• astrid (4/5): - Wij zijn erg teleurgesteld over deze accommodatie en kunnen deze helaas niet aanbevelen. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we meerdere ernstige problemen ervaren. Gedurende 3 van de 5 dagen hadden we geen warm water en konden we niet normaal douchen. Daarnaast viel de stroom voortdurend uit, soms om de paar minuten, waardoor we regelmatig in het donker zaten en zelf telkens de elektriciteit weer moesten inschakelen. De communicatie en houding vanuit de verhuurder maakten de situatie nog vervelender. In plaats van begrip of een passende oplossing voelden de reacties afstandelijk en weinig behulpzaam. Ook het appartement zelf kwam niet overeen met de foto’s op de website. Het meubilair was verouderd, beschadigd en duidelijk versleten. Een deurstijl zat los, de keuken was zeer beperkt uitgerust met weinig keukengerei en er waren slechts 3 limonade glazen aanwezig, 2 wijnglazen en 2 mokken en 2 soepkommen. Over het algemeen voldeed de accommodatie absoluut niet aan de uitstraling en kwaliteit die werd geadverteerd. Gezien de prijs van ongeveer €1000 hadden wij op zijn minst verwacht dat basisvoorzieningen zoals warm water, goed werkende elektriciteit en een degelijk onderhouden appartement in orde zouden zijn. Helaas heeft dit verblijf veel frustratie en ongemak veroorzaakt tijdens onze vakantie.
• amanda (10/5): Perfect stay for a family in central location - Loved the location- close to Metro, close to a lovely park, close to nice restaurants. Easy walk to collosseum, on the train line for Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Vatican museum etc. second bathroom a bonus. So quiet considering the location. Perfect for a family of five. We didn’t cook at all, but kitchen was clean and generous sized fridge. Nothing.

Douché sans pression et froide côté cuisine et tiède dans la chambre, j ai demandé à ce qu elle vienne voir, rien n’a changé ! Manque de sérieux , j ai envoyé 3 messages via booking avant pour avoir des renseignements, pas de réponse, j ai appelé , on m’a demandé d’enviyer par watsap, zéro réponse, la veille la dame m’ appelle la veille pour me demander l’heure d’arrivée je précise entre 15 et 16 h, le jour même avant de prendre l’avion je précise que l’avion n’a pas de retard , on sera là pour 15h3 max, arrivés à l’aéroport, je lui envoie un message pour nous dire qu on sera bien là pour 15h30, elle me répond qu elle sera là à 16 h!!! Nous avons dû attendre 1-2 h sur le trottoir. Elle arrive en prétextant de la circulation de Rome, très expéditif, a peine arrivé réclame 3 fois la taxe de séjour cash, oppressante, manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, une minuscule cafetière qui ne fait qu’une tasse à la fois ! 3 petites cuillères ! Alors que l’appartement est prévu pour 5 ! Pas d’éponge, pas de torchon, juste un rouleau de sopalin, pas une bouteille d’eau pour notre arrivée, aucune source de lumière naturelle, lumière allumée en permanence dans la cuisine, séjour, photos très trompeuses ! De plus un volet qui donnait sur la terrasse n’était pas ouvrable car soi disant cassé par certains clients… Canapés tout petit pour deux , inconfortable

• Jitka (7/5): - Apartmán je na dobrém místě, všude blízko, je prostorný i pro 5 lidí. Zařízení není udržované, sprcha teče velice slabě, kliky dveří upadávají, není kam pověsit ručníky, deky jsou staré, toaletní papír jsme si museli koupit, ale na krátkodobý pobyt ok.

• Linh (9/5): - Closed to Termini station, only 10 min walks. Closed to supermarket only 5 min walks, closed to many stores and Santa Maria major. Apartment does have kitchen, Coffee maker, sink, stove to cook and silver wares, have 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, beds are Comfort. Quiet, no noise around. If I come back to Roma again, I will pick this apartment.

• Letícia (9/5): Nossa estadia foi muito boa. - A localização era excelente, perto dos principais pontos turísticos e da estação de metro. Fizemos tudo a pé. As instalações surpreendeu, quartos grandes e confortáveis. Apartamento muito limpo. Tivemos problemas com o WI-FI no segundo dia e não houve interesse em consertar, como não tem sinal de celular dentro do apartamento, ficamos sem internet.

