaje después del checkout Todo ok.
• María (8/5): - La habitación y el baño estaban muy bien y la limpieza también. La ubicación para coger transporte buena, estaba al lado de la estación. Una noche al ir a ducharme no había agua caliente y tuve que esperarme unos 30 minutos o mas a que hubiera. La zona por la noche no es muy segura.

Muy amable el chico que nos atendió y encima nos dejaron quedarnos un rato más allá de la hora del check out. a pesar de la buena ubicación (tienes todo al lado y es una maravilla) por la noche se llena de extraños seres que te pueden pegar un buen susto

• Anop (8/5): - Pokój dość czysty. Położony przy samym dworcu, co jest niewątpliwym atutem. Kontakt z właścicielką sprawny, choć po dotarciu na miejsce trochę czekaliśmy zanim odpowiedziała na nasze wiadomości, a nie otrzymaliśmy informacji jak i gdzie mozemy odebrać klucze do pokoju. Spędziliśmy tam tylko jedną noc, resztę pobytu zarezerwowaliśmy gdzieś indziej, i na tak krótki czas miejsce jest ok. Na dłużej, raczej, nie polecam, słychać wszystko z sąsiednich pomieszczeń oraz ulicy co bardzi utrudnia spanie. Izolacja dźwiękowa. Pleśń w łazience.

Super Market umieszczony obok Bazyliki, 10 minut drogi spacerem. Restauracje w zasięgu 5-10 minut, pomijając te knajpy pod nosem na dworcu :D

• Tomasz (10/5): Rzym w pigułce jest OK. - Położony 2 minuty od Metro z którego szybko można dostać się w większą ilość atrakcji. Bardzo uprzejma obsługa dbająca o czystość każdego dnia. Bardzo duży plus to aneks kuchenny wyposażony w ekspres do kawy i lodówkę. Brak uwag.
• Zuzanna (8/5): Było super! Polecanko! - Pobyt oceniamy bardzo dobrze!! Rzym w lutym jest przepiękny! Przyjechałyśmy około północy z lotniska. Nie było problemu z tym, aby zameldować się tak późno. Czekał na nas Nico, który wszystko pokazał i oprowadził po mieszkaniu. Na whatsappie dostałyśmy też od niego polecajki dobrej pizzy i gelato ♥️♥️ Z jednej strony lokalizacja mieszkania jest super bo idzie szybko i przyjemnie dojść do takich zabytków jak np. Koloseum. Ale z drugiej strony mieszkanie jest w dzielnicy multi kulturowej i powroty po godzinie 21 są niebezpieczne. Tym bardziej dla 3 dziewczyn, bez obstawy ;)
• Martin (9/5): - Very good location, 1 min away from where the bus leaves you from the airport + in walking distance to key attractions. Its super clean and the host Nico is very responsive and has good local recommendations. The bed is a bit on the softer side but still fine.

• Irina (10/5): - I can only say the best about this place. The manager is very kind, helpful, and caring. The hotel is located in a quiet area, even though it is close to the train station. This was a big advantage for us because it was very easy to get to the airport. Our room was clean and bright, with a view of the street. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and the price is very good for the quality. We will definitely come back again next time.

The only thing was the temperature of the water in the shower, it came really hot at the beginning. But I think it is just something one has to understand how to control it, just to be aware of it.

Dejas las maletas y te vas a explorar y el último día puedes dejarlas tranquilamente y recogerlas antes de irte. Pequeña cocina con nevera y cafe y algunas cosas de desayuno. La cama grande y cómoda y la habitación impecable. Buena ducha. Inmejorable la atención de Nico!! Gracias por tanto! Nada, no se me ocurre nada que falte o sea mejorable.

Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, korzystny. W pokoju wszystko czego chcesz. Czysto, przyjemnie. Do dyspozycji lodówka, kawa, herbata. Polecam. Może Ci przeszkadzać, że nie jest w 100% wyciszone pomieszczenie, ale nie wpływa to na łatwość zaśnięcia.

Konumu roma terminin orada. O yüzden ulaşım çok rahat. Otobüs ve metro dibinizde. Yürüyerek de kolezyum taraflarına gidilebilir. Biz öyle yaptık Oda ve banyo biraz daha büyük olabilirdi

Już od pierwszego kontaktu wszystko przebiegało wzorowo – świetna i szybka komunikacja z gospodarzem, pełen profesjonalizm i życzliwość. Pokoje były czyściutkie, świetnie wyposażone i urządzone z dużym smakiem. Widać, że dba się tu o każdy detal, co sprawia, że można poczuć się jak w domu. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie – wszystko lśniło! Obsługa również zasługuje na ogromne wyróżnienie – pomocna, uprzejma i zawsze gotowa odpowiedzieć na pytania. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowane. To miejsce to strzał w dziesiątkę – idealne na wypad z przyjaciółmi! Na pewno wrócimy i będziemy polecać każdemu. Dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt! 💛

