• lucypui (8/5): Cozy y bien ubicado - Cómodo, espacioso para una o dos personas, cocina equipada, aire acondicionado. Muy buena ubicación. Sin asensor, escaleras antiguas y son dos pisos dobles para subir y bajar maletas sola fue complicado. No ofrecian desayuno ni dejaron nada más que café. Tenían roto en el baño tanto donde apoyar la toalla de mano, como la silicona de la puerta de la ducha (que arreglé yo, pero fácilmente vuelva a salirse). De todos modos, recomendable.

• Luca (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Appartamento molto comodo, vicino al centro e non distante dalla stazione di Bologna Centrale. Pulito, funzionale, ottimi host. Molto consigliato. Areazione non perfetta ma con aria condizionata si sentiva giusto qualche minuto di chiuso e poi si sistemava.
• Frank (1/5): Dreadful unless need a 1 bed apartment - otherwise avoid. - Location is excellent It is not a 2 bed apartment. It is only a one bed apartment. That is OK although has little natural light. There is a small separate attic room on the next floor of the building with a separate key etc. It has an old sofa bed and no facilities - sink, wardrobe, etc. It is the worst room i have ever stayed in. Can only stand upright near the wall on one side. How they can advertise to have children stay is bizarre as it is totally unconnected to the 1 bed apartment.
• Howard (7/5): The flat was well appointed but only really for 2 people, and extremely convenient for the sites. - Location was very good. Easy reach of Piazza Maggiore,other sites and restaurants Property was clean and well-equipped. Quick response and resolution with problem with basin plug. information folder was clear and useful. Bathroom was good. A helpful welcome from Francesco. Air conditioning temperature couldn't be regulated -it was either off and on. Flat was Ok for two of us using the fold-down sofa bed but not what we expected from the particulars. It is basically a living room, kitchen and bathroom with a screened off bedroom area. The 'second' bedroom is entirely separate up another flight of the communal stairs on the floor above with its own front door. We didn't inspect it as we had no key which fitted but presume it had no bathroom or toilet facilities and would have to use the downstairs via the front door. It might be acceptable to young people but not to mature guests.
