Sally (7/5): Good place but overpriced for location. - It had a good view of the beach, so the kids could go down and we could watch up whilst preparing meals. The house was styled well, and contained quality and penalty of towels, crockery, and utensils. There was no BBQ, just the gas fitting. I didn’t realise black beach was beside a treatment plant, so they was a scent at various times of the day when the wind blew that wasn’t coastal. It had lots of high stairs to get to the living area so if you are less mobile, this may be a challenge as bedrooms were downstairs but the main living and dining were upstairs.
