- Harry (9/5): Would readily stay here again. - Beds were most comfortable. Room was very clean. Friendly courteous service. Location. And see above.
- Barry (9/5): -
- Anthony (10/5): Excellent - The staff was friendly and very polite there dog is the main attraction loves to meet and greet people. I am a regular and enjoy my stay every time and the view is great. Nothing
- Heather (10/5): - Went to Angelo's. Great breakfast. Bathroom sink has the water lines mixed-up. Cold water should be on the right side, hot on the left. The stopper in the sink didn't work properly. You shouldn't have to pull it up by hand and hold it there or otherwise it drops back down. Everything else was good.
- Krista (3/5): - Bed was comfortable enough. Could definitely have been cleaner. Had to pay an additional cleaning fee to have a dog. Seemed wrong since a little dog hair would have been the lesser of the cleaning needs. Also decided against a shower or using the kitchen as the water was running brown. This may not be related to the motel though. The room was cute, just not clean.
- Pauline (9/5): It was just what I was looking for - No breakfast in
Luded Nothing
- Laura (10/5): Wonderful big and comfortable room - I wish I had more time here to use the kitchenette and enjoy the space. It was very spacious and had nice tea in the rooms. I arrived late in the evening and the owner was very gracious in welcoming me at that hour. Wifi was excellent. The suggested restaurant for breakfast in the morning was amazing! Nothing!
- Leanna (9/5): Clean, comfortable, quiet motel close to HWY 401, Brockville, and USA border crossing. - Good firm mattresses: bathrooms look newly built or renovated. Friendly host. Big clear TV for watching the game. Loved being able to see the water (there's a feed mill to one side of the water view, but come on, the sunsets are lovely anyway). Lots of room for a short stay, and a comfy armchair. Convenience store next door, restaurants down the road in Prescott. It was a great value to have a full-size fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee. It would be even better if there were cutlery and bowls/plates to make use of the kitchenette. I was also hoping to find a hair dryer! And it would be useful to light up the sign at night so we could more easily find our way home after dinner

- Rena (3/5): - Clean & well kept. Owner was very nice The water coming out of the bathroom was yellow, and because of that I didn't touch any of the water from any of the other tops because I was very concerned and didn't want it touching my skin. Furthermore there was no drinking water in the room. It would have been nice for the owner to leave at least one small bottle of drinking water so I had no water to drink to take my medication
- Peter (9/5): -
- Hisae (9/5): -
- Deb (6/5): Ok for one night stay while travelling. Just too smelly - Easy access, friendly owner, clean. They wash the linens with very perfumed detergents and laundry enhancers. It was too much! I had to take the bed apart and search in my car for something to sleep on. In my opinion, ‘no scents makes good sense’ Accommodations should be scent free for the comfort of all guests.
- Sandra (8/5): - Bed was comfortable, and the room was very pleasant.
- Shuying (9/5): -
- Christine (9/5): - The place is very clean and newly renovated! And the owner Rob is so nice and accommodating! Its also really cool because you’re so close to the board crossing bridge it’s a nice view from across the St Laurent and pretty close drive to historical sites like Fort Wellington and battle of the windmill and about 10 mins from Prescott and 20 from Brockville! It’s a nice and quiet area! It’s looks unassuming from the road but the room was very nice :) Not much! I just noticed one of plugs in the washroom I didn’t work to use like a hair dryer but it’s ok I managed around it
- monicajnol (10/5): Owners are nice, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the dog is the best. - Nice place - owners are nice people and the dog is the best. Comfortable rooms and its a quiet location. Will definitely stay again soon. If I had to complain about anything, it would just be that most of the rooms are fairly small unless you are lucky and get one of the suites.
- Jim (9/5): -
- Evelin (2/5): - The room is consider clean That Motel not even 1 star.
The price 134$/ night is way more than the rate level he asking for.
The fridge is not working, or the owner did not connect, our food went bad next morning.
The owner was not respectful, and in a hurry to just get the money.
When i asked him, than can i cancel , he threatened me that he will charge my card anyway, because i need to cancele 24 hr before.
The air condition location on the top of the bed, the cold air is direct to our head which is not comfortable at all.
On the check out, i called him but n reply on the phone,
We left a message and key in the door to leave that place as much as we can.
The pictures on the booking add is for his house which is onfusing.
Not recomended for that price.
- Linda Melissa (9/5): Outstanding cleanliness and friendliness, very convenient and cozy place, super comfy bed. - Our stay at Bridgewaters Inn was fantastic. We experienced a warmhearted welcome and the friendliness of the host made us feel very comfortable. The outstanding cleanliness and the well-furnitured room provided us with a high level of convenience. The bed is very comfy and the room is well temperated. There was no trouble with any noise of the street or whatsoever. We definitely recommend this place and will gladly stay here again!
