- Slavomír (10/5): - Ubytovanie naplnilo naše očakávania. Je blízko centra, s veľmi dobrou dostupnosťou električkou, aj metrom. Je v rušnejšej časti, ale hluk sme nijako výrazne nepociťovali, pretože sme mali apartmán s 2 spálňami na 4. poschodí. Ten je zariadený účelne a moderne, s dôrazom na bezpečnosť. Fotografie aj popis zodpovedajú skutočnosti. V izbách, aj na chodbe je dostatok odkladacích priestorov na veci, postele sú veľké a matrace sú pohodlné. V kuchyni sa nachádza všetko potrebné na prípravu jedál. Rovnako taniere, hrnčeky, poháre, všetko je čisté a k dispozícii pre 4 ľudí. My sme ani nevyužili všetky možnosti, pretože s výnimkou raňajok sme si na jedlo zašli do mesta. Ocenili sme možnosť dať si k raňajkám chutnú kávičku. Celkovo kvalitu ubytovania, vrátane poskytnutia všetkých informácií vopred, hodnotím veľmi pozitívne. Ďakujeme za pobyt. Ubytovanie nemá žiadne zásadné nedostatky. Možno len malá poznámočka pre majiteľa - my sme síce nepotrebovali,... ale nevidel som tam vývrtku na víno ;-) To však nie je žiadna výhrada, iba také odporúčanie.

I'm not sure who's responsibilities was about presenting the apartment pictures and description, but I felt that I was misleading to believe that the apartment had a terrace and was bigger that it is in reality! I chose the Deluxe apartment that shows on the description an external area with city views, but that was not the case and I was extremely disappointed on my arrival to see that was not the case! I spoke with the team that was nice, but couldn't solve the problem during the weekend and offered me to change the apartment on Monday evening for an extra £60 per night for the flat with terrace and city views, so be careful when booking, because that was a grey area, and that was a bit sad!

- Juraj (9/5): Ubytovanie splnilo moje očakávanie , s rodinkou sme si užili Prahu. Rád sa sem vrátim v budúcnosti. - Vynikajúca lokalita blízko hromadnej dopravy a obchodného centra Smíchov. Množstvo reštaurácií v okolí. Špinavé exteriérové žalúzie. Ostatné bolo OK.

- Jeanette (10/5): Amazing - This was one of the best places I've ever stayed in. It's in a very nice location with easy access to different trams to go to the city center. The building and appartment are new and nice looking, the door has a code system, which makes it easy for the checkin, checkout and moving around. The apartment is small, but it's perfect if you just use it to shower, sleeping and not staying for long. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The only thing that I really didn't like is that there's a coffee machine included, but they only give you two capsules. We were two people staying for 4 days, I think that should be taken in consideration and provide with a proper amount. The curtains don't block fully the light, but it's easily solved using a sleeping mask, it's not like the apartment gets super bright. It's nothing related to the apartment, but I'd recommend future guests to go to Andel to take the public transport and not to Bertramka, the area is a bit ugly and I saw drug dealers dealing at plain sight during the daytime

- Ispas (10/5): Prima volta a Praga - Posto super tranquillo e comodo. Servito molto bene, attaccato ad ogni necessità, sia alimentare che di trasporti. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la doccia prontamente risolto nell'arco di 5 minuti. L'appartamento era attrezzato di: Lavatrice con pods, dispencer con bagno doccia, lavastoviglie, phon, macchina con cialde del caffè, bollitore, piastra ad induzione e stoviglie, aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro e stendibiancheria. Il nostro soggiorno è durato una settimana. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Super consigliato e torneremo.

Doccia carina, grande finestra con vista, terrazza comune top Posizione centrale ma non centralissima, per due giorni andava molto bene, forse fossero stati più giorni avrei preferito qualcosa di più comodo. - Татьяна (1/5): - Мы забронировали номер с большой кроватью и диваном на 3 человека. В итоге в номере был диван малютка и топчан. попросили дать номер как мы бронировали нам ответили что он будет только завтра. Попросили ещё один номер сказали нам нет мест. Можете пожаловаться в booking. По итогу 2 человека осталось в номере а третьему сняли жилье в другом месте, это отдыхали мои дети компанией. Это жилье + ещё одно по итогу 9 тис за 2 ночи. На сайте это был номер делюкс и стоил 3700 за 2 ночи. Мы бы могли без них снять нормальный номер за 5-6 тис. По итогу очень не приятно. Не рекомендую ни кому. Полное несоответствие с фото на сайте

- Marosi (10/5): Alles perfekt! - Es war richtig super ! Die Beschreibung und Anleitung wo alles zu finden ist war bis jetzt das beste das ich bei Booking erlebt habe. Das Apartment war sehr schön und freundlich eingerichtet! Es war alles sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem! Die Lage war perfek ! Sehr nah an der Autobahn Abfahrt und wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann man auch in die Altstadt gehen doch es gibt auch eine gute Anbindung für die Öffis! Wir würden alle 4 wieder dieses Apartment wählen! Es gibt nichts negatives zu beanstanden!

