• Maxim (7/5): Beautiful specious Alps apartment - The apartment is spacious, clean, and convenient. The view is breathtaking and the closeness to all the surrounding activities is great. The kitchen is well equipped, the host is responsive through phone call. While the overall experience was ok, there were quite a few smaller issues that added up and took away from the stay- especially considering the high price for three nights, where a higher standard is expected. There are blackout curtains, but they don’t fully cover the windows, so the room never actually gets fully dark. We specifically booked and paid for a three-bedroom apartment, but upon arrival the third bedroom was locked. When we asked the host to open it, he did, showed us the room, and then decided that since we are a couple, two bedrooms should be sufficient, and locked it again. While there was probably miscommunication, this felt inappropriate- regardless of how many people are staying, we paid for the full space and should have access to it. There were also several small but noticeable inconveniences: only one hand soap provided for the entire stay (meaning you need your own for the shower), and no tea that are usually expected at this price point. Noise was another issue (for a light sleeper). Sound insulation is very poor- you can clearly hear other guests from different apartments talking, people walking in the hallway, and activity outside the door, which is an interior door than a proper entrance door. Additionally, light road noise is constantly audible. Each of these points might seem minor on its own, but together they noticeably reduced the quality of the stay. At this price level, we expected a more polished and comfortable experience.

Respektiere nicht unsere Privatsphäre (z.B. ging abends in Ferienwohnung durch Schalfzimmer, wo jemand im Bett lag und entfernte Sonnenschirm vom Balkon, da dieser nach seinem empfinden nicht rechtzeitig zusammen geklappt wurde)

Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! 👍 Der Fahrradunterstand könnte etwas grösser sein und es wäre noch toll, wenn die OG Wohnung einen eigenen Grillplatz hätte 😉

• Sanh (9/5): Nice apartment in an idyllic location - Nice, clean and roomy apartment in very bucolic location. Kitchen has everything you need to cook if needed. Bathroom is clean, bright and has large shower area. Host could communicate ahead of time about how to obtain keys (according to description: someone was going to meet us). Had to call when get there at dark. Kitchen appliances have no instructions and only have symbols so we did not know how to turn the stove on. City tax was additional but not described in property description. Cash payment only.

• Janet (6/5): The location, view, space & cleanliness is great, but plan to bring your own bedding & cash to pay. - The locaton was wonderful and the facility was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment for cooking and there was 3 bedrooms for us to spread out. The beds did not have any bedding or sheets on them! And the rooms did not have any to offer us either! That was totally unexpected as we have traveled by plane and could not bring our own bedding. The kitchen had coffee pots but did not provide any coffee. Often places like this do provide coffee and coffee condiments. The internet is spotty at best. The host. would only except cash and not credit card. That was not convenient for us as we do not like to travel with that much cash.

• Martina (9/5): I would highly recommend this apartment, it was so spacious and the location is perfect. I higly reccomend Fort ruin Fal - We were welcomed to an impeccable clean apartment with a perfectly stocked kitchen for all our kitchen needs. The live houseplants throughout the apartment made us feel even more at home. The property is right across the street from a beautiful lake, it was a perfect swimming spot for our family. I loved that the property was in a very quaint town away from all the tourists, surrounded by mountains and lake views but still in easy access to everything you need. Super fast access to the castles. We had no negative comments about the property

• Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional - An excellent apartment. Three very large bedrooms and a big kitchen, dining area and living room. It was such a treat to enjoy so much space. Nice and quiet too.
