Mohamed (10/5): - Je recommande fortement cet établissement sur Cap de l'eau l'un des meilleurs appartement que j'ai loué. L'établissement était propre et prêt à mon arrivée. De plus, le propriétaire était déjà sur place, il est très sympa et à l'écoute. L'accueil était excellent. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec machine à laver, lave vaisselle, climatiseur, télévision avec des chaînes local, frigo,les lits sont propres, l'eau chaude est également à notre disposition ainsi que des serviettes de bain... Un garde est sur place pour surveiller l'établissement matin et soir, excellent pour la sécurité. En plus un parking privé est disponible sur le côté du bâtiment. L'emplacement est bien situé, proche du centre ville et à 10 min à pied de la mer. Le rapport qualité prix est très convenable.

Azdin (6/5): Assez bon rapport qualité prix - Bel appartement facile d’accès , literie de qualité, très belle terrasse agréable en soirée. Bon emplacement proche à pied de la plage et des restaurants. Marina de Saidia à environ 20min Gardien disponible et réactif Seule une chambre est climatisée. Salon et deuxième chambre très chauds. Efforts à fournir sur l’hygiène notamment des toilettes, douches et frigo

Jamal (10/5): Topverblijf met vriendelijke gastheer op ideale locatie! - Een prachtig appartement op een fijne locatie! Alles was netjes, schoon en comfortabel. De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Zeker een aanrader, ik kom graag nog eens terug!

Faouzi (10/5): Fantastic - I had a fantastic stay at this new and very clean apartment. It was equipped with all the necessary accommodations, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and situated in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway! Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay.
