• muaddi (1/5): - What you are saying is not true. You arrived at ten o'clock in a rude manner, in a loud voice and with insulting words. You literally said, "Get out of my house, I don't want you in my house." This happened in front of my children, and then I left at ten o'clock and 27 minutes. Whatever the reason for the disagreement, you should be polite and tactful and choose your words carefully. A difference in points of view or in understanding the reservation does not mean you should be rude. You should have admitted that you made a mistake and that you were not polite and rude instead of lying.

• Siew (8/5): Very good - Location was quite good, within minutes drive from restaurants and shops Cottage was a little rundown Shower was pitifully small and a larger person would struggle. The water tank was also limited in size so long showers would be ill advised although our family of 4 did not encounter any problems with hot water during our stay

• Sandra (8/5): A good Fort William base - The location was great - town was a pleasant walk away, the Spar's just a 5 min walk and Ben Nevis a quick car trip. Jamie was friendly and quick to respond when we requested more supplies. The house was spacious, the beds comfy and the living room view lovely. We had to pop out to buy milk before we could make our first cuppa and we found the dining chairs uncomfortable.

Beautiful views of Loch Had one issue with carbon monoxide alarm (faulty battery) & was dealt with very promptly by host Small size of shower & bathroom sink tap; no flat oven trays; steep driveway
