- Aleksei (3/5): Холодно, не гостеприимно и переоценено - Достаточно много место для троих, расположено неплохо. Основная кровать удобная, спать хорошо. Большие окна. Найти очень трудно. Мы приехали около 20:30, улица пустая, никаких вывесок нет. Это просто квартира в многоквартирном доме. Если бы не случайный местный житель мы бы ходили кругами ещё полчаса наверно. Самый главный минус: мы заранее заказали размещение троих, но когда приехали была кровать на двоих и не раскладываемый диван в гостиной. Встречающий человек был удивлён что нас трое и спустя какое-то время принёс какой-то плед. Никакого белья для третьего человека не было. Мой сын проспал два дня на этом диване в одежде. Очень гостеприимно( Вид из окна - на помойку и стройку. Стройка начинает работать в 7:30 утра. Люди вручную копают котлован и поднимают грунт из ямы вручную. Постоянный шум. Справа от стройки - заброшенный участок с помойкой. Дверь в гостиную чудовищно скрипит. Когда встаёшь ночью в туалет - можно разбудить всех. Почти вся квартира на полу - в мраморе. Нам в декабре было очень холодно, даже в тапках. Ходить можно в обуви. При этом отопление в квартире отсутствует, как и везде. Но кондиционеры практически не греют: один работал на +23, другой на +27, но спали практически как на улице. Ну и стоимость - 300 евро за две ночи, при таком сервисе это точно перебор. Букинг нас в очередной раз обманул высоким рейтингом.

Location is in an upmarket neighbourhood of the new city (gueliz) but not more than 15 minutes walk to the medina walls. Host was responsive to provide supplies and replace some furnishings at short notice. Not much. Everything was very good.

Le studio était propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal et très calme. Merci beaucoup ! Rien à signaler, tout était parfait. Aucun point négatif.
