- Andre (1/5): - Es wäre schön, wenn es sauber wäre. Auf dem Bett und Boden voller Hundehare , das minioffen voll verrostet vo innen und verschimelt , Wasserhahn in der Toilette locker so dass es bald abfällt.
- KS EIK Grimma (6/5): - Wir haben für unsere Mitarbeiter 8 Wochen hintereinander die Unterkunft gebucht. Wir haben viele Male den Vermieter per E-Mail gebeten, uns für die 8 Rechnungen jeweils eine Rechnung mit Mehrwertsteuer zu senden, leider ist bis heute (seit Anfang März) nichts passiert. Das ist sehr enttäuschend und bringt uns als Firma Probleme mit der Buchhaltung.

Добре співвідношення ціна та якість, чиста постіль та рушники. Душова кабіна потребує ремонту, оскільки з неї тече вода. Це створює незручності під час користування туалетною кімнатою.

- Pedro (9/5): Buen sitio. - La ubicación era muy buena, lejos del centro de la ciudad pero en un barrio con mucha vida alternativa. Pocos utensilios de cocina. La limpieza del suelo no era muy buena.