• Hayley (8/5): Fantastic location, wonderfully clean. We were in Rome for my Mum’s 70th and this was a perfect base for our stay. - Fantastic space, great location. Clean and tidy. There was no where to hang towels after a shower. There is one towel rail in the main bathroom but it falls down when you try to hang a towel. We ended up using the back of the dining room chairs. No hand towels were provided for the bathrooms so one of us had to sacrifice a towel for our hair. The main shower head needs replacing. Only three hangers were provided.
• Marlène (5/5): Nous avons un apprécié le calme et la proximité du métro mais l’appartement n’est pas entretenue comme il le faudrait. - L’appartement est accessible via une cour et du coup cnest très calme Les pommeaux de douches étaient cassés, nous avons retrouvé pleins de cheveux dans les douches, la literie est vraiment usée et la wifi très faible.

• Nilda (9/5): Great stay - The location was very close to the metro of the Termini station we could easily move it on foot We would appreciate that there is a coffee machine and a kettle but otherwise everything was fine
• Vasiliki (6/5): Pleasant - Near the trainstation, a walking distance to some attractions. The apartment is spacious for 4 people. It is on the groundfoor, surrounded by buildings making the apartment dark. It has a strange smell. There is no kettle or a coffee machine. There wasn't also a hairdryer, I sent a message and luckily the next day someone brought one. There were only 2 hangers in the wardrobe, 1 for each person, if you stay for 1 night that's OK, but for 5?
• Sue-ellen (7/5): Comfortable and convenient for short stays. - The apartment is an authentic inner city living space. It is 3 blocks from the Tremini which was helpful. It has a kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The host, Natalie was very helpful and gave us some visitor tips on arrival. It has air conditioning and an outside court yard on the ground floor. The kitchen is not well equipped if you intend to cook. There was no incidentals either such as oil, sugar, salt , so if you wanted to cook, you needed EVERYTHING. A kettle would be helpful and therefore not have to boil water on the gas cooktop. We were there for over a week and it may have also been helpful to have a clothes airer of clothesline in the court yard to dry any bits of washing etc. The shower heads were loose in both bathrooms which made having a shower chaotic at times. The apartment needs some maintenance with tables that have rickety legs, door handles that hang off or come off all together. A 2 seater sofa which means a family of 4 is comfortable to congregate and hang out at the end of the day. Everyone ends up retreating to their rooms as that is a comfortable place. The neighbourhood felt risky especially after dark or around the nearby park late in the afternoon. This actually persuaded us to not head out after dark to go to dinner etc.

• Marek (9/5): Superb - Apartment was really clean. There were also toothbrushes and all conveniences that you could expect, including wine :). Equipped kitchen and close to metro station is also a plus. Brick ceiling was great Neighborhood could be better and apartment needs a little of renovation. Nothing serious though.
• George (7/5): Place with a prime location but could step up a bit more with regards to creature comforts. - I was glad the property owners allowed us to meet at the property itself than meeting at the train station to pick up the keys. The designated person showed us how to use the usual appliances, how to lock the door. We asked for bathroom towers for which they gladly supplied. The kitchen was stocked with tea, a bottle of wine and candy. The living room had a smart tv with access to local tv channels and Youtube/ Netflix. The stove, fridge worked as expected. Glassware, plates and utensils are available. The location is prime. Near the Metro, nearby restaurants, near a grocery store, near small clothing boutiques and a souvenir shop. The Sta Maria Maggjore Basilica is a short walk away. An OVS is nearby as well. There is a park just a stone throw away with some ruins to complete the look. Externally, the gated entrance looked very similar to the neighboring apartment complexes. Would be good to have a distinguishing mark only made familiar to those who book the apartment so that it's easier to spot when riding a taxi. The main door is really difficult to open (need a lot of wrist power to nudge the lock open). The steps leading to the main door may not be ideal with walking difficulties/ elderly as they are very steep. Guests would love to have a coat hanger/ rack near the door - handy during those winter months. The master bedroom has a few issues: the door handle holders are loose; there isn't much space to put your luggage bag, in the wintertime a guest would appreciate more hangers in the sliding closet to store jackets, sweaters and clothes, the toilet is very small (including the shower stall); the bathroom absolutely needs towel racks, along with soap/shampoo rack or holders; the bed was made larger by putting two single beds together, and a full length mirror in the house would be incredibly handy. The air-conditioning/ warming unit was faulty and thankfully there were thick blankets stored in the drawer. We messaged the property owner who finally came after our 2nd night and fixed the issue. As for the guest bathroom there is a window (unfortunately it was end of winter season) that lets cold air in.

