• Wiig Nilstad (10/5): Perfect stay for one week - Nice and helpful owners living next door. Apartment is located in a quite area, yet near the old town of split with a lot of restaurants and shops. Apartment feels bigger than what the pictures shows.
• Russell (8/5): Great location: close to the waterfront and old town but still in a quiet area - Apartment Regina was about 100m or so up the hill from the waterfront and maybe 500+m from the Old Town, in a quiet location away from the street. The apartment was clean, comfortable and roomy, and the kitchen well appointed. Our hosts had gone that extra mile to ensure their guests felt at home. Both hosts were very nice and check-in, etc was hassle-free (and we very much appreciated being allowed to drop off our luggage mid morning, well before check-in time). It was a bit disconcerting the the hosts came through the adjoining doors 4 times during our 2 day stay. They were very nice and concerned about our welfare, etc... but still disconcerting.

• Glenn (10/5): Don’t Hesitate. Just book it. - From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Josik (Joseph). He helped us with our bags, rode with me to a free parking spot, and came back to do a thorough walkthrough of the property. Please, please, please do not let street view of some photos online scare you. There’s a neighbor who has an interesting collection of items outside, but the Apartment has everything you need, is SPOTLESS, and very comfortable. Josik introduced us to Regina (his wife) for whom the property is named and he offered us some wine and we all chatted for some time about Split, the history and the property. We loved our stay here. It’s at the bottom of Marian and a five minute walk to the start of the Promenade along the water. 10 minutes to Diocletian’s Palace and 15 minutes to the Green Market. No need to drag bags through town. This is an ideal location. Would come back again if we’re ever in Split. This is not a friend putting a favorable review up for a friend. We are a family on a trip to Europe who are very glad we booked Regina! Josik again helped us with our bags when we left and saw us off. He and Regina are as nice as can be. Thank you both! Hvala!

• Roisin (10/5): Exceptional - Loved everything about the place and the hosts. No faults. A fabulous welcome and couldn't be more helpful. Would 100% recommend and will definitely book again if staying in split. It's a about 12mins walking from the port and from the hustle of main split. Fantastic.

• Christin (9/5): Superb - The room, the equipment the host was all nice and friendly and how it was described. The location is good as it's close to the city centre (and harbour) but still quiet. I would stay here again. The house is a bit uphill, if you travel by bus you have to get there the last distance by walking up or using stairs (they basically offer a pick up though). One neighbour is a bit of a mess.