- Irina (7/5): Непоганий готель, але є свої мінуси - Гарне розташування. В помешканні є все для комфортного перебування. Дуже незручні ліжка, занадто тверді та ще й дуже скріпіли (номер 102). Подушки незручні, вони великі, а по об'єму занадто тонки. Регулятор кондиціонеру не працював, а в номері було жарко. Номер на першому поверсі, за вікнами стоянка автомобілів. При відкритому вікні всі гази були у помешканні. За час нашого перебування не прибирали та не міняли рушники.

- Veres (10/5): - Három éjszakát töltöttünk háromfős családunkkal az apartmanban. A szállásadó nagyon pontos, fotókkal illusztrált leírást adott arról, hogyan juthatunk be a lakásba, illetve hogyan foglalhatjuk el a parkolót. A lakás tiszta, modern, mindennel felszerelt, nagyon sok tárolóhellyel rendelkezik. Kicsit tartottunk tőle, hogy zajos lesz, mivel forgalmas utcán van, de az ablakok nagyon jól leszigetelték a kinti zajokat. Kb. 5 perc sétára volt egy tömegközlekedési csomópont, ahonnan könnyen el tudtunk jutni bárhová. Ugyanitt bevásárlóközpont és éttermek is találhatók.

- Julian Hogenkamp (7/5): Good Apartment, but basement location and hard bed not clearly indicated - The Check-In was super easy, and the apartment is located not far from a tram station which made it easy to get to the river and the old town and the castle. The Apartment looks clean and nice and has enough space for 2 people. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clear from the photos that the room is located in the basement and only offers a view of the inner courtyard. The bed was also extremely firm, which I personally found uncomfortable. Additionally, the kitchen could be better equipped—items like a baking dish (especially since there’s an oven) and a pair of scissors would make it more practical.

- Bhavani Shankar (10/5): Simple ,Easy and practical - Apartment is perfect for couples and small families (we were 2 +2 kids) .Tram connection and mini supermarkt (24/7) is just 5 minutes walk. Nothing major for short stay

- Stefanie (8/5): Top Lage & Ausstattung - - tolle Lage (5min von der Straßenbahn entfernt, ca. 15min damit in die Stadt, 5min vom nächsten Supermarkt) - alles sehr sauber - tolle Ausstattung (Geschirr tiptop, Spülmaschine mit Tabs, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen usw., viele Schränke) -Bett für Kinder ist ein Bettschrank, den man untertags einfach hochklappen kann - ansonsten wäre die Wohnung für 4 Personen etwas kleiner (wirkt auf den Bildern größer als sie ist, aber mit hochgeklapptem Bett völlig okay) - optionaler Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage für 20 Euro pro Nacht zwar nicht ganz günstig, aber super geschickt und auch sicher für das Auto) -Ausblick weniger schön (unsere Wohnung war ganz unten im Haus, leider sieht man von dort aus nicht einmal den Himmel) -sehr harte Matratzen - für Menschen, die gerne auf Isomatten liegen völlig in Ordnung, für alle, die etwas Weicheres gewöhnt sind, wirklich ein dickes Minus

- Tomas (7/5): Pro rodinu a dětmi ne zcela ideální místo na delší pobyt. Pro dvojici či jedince místo výborné. - Čistý, nový, hezky vybavený apartmán. Hračky pro děti zachovalé, pestré. Místo výborné z hlediska dostupnosti, určitě lépe ze zastávky Bertramka než Anděl (několik přechodů). Místo bylo z hlediska klidu a spaní velmi hlučné, rekuperace byla výkonná, ale teplota byla přes 23 st. a nešla účinně snížit, byla také velmi nízká vlhkost a v apartmanu bylo výrazně sucho, zejména v noci. Větrání vzhledem k lokalitě nad hlavní třídou v podstatě nemožné či jen krátkodobě.
