• Jara Pa9 (9/5): Naples near by Mergellina - Modern rooms with convenient balcony. All was clean and beds were comfortable. Good location close to train station to Montesanto. Otherwise the apartment is a bit uphill.

Non è indicato il nome della struttura all'esterno. Poi il fatto che si trova vicino al parco comola ricci ...bisogna specificare quale lato ( in qt caso ..lato corso Vittorio ) perché i taxi ti fanno il giro turistico per aumentare la tariffa
• Dardan (10/5): - Our stay was perfect. The room was clean, safe, bright and spacious. They left coffee for us and since we stayed 7 nights, they also cleaned our room mid-stay which was highly appreciated. Ana is a sweetheart and she made sure we were all set in. The location is great, it’s a good neighbourhood, quiet and safe. Yes, it’s uphill but there are some stairs that will take you to Corso V Emmanuele where the train station is (literally 5 minute walk). There you can take the train to Montesanto where everything is nearby. If you did not already get it, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

• Guest (10/5): - Nagyon tetszett a szállás felszeretsége, ingyen hozzáférhető minibár, tisztálkodó eszközök, klíma. Modern berendezés és nagyon nagy tisztaság. Kedves és közvetlen, jó szándékú személyzet. Rugalmasak voltak a check-in-t és check-out-ot illetően. Fogadó hölgy nem beszélt angolul, így elég nehézkes volt a megértés, de a hölgy talpraesetsége, kedvessége és problémamegoldó képessége tovább lendítette az ügyet.

• Sandor Krisztian (8/5): - The room was beautiful and modern, with enough space for four adults. There was a movable TV that we used a lot in the evenings. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed, though a bottle opener for beer or wine would have been a nice addition. There were also a few negative experiences. First of all, the air conditioner, which made strange noises at night whenever it was turned off. Secondly, the system for entering the room was quite frustrating. You receive one card, which activates the electricity inside, and two keys. We made the mistake of taking the key with us when going out to the city, but leaving the card in the room. The problem was that the hallway leading to the rooms could only be opened with that card. This was never explained to us at check-in, so we had no way of knowing. As a result, we ended up being locked out in the city for the entire night. Although there seemed to be some kind of reception area downstairs, there was no receptionist or staff present to let us in. The only phone number we had for the owner was busy all night, with only an automated message answering. In the morning, after a lot of arguments, we were finally let in. The way tourists are treated here is unacceptable — we were shouted at (in Italian, which we couldn’t even understand), the woman who received us was unfriendly and careless, and she even yelled and swore over the phone. This experience completely ruined the mood of our holiday and left us with a very bad impression.

• Kateryna (7/5): Everything would have been just perfect if it weren’t for the situation with the broken door lock. - Perfect cleanliness, comfortable sleeping places, and a great location in a picturesque part of the city. The woman who checked us in, Anna, was very pleasant. Everything would have been perfect, except for one situation. The hosts did not check the functionality of the lock on the door to our room, and it turned out to be broken. We had to leave urgently and were unable to lock the door. We had valuable belongings with us that we couldn’t leave behind with the door open, nor could we take them with us. Since all the other rooms were occupied, the hosts offered to refund us so we could find another place to stay, but on a Saturday evening, especially with a large concert nearby, that was impossible. Eventually, they suggested we leave our belongings in a locked cabinet in the hallway, which we did. By the time we returned, the lock had been fixed, but the whole situation seriously ruined our mood and cost us time.

• mburda7 (10/5): Great stay - I spent one night there with two of my friends. The apartment was bright and very clean. Although we couldn’t find an iron, everything else was great. The view of the seaside was beautiful. The location felt safe and welcoming. There's also an elevator, which makes it easy to get yourself and your luggage to the apartment floor. none

• Ricardo (9/5): Spotless apartment in a calm neighborhood in Naples - Amazing facilities, comfortable, clean and spacious. It's in a nice and calm area within walking distance to a metro station. There is also a supermarket, a bakery and some restaurants nearby (~10min walk). For people with low mobility it can be hard to go back from the metro station as it is uphill.

• Enrico (9/5): Bella camera molto confortevole - Camera molto spaziosa e ben curata. Bagno ampio e comodo e carino anche la piccola cucina a disposizione. L'accoglienza della portinaia Fabiana é stata eccellente. Comoda la macchina del caffè espresso a disposizione, il bollitore ed il piccolo piano cottura. Non c'era una abat jour sui comodini. Sul lato dx del letto manca una presa elettrica vicino al comodino, mentre dall'altro lato c'è. Non è indispensabile ma potrebbe essere comodo. Il mini frigo durante la notte era un pochino rumoroso e la luce interna non si spegneva (anche se non da molto fastidio e funge quasi da luce notturna 😄) Mancava qualche strofinaccio e tovaglioli.

• Christina (8/5): Schönes neues Apartment - Neu renoviert, daher ist die Einrichtung noch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Hochwertige Pflegeprodukte werden angeboten. Das Bett ist bequem. Anreise war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief reibungslos auf englisch. Die Dame die uns Schlüsselkarte und Schlüssel übergab war sehr freundlich. Es wurde außerdem auf Nachfrage ein Parkplatz angeboten. Unten an der Straße gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Anreise weiterer Gäste zu später Stunde war deutlich hörbar. Die entzückende Dame die uns empfangen hat spricht leider nur italienisch, mit Händen und Füßen gelingt hier allerdings die Kommunikation, kann aber auch zu Missverständnissen führen. Man muss wissen, dass die Unterkunft auf einem Hügel liegt.

• Robert (2/5): Overall is was pretty dreadful. - Newley renovated to a basic standard apparently only 2 weeks previousl. Lots of teething problems which paying customers should not have to put up with. Recently renovated but sewer smell was unbearable in toilet/shower area meaning extractor fan (noisy) was constantly on but did not deal with awful smell. ( reported this to the owner who promises to come and see what he could do within 30 mins - waited over an hour before he said he could not come because of a stomach issue still waiting!! On Friday morning the hot water stopped working which meant we had to wash in the sink using hot water from the kettle. Not ideal for our last day. This was fixed sometime during the day when we were out. The owner did try to compensate us with 2x cheap small bottled of Asti Spumante, which we left at the premises untouched. (Felt more like an insult). The air conditioning unit gurgled every now and then when not in use, this also happened at night. Other guests were noisy at night and early in the morning in the corridor leading to the flat simply by talking loudly and laughing in the corridors in Italian. Not good when you are asleep and woken up by others inconsiderate behaviour. Nobody mentioned the large hill we would have to walk up every day to get to the property. This property is not suitable for elderly people or for people with mobility issues. Although there was a kettle and coffee maker there was no toaster and no bottle opener in the scantly equipped cutlery drawer ( 4x knifes, forks, spoons and tea spoons)