• Sudesh (5/5): Not worth for the money that was paid - The location of the property is very much accessible. The floor was not clean. The locks of the door were not working properly. There was loud noise in the backyard. The A/C does not work properly when turned on in both rooms together. The water from tap did not have right pressure. The bed was uncomfortable and very small as compared to double bed.

• Rebecca (7/5): Overall a good pleasant stay, some really nice places for food nearby. Very close to the termini. - Good location to lots of restaurants, not too far enough walk to the colosseum. I thought the apartment was clean and tidy. Really nice and presentable. I actually thought the bed was comfortable. Offer of change of linen through the week. Some really nice places to eat, very close by, such as the cottrini patisserie. The Tomoko tudini Roma restaurant is a must, a lovely authentic and vibrant place to eat with great service and food. We didn’t meet the host but met his colleague who met us and gave us the key to the apartment. Unfortunately no safety deposit box but the area was safe enough. The shower wouldn’t hang up in the en-suite in the 2nd room, but this is fixable and didnt Affect the stay too much.

• Kangda (1/5): Terrible! Don’t book this apartment. - The location is near the termini station. The facilities are of poor quality. There is a protruding bar in the middle of the sofa bed, which makes your lower back very painful. There are Not two single beds as described, only double beds, false advertising. The bathroom is not clean either. The staff on the booking is rude and not friendly at all. They are not the owner of this apartment. Do not trust their words before payment. They are liars and give false promises. Once the payment is done, their attitude becomes very bad. They said they can give us split receipts but after booking they don't respond us and shirked responsibility. The communication experience with this staff is extremely bad.
• Donna (1/5): Worst experience ever! - Staff cursed at us, called us foul and nasty things and then the owner threatened to put our bags on the street simply because I asked if I could pay the city tax via card. Owner said his house, his rules- even though cash payment was never advised prior. Location was in a bad area, not close to any sights except several homeless sleeping on the block. Didn’t feel safe, even with four deadbolts in door. Apartment was neat, but cheap and stained furniture. Beds were horrible. Worst experience ever! Owner, staff, location, furniture, cleanliness and that Booking.com did nothing but advised to write a review.

• Arkadinos (4/5): DISAPPOINTMENT. WE DON'T RECOMMEND THE APARTMENT AND THE AREA FOR FAMILIES - THE AREA IS DISAPPOINTING, VERY DEGRADED, DIRTY AND AFRAID TO WALK AT NIGHT. NEXT TO THE DOOR OF THE APARTMENT THERE ARE MANY GARBAGE BINS. THE DOUBLE BED WAS NOT AT ALL COMFORTABLE AND WAS SCRATCHING WITH EVERY MOVEMENT, WHILE THE EXTRA BED FOR THE 3RD CHILD WAS ON THE FLOOR, VERY HARD AND NO ONE COULD SLEEP. THERE ARE NO HOOKS IN THE BATHROOMS FOR TOWELS AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO DRY THEM. ALSO NO EXTRA TOWELS AND SHEETS. THE TAPS HAVE NO PRESSURE, AND THE KITCHEN WITH SEVERAL LACKS. ON THE LAST DAY INSIDE THE APARTMENT WE FOUND A LIVE SCORPION NEXT TO THE UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA. THE ONLY NEGATIVE POINT IN OUR HOLIDAY WAS THE ACCOMMODATION.

• Anna-maria (9/5): I would highly recommend this accomodation. - The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was even a small back yard only for us. The accomodation is very close to the city center and you don't need public transport to reach the main sights.
