• Gopalakrishnan (7/5): Good. - The location is good. However, it is slightly far from the station & airport. Liked the hospitality of the staff. Dinner was served at midnight piping hot when we arrived. The bathroom is too small with the accessories & sharp edges of the shelf, hurting.

The portal for the booking management was nice. Some of the items in the room didn't work or working poorly 1. Bathroom door lock did not work 2. The intercom did not work, after multiple follow ups, it was fixed. 3. The internet was quite slow 4. The breakfast service was very slow. Had to remind multiple times to serve breakfast.

• Sarah (8/5): A Lovely Place to Stay in Indore - It was a very comfortable room and amazing for the price. The driver they arranged for me, Vinod, spoke excellent English and I enjoyed travelling around the temples in Indore and Mandu with him and his wife. I would recommend staying here for any solo travellers looking to explore the area and not knowing where to start. Sometimes there were language difficulties with the front desk but otherwise everything was very nice, especially for the price.

• Ashit (5/5): LESSER TARIFF DID NOT JUSTIFY OUR STAY. - VILAASITAA IS AT A GOOD LOCATION AND NEAT, CLEAN ROOMS. SIZE OF BATHROOM IS TOO SMALL. DAILY AFTER ROOM CLEANING, THEY WILL GIVE ONLY ONE TOWEL, KNOWING THERE ARE TWO GUESTS AND ALL DAYS WE HAD TO REQUEST FOR ONE MORE TOWEL. TEA ALSO WAS MADE WITH MORE SUGAR AS WE HAD REQUESTED FOR LESS SUGAR AND LITTLE DARKER IN COLOUR BUT THEY WILL GIVE TEA AS THEY WANT.
