• Csaba (9/5): A központban elhelyezkedő apartman összességében megfelelt az elvárásainknak. - Udvarias házigazda fogadott. Elektromos kis autóval bevitt bennünket az apartmanhoz. A parkolóhely könnyen megközelíthető pár perces sétával. Abszolút a központban helyezkedik el a szállás, 50m-re a tengertől. A szoba ablakai valóban a tengerre néznek. A ház előtt kávézó, szemben élelmiszerüzlet. Rengeteg étterem a parton és a sikátorokban. Rovinj az egyik legnépszerűbb Horvátországi úticél. Sokadszor voltunk itt és valószínűleg visszatérünk. Az ágyon a matrac jobb fele már nem tölti be rendesen a funkcióját, besüpped. Véleményem szerint cserélni kellene.
• Jeremy (9/5): Fantastic location to be right amongst the action in Rovinj. - Parking was an available for a small daily fee just 5 mins away by electric cart. Luna picked us up at the car park and drove us to the front door which is right in the main square of Rovinje. Location was 1st class. The window system is excellent and would stop the late night noise from downstairs. A large king-size bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed for small meals and the washing machine a real bonus. Our contact Ivan was quick to respond to any query via WhatsApp. Room is situated below the balcony in the photo. Given the location, I think any complaint about the decor would be inappropriate but perhaps a few modern changes would be good looking forward. But, I stress, everything functioned well.
• AwesomeManUS (10/5): Awesome service responses and plush accommodation in fantastic location!! - There was some communication confusion because our esim card didn't work but some neighbors called and pickup shuttle from the parking lot was quick. Our bags were carried up the narrow step steps (natural since the building is old.) The door was open to reveal a stunning studio. As an interior decorator, I give it a A++. Large windows gave a splendid view to the main square, marina and water. During the late afternoon, beautiful music was heard includ. violin, bass and flute. You could hear some noise even with the curtains shut, but it was muted. There is a grocery directly across from the apt. Could have a corner shelf or rack in shower to hold shampoo. Didn't understand why there was an ashtray in a non-smoking room.
• Viktor (10/5): Phenomenal, will be back for sure - The hosts were just phenomenal and very flexible. We had to change check in time twice because of our long drive and they were very accommodating. Location is just priceless, could not be any better. Absolutely nothing.

• Ronald (8/5): Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding op een mooie locatie in het centrum. Transfer parkeerplaats! - De locatie bij de haven en in het centrum. Gastheer was correct en behulpzaam. Meer/vaker schone handdoeken. Vriesvak in koelkast zou prettig zijn.

• Patricia (10/5): Gorgeous.highly recommend - Gorgeous!! Looking over town square and the harbor. Location couldnt be better. Parking is a 10 minute walk away and some narrow streets to find the parking but they used a golf cart to transport me to and from with my luggage. The host is as very helpful and supportive in helping me try to get my luggage which was lost on my flights. Also so many great restaurant suggestions. Rio was great and the best pasta dish I have ever had was at Articoka!!

Ivan was very good host assisting with bags and parking nearby, minimal fee and gholfcart to accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay. Tv did not really gave any channels and WiFi dipped a bit.

• Culp (10/5): Great 4 days in Rovinj! - The location was awesome. Right in the town square. Property manager's were great!. There was a parking space just a few minutes from the apartment. Would rent this place again.
• Ya (9/5): In general, it’s a good apartment to stay, we would like to book again! - Location is top, in the center of Rovinj. Two dining chairs are already very shaky, we are a family of three. Plus, the dish washer is not working, it’s a little bit inconvenient.

• Ciocan (9/5): Superb - Location. The appartment is nice. I want to give 9.5 note, but on booking is not possible just note 10 or 9. The toilet bowl was not clean and to this price they can give many shower gel.
• Kyra (10/5): Perfect comfortable place. - I stayed for Rovinj Bachata week and it was perfect for location. I was worried it would be loud but there were speakers and a 1000 people dancing out the window and we didn't hear a thing. Definetely hoping to stay next year. No issues.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - The studio apartment is just across the piazza from the main gate to the old town, so it is very convenient for exploring the historic part of town and the port. You can walk to everything in less than ten minutes. The studio is nicely furnished and the AC, hot water, and internet worked great. Ivan, the host, was welcoming and very pleasant. He helped us to the parking lot, assisting with our luggage, provided an orientation to the apartment, and communicated promptly. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this studio apartment! Nothing.
• Cassie (10/5): 5 nights in a superb, centrally located flat - The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures. It was very comfortable for the two of us for five nights. Ivan and Francesca were very helpful in addressing a couple of issues that came up. The apartment is on the first floor, and there is no elevator. There are ambient sounds from the square from early morning until late in the evening because the apartment is right above it. we enjoy the energy of vitality that came with those sounds, and Windows when closed, made the flat quite quiet. We appreciated being able to check in early on arrival and bone located food being able to store luggage after we checked out. There’s nothing we didn’t like.

It is as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures and this is our second visit only we stayed longer this time! Francesca and Ivan are great hosts. This apartment is the BEST.

• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Great location right in the center of Ronvinj, with very well isolated windows, so that it's not too loud at night, even when there is music playing outside. The parking space is about 5mins away from the accommodation. Ivan, the host, provided a shuttle service and picked us up with all the luggage. Public beaches are easy to reach, either by car, or boat or just a foot walk away. Also, there is a supermarket just on the other side of the small street, not even 20meters far. The apartment is very lovely as well. It offers well working air condition, kitchen with coffee machine and fridge, basically all you need. We really enjoyed our stay!
