Pepita (9/5): Superb - The layout of the house is really good. Easy to find a spot by yourself with a book and not be in the main family space all the time. Hubby found the mattress a bit hard but nobody else complained :)

Everyone was super comfortable and happy with the place Although very clean, the house was just a bit dusty on a lot of surfaces. There were also a lot of spiders hanging around. The front door could also use a bit of covering because you can see very clearly from the outside

Charmaine (5/5): Ok property. - Large open family areas Evaporative cooling in all back bedrooms did not work. Refrigerator struggled to keep items cold. Owner entered the property without notice to mow lawns. Kitchen appliances (toaster/kettle) very dirty and sticky.
