• Marco (9/5): Early november stay - Hospitality of the host, good position, easy check-in and the chance to park the car easily close to the main entrance A bit old bathroom but everything worked
• Ogbechi (5/5): Pleasant, after the initial problems. - The apartment was spacious and in a good location. Easy to walk to local supermarket and bank. Facility for parking was also good. The first night of arrival, there was no hot water, the jug kettle was rusty with brown rusted water inside and despite trying to clean it, was unable to use it. The coffee machine also not working properly and produced lukewarm coffee. Therefore, no hot drink on arrival, no hot water. There was no internet to the TV so only had terrestrial channels, that were not English-speaking. Had difficulty finding a welcome notice showing how to connect my Wi-Fi. Altogether not a good start. The host came the next morning with an electrician the heating element was not working, replaced the jug kettle, and connected TV to internet to upload Netflix and Youtube. Was told every time I wanted a bath/shower, to switch on the hot water button and wait for an hour. Not good if you are rushing out first thing in the morning. There was no CNN or BBC news to provide updates on external affairs. The washing machine worked but I struggled to operate it each time because it was temperamental. Two days before leaving, I was bitten by bugs from the scatter cushions in the living room on my face because I used it as a pillow to lounge on the leather sofa. Woke up the next morning with swollen face with several bites down to my neck. I am still recovering. The apartment is nice but better attention needs to be paid to the facilities being provided, to make sure they work before taking bookings. Had my booking been for only one or two nights and not eight nights, it would have been a complete disaster!
