Guest Reviews
- Maria Clara (7/5): - There were 4 beds. Quiet wooded location. Convenient location for the sights. 2 huge beds occupied 1 bedroom and there was absolutely no space for luggage.
Layout of the house was not ideal. Living area a little dark.
Steep stairs were a little dangerous. Definitely not for kids! Hard for the elderly also.

- Linda (8/5): Overall the Seward Apartment was spacious, beautifully appointed, close to Seward. - Host was very helpful. Beds were excellent. Great to have a washing machine and lovely decorations. Bathroom water stopped during showers. Eventually we realized that water pressure could not sustain two showers running simultaneously. We had considerable trouble locking the apartment when we left. Once the host gave us written instructions, the system worked fine.
- Erica (9/5): - Beautiful views, lovely kitchen, lovely decor, clean Dark master bathroom lighting, upstairs apartment, but more like 2 flights of stairs to entrance
- Petra (10/5): - Amaze
- Popat (10/5): Seward apartment was amazing stay . If ever I have to visit Alaska again I will surely book this property and stay there - Location , clean , cozy very very very homely feeling . Amazing it was Just that need storage in bedroom to put clothes .
- John (7/5): Great apartment - The deck was awesome! Great views! Kitchen and living room was great! Apartment was beautiful, clean and decorated wonderfully! Owners were very nice, friendly and helpful! The bottom of the bathtub is several Inches above the floor. So when you step out of tub you tip over cuz the floor level is lower. I actually face planted coming out of tub. The master bedroom bed has a horrible frame. My husband hurt his knee bad and kids ran into it several times. The bed in guest bedroom was terrible. The headboard was just free standing and bed frame is on wheels. So thru out the night the bed kept moving and frame would bang on the wall or fall over onto bed. And the mattress was extremely soft. Like way way soft! Very uncomfortable. Toilet in master bath wasn't working when we got there but they fixed it second day. Worse of all no black out curtains. In Alaska when the sun doesn't go down blinds don't help. They need black out curtains in bedrooms. They were doing construction below us we could hear every word from workers using f word a lot in afternoon when we were trying to nap
- Prakash (9/5): Superb -
- Jiaxin (9/5): Superb -
- Doug (10/5): Beautiful property but every accommodation you could need - The apartment was very tastefully decorated and was exceptionally well equipped. The space was bright and quiet. It was very clean and inviting. The internet connection was fast and easy to logon.
Loved the covered deck, it was a wonderful bonus. There were a lot of stairs to access the apartment.
It's a bit too far from town to walk - a car is a must
- Theresa (10/5): Beautiful relaxing view sitting on balcony watching the sun go down over the mountain made the hastle of getting to Alas - $10,000,000 view. It was exactly what we needed for our group. The Bald Eagle in the tree in the front yard sort of welcomed you in. location is convenient to the trails and the piers. Nothing was bad except that now I want to move to Alaska. It's like a siren song.
- Steven (9/5): Superb - The unit was cozy and clean. The cleaning fee I feel is quite expensive as our family cleaned up very well and left the unit in the same shape we found it. Additionally, the unit underneath it was under construction and the area was littered with building materials and tools.
- Bálint (7/5): Calm, clean, and well equipped, but prepare for surprises - Well equipped apartment, calm surroundings, clean. Weird communication (we didn't get the locker code in time, there was a lot of confusion around check-in, but then it was all cleared up). Location is okay if you have a car. We didn't mind the calmness, but it's 6 miles from town. No hot water on the last day. Strangers knocked on the door looking for the owner...
- Robert (10/5): Great place and location .Ownner helped with everything .very clean - Very clean
Great views and location
Owner very responsive No issues
- Thornton (10/5): Perfect house to access all that Seward has to offer. - Gateway to the Kenai. A very well-appointed home with a great kitchen and comfortable sleeping space. The bunks are a great convenience for larger groups and not in the way for smaller. A convenient location to all that Seward has to offer. Pleasant deck overlooking the creek and a mountain backdrop. Pillows were all the same brand. A variety of types and hardness would have been a plus.
- Matt (9/5): Ideal accomodations - The Seward apartment is a perfect, comfortable place to relax and rest after adventures in this beautiful national park.
- Margaret (10/5): Great boat cruise and hikes. Nice dinner at the salmon bake restaurant - Quiet, clean, nicely decorated, good views-wildness feel, easy drive from town, spacious Second bedroom did not have much luggage space but did have a lot of sleeping space