• DarekGo (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt w Cosmo GuestHouse - świetna lokalizacja. - Właściciel Nico 11/10!!! bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Rzymu i Watykanu, bardzo blisko do dworca Termini i stacji metra Vittorio Emmanuela, a pieszo do Coloseum - 15 minut. Pokój z widokiem na pobliski park przy cichej ulicy, codzienne sprzątanie. Pokój ładny, prawie nowy, jasny, w łazience ciepła woda bez problemów. Klimatyzacja, ale też elektryczna nagrzewnica. Miłe upominki na powitanie (czekolada, wino i prosciutto). W kuchni darmowa kawa z ekspresu, herbata i cukier, ogólnodostępna pólka w lodówce z napojami, jogurtami, masłem... a do tego szampan na Sylwestra!!! czym byliśmy bardzo mile zaskoczeni. Można dodać więcej kubków do herbaty ;-)

• Ali Aijaz (9/5): - It's an excellent option and located near the termini station (2 mins walk) through which you have the access to every part of the city. The room was super comfy and a good value for money. Nico is a really nice person, my flight got late in the evening and he kept waiting to guide me until I reached the room.
• Nicola (9/5): Cosmo Guesthouse - Nico was very welcoming and the apartment is very well equipped with the added shared kitchen as a bonus The bed was quite hard and the apartment did get cold during the night, maybe more blankets would be helpful.
• Elisavet (8/5): - Το δωμάτιο είναι ευρύχωρο για 3 άτομο, καθαρό και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο termini και 1 λεπτό από τα λεωφορεία που πάνε στο αεροδρόμιο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα στην οποία μπορείς να βρεις ότι χρειάζεσαι. Τα αρνητικά ήταν ότι το στρώμα στο διπλό κρεβάτι δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο. Ακόμα το κατάλυμα έχει ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα. Ενώ έκανα μπάνιο το νερό κρύωσε απότομα και δεν ξαναήρθε ποτέ ζεστό. Μας είχε ενημερώσει ο ιδιοκτήτης βέβαια, ότι αν θέλαμε μπορούσαμε να ανοίξουμε το θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά όταν είσαι ήδη στο μπάνιο είναι λίγο δύσκολο.

• Danil (7/5): A pleasant stay overall, with a convenient location and good facilities. - The location was very good. The room was clean. The bathroom and the shower were clean as well, with hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen had a coffee machine, a teapot, a microwave, and a fridge, which was very convenient. The heating could be better. The AC was noisy and a bit hard to use — I think the battery in the remote control is almost dead, so it was difficult to turn it on and off. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable: it was quite firm, and instead of one large mattress on a double bed, there were two single mattresses put together. It would be nice to have one-time slippers available, since you often need to go to the kitchen and back.

• Phibalsak (10/5): We had a great time there. Everything is perfect. - The room is really nice. The location is great. Nico is really nice to us, he’s very helpful. The room is cozy, comfortable and clean. Maybe the sink in the bathroom has only cold water, so in the morning, it’s can get very cold.
• Jelena Savic (8/5): Clean room with bathroom - Apartment is just across the Termini station, around 100 m from the entry with the restaurants, which is great. Termini is great as a starting point for all locations, since there is a metro and train inside and various bus lines in front of the station. Also there is a station for all shuttle buses to/from the airports. The room is cozy, double bed medium size but extra comfortable (room no 2) and there is a bathroom in the room. Kitchen is joint space, there is a fridge and an espresso machine (with free coffee). Entering the building and flat is very handy, with passcode. It is not a pleasant neighborhood during the night, since there are lots of tramps sleeping on the pavements. Not recommended for travelling with kids or at least not staying outside after 20h.

• María Victoria (9/5): Buena calidad precio :) - Nico fue suuuuper atento! Nos explicó muchas cosas sobre el destino e incluso nos recomendó actividades y restaurantes! Quedamos muy contentos con su atención. Además la habitación estaba muy limpia y contaba con todo lo necesario. Todo súper! La zona un poco oscura de noche pero no la llegué a sentir insegura en ningún momento. Durante todo el día y la noche había policía e incluso ejército por la calle.

• Anca (10/5): - Gazda amabilă. Am primit informații clare despre accesul în locuință și despre locuri unde putem servi masa. Aproape de atracțiile turistice, curat, liniștit, cu posibilitate de ați face un ceai, o cafea. Nu avem nimic de reproșat. Totul a fost conform descrierilor.

The room was spacious and had access to a well-sized, fully equipped kitchen. All areas were clean and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Nico was extremely accommodating and ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. He also took great care of us, providing clean laundry and maintaining the kitchen facilities throughout our stay. Nothing.

• MONICA (10/5): Todo estuvo excelente, súper recomendado. - El hospedaje fue maravilloso, muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de la estación termini que conecta con toda la ciudad de Roma. Nico fue muy amable, nos orientó sobre que conocer y visitar y nos dejó guardar las maletas el último día para poder terminar nuestro tour. Hay una cocina donde encuentras café y galletas todo el tiempo sin ningún costo. También te ofrece bebidas frías lo que es un plus. El cuarto y en general todo fue maravilloso. Nos hospedamos en un segundo piso y cuenta con ascensor que funciona perfecto. Sin duda nos quedaremos allí en una próxima visita

• sofia (6/5): - Μας άρεσε, λείπουν κάποιες κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες καθώς και κάποιες βάσεις για βαλίτσες. Κατά τα άλλα ήταν αξιοπρεπές. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός! Μας πρότεινε μαγαζιά με παραδοσιακό καλό φαγητό και ήταν διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαστούμε.
