• Alexander Spasov (7/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location, has excellent internet, and is large and spacious! There was everything necessary provided, including bathroom amenities and kitchen utensils. They allowed me an early check-in, which was a big plus. Many thanks for that! The apartment needs some refreshing and renovation of the furniture. Almost everything is quite old and worn out. There was no hot water at the bathroom sink, and the air conditioner remote control was put away and missing. The windows do not have mosquito nets, and there is definitely a need for better hygiene — there was a lot of dust and cobwebs. Overall, I am satisfied, but the price was quite high for what the apartment offers. Nothing personal towards the owners.

• Tihana (5/5): Super lokacija, ali dojam mi je da sam vikend provela u stanu svoje bake. - Lokacija je odlična, a apartman prostran. Stan ima miris starih ljudi. To je jako utjecalo na kvalitetu boravka. Imala sam osjećaj da mi se uvuklo u odjeću. Također, neobično je obnovljen. Više za smještaj studenata, nego za iznajmljivanje. Stolarija je stara, slavina u kupaonici nekako čudno improvizirana. Krevet u sobi i ormari su lijepi, od punog drva, ali dojam je da si u bakinom stanu. Također krevet je bio dosta neudoban i nakon spavanja boljela su me leđa. Mekani nadmadraci postavljeni su na mekani stari madrac i cijelu noć sam imala osjećaj da ću se negdje otkotrljati s te planine.

• VIDAS (9/5): Ugodno iskustvo. - Apartmman uredan i čist. Ima sve što treba za kraći boravak poput našeg. Za svaku preporuku. Malo je teže bilo naći slobodno parkirno mjesto u blizini apartmana.

• Mario (4/5): - Čim se otvore vrata od stana osjetio se jaki smrad iz kupaone,cijeli stan je smrdio po kanalizaciji,stan je bio potpuno hladan,morali smo zatvoriti kupaonu i dnevni boravak.

It is fully equipped with all household necessities, cozy and well-arranged – everything you need to feel comfortable. Just a 15-minute walk from Maksimir Park. The hosts are attentive and extremely kind. Many thanks to them – I highly recommend this place!”

• Luka (9/5): Superb - Great host and easy to communicate. Appartement was very clean and tidy. Really close to the tram stations, grocery stores etc. Only 15min walk to the city zoo.
• Smjesnjak (1/5): Bad - Location of apartment. The apartment was poorly. All furniture is very old and outdated. All apartment is very smelly because of sewer gasses com into living area. Master bed and its matrass is beyond bad and is impossible to sleep on it if you not want to got your back damaged. Also they not have they car parking and you need park on public place but you can't buy ticket for parking because you need to send SMS on number but only from croatian number. For 2 days of stay there i payed two parking tickets and no help from staff about that.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment. Large and fully stocked with everything to be extra comfortable. Also in a great location only 1 street away from tramway stop.
• Michael (9/5): Great Value for Money Home - Super spacious flat, plenty of room and well kept. Great facilities with modern A/C and TV. Location was great, as it was a quiete street but super close to the tram to move around. Owners were super friendly and helpful with any questions or requests. Over all great value for money. Felt like a home. The couch bed though comortable enough to sleep in is not the most practical.
