- bernice (8/5): We loved the gorgeous sanctuary. - Property and location are stunning! Bring binoculars to help sit and enjoy the diversity of birds! It’s gorgeous.the owner is so kind and he has amazing plans/vision for the future! Rooms are exquisite and comfortable The staff are new and still learning their way but still helpful.
- Becky (10/5): Paradise - We loved everything about this place, most of all the people. Blanca and Emily are adorably sweet and helpful. The food was amazing, the view was amazing, this place is a small paradise, I cannot wait to go back. Travel they set up for us was spot on, with no problems. We miss you guys already! literally nothing.
- Kate (10/5): Relaxing trip in a a beautiful jungle garden. - Relaxing, beautiful attention to detail. The property is amazing! Would definitely go back! Had a great massage in the garden. The breakfast was not great but not a big deal. Everything else was amazing.
- Carlos (10/5): 👍🏻 - Very clean! N/a
- Maryalice (2/5): I disliked the experience. Way over priced! Not a resort. - Not much I didn’t like that right when I arrived and before I saw my room the manager charged the room first and then asked me if I wanted to include a tip. I said I usually left tips when my stay was over ( I did regrettably) The dome was clean but smelled strongly of mildew. You could see the leaks on the top of the domed ceiling. Two 2 nights was more than I could take and although I left a day early ( before check out time) the establishment would not return the money ($300.00!). “ No refunds” he said”. There were no window covers so anyone walking by at night could see inside. Breakfast was at 9:00 am so if you wanted coffee earlier you had to try to find it off premises by foot. The site was on a river that appeared pollluted with garage floating by. The manager told me it was ok to swim there! Another problem with the location is that You have to wade through the river or take a pontoon to get to the beach which is basically gravely sand and water to rough and dangerous to swim. The place looks very much like the pictures and appears to be in a nice setting. But what it offers for the price was very little. It’s more like a camp site so I was very disappointed. The drinks were good but outrageously priced at $15.00 US dollars for a Marguerita
They said they could drive you anywhere in the ATV’s, that this was included in your stay. But once again, that was really not the case. You have to tip the driver every single time and be reminded by the manager to do so. However the driver was congenial as were most of the people who worked there.
- Mary (10/5): Five days in Paradise. - The setting is exquisite. The staff, esp. Rubin, is friendly and helpful. We loved our "Domo". We loved walking to town - or being driven on an ATV, our choice. No cars!! Dining... but the resort is only 8 months old. They're working on it!
- Wingate (9/5): We absolutely loved our stay and will go back again!! - The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds were absolutely amazing. Lots of great seating around the property as well. The staff and management were all fabulous. Very attentive, spoke English, and made us feel at home and like family. The bar options could use a little sprucing up for the nightly price of the rooms. The food was good but pricey for what it was.