- Derrrick (8/5): -
- Lucie (10/5): - We stopped there on our way to Montreal and spent one night. The room had everything we needed and was clean. The owner was really nice and accommodating.
- Darlene (10/5): Relaxing, comfy one night stay. - Rooms were "eat off floor" clean. Comfy bed. Rob was great, referred us to amazing pizza and breakfast, just helping us out. Sign missing on one side.
- Johannes (9/5): Very pleasant and good value for money. - It was clean and functional. The owner was exceptionally friendly. The location was perfect for our aims.
- Agata (10/5): -
- Konstantin (10/5): -

- Annie (10/5): - The owner of the Inn was very accommodating and the room was very comfortable
- Maz (10/5): Amazing!! - Everything including the owner Rob and his dog Indy! Was a great relaxing stay and hospitality was amazing! Thanks Rob!
- Marla (7/5): Good budget stay in Prescott - The owner was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Air con was great (for the hot hot weather). Quiet for sleeping. Room was better than I expected from first glance at the motel itself. Room could use a deep clean - corners and closet were pretty dusty.
- Julie (10/5): - Propriétaires très sympathiques. Gentil chien. Propre et confortable. RAS
- Sherry (8/5): - Wry clean. Very friendly. Great sleep! Convenient off the highway.
- Victor (7/5): -
- Carina (8/5): Super value, nice people - Wanted to highlight a very clean bathroom with new fixtures and super friendly proprietor.
- rola (10/5): -
- Juergen (8/5): Sehr angenehmer Zwischenstopp - Sehr freundlicher, entgegenkommender Vermieter! Nicht wirklich etwas zu bemängeln
- Stephen (9/5): Its a perfect spot for a stay in the area, very clean and well maintained, and very friendly owner. - The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and fresh. Very thoughtful touches to the towels and bedding. Very comfortable bed. It was perfect for the short stay we had and would definitely come back! The only thing we didn't like was the variety of instant coffee, but that is completely our personal preference! Everything was great otherwise.
- Meira (9/5): - The owner was so nice and welcoming, he upgraded us for free when he saw we came with our 5kids. Everything was clean, comfy and looking nice. Though everything was great, ot is overall expensive for 1night.
- Fridolin (9/5): -
- Martin (8/5): Good stopover - Good mid-point for us to stop on travels to PQ, great food just down the road, gas and convenience store beside. Lots of space to walk the dog.
- Bean (8/5): -
- Rosemary (7/5): An adequate place to stay on an overnight stay - It was an adequate place for an overnight stay en route to the east coast. We were upgraded to a quiet room with a little extra space at no extra charge The bed was creaky
- jean-noel (7/5): -
- Julia (8/5): -
- KATIE (10/5): - I liked their dog, Indy. The owners were really nice and caring too
- Ss (9/5): Hidden gem and a saviour for the pocket book - Bridgewaters Inn is an absolute gem that saved us a lot of money while exceeding all expectations. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and had the comforting scent of freshly laundered clothes, making it feel like a home away from home.
Rob, the owner, is a delight—warm, chatty, and incredibly accommodating. His genuine hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We especially loved his dog Indy! She’s a beauty.
We were also traveling with our dog, and it was no problem at all for them, which was a huge relief. We plan to stay here every time we’re in the area. There’s no need to pay extra for other hotels with lesser quality! Highly recommend. Honestly, we’re just nitpicking to find something wrong because our stay was otherwise fantastic! The only thing we can say is that the beds were a bit uncomfortable, but that’s more a matter of personal preference (everyone loves their own bed).
- Wendy (10/5): - Rob and Lisa so friendly and helpful. Indy the motel dog graciously came to play with us and give us some love- a highlight for us!! A fabulous place, hope to be back this way so we can stay again Would prefer black coffee instead of packs with sugar and creamer.
- Marina (10/5): -
- Moore (10/5): -
- Maggie (9/5): Good location and value for money - Location and value for money. Great host with friendly dog and very helpful
- Dorothy (9/5): - The location was so ideal, we were crossing the border in the am, so this was great.
It was very clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable. Beautiful view of the St. Lawrence river as well.
- Joseph (10/5): A comfy place! - Love their dog and how friendly everyone was!
Had a great time and would recommend! Woulda love to stay there longer!
- Mike (10/5): We had an excellent relaxing time and will definitely return. - Location was excellent. Rob was very friendly and obliging. A couple of chairs and a small table for dining could be added to the room. We have no complaints.
- Helen (10/5): Clean, comfortable space in a great location. - No breakfast which was fine. It was great
- Kathryn (10/5): - For us it was a perfect stop on the way to Montreal. Though minimal in terms of amenities, it was nicely appointed and provided everything we needed. Our host was helpful, friendly and available. Would stay again! NA
- Emily (10/5): I was pleasantly surprised and had a lovely stay. - The room was spacious and clean. The gentleman who helped me check in was just so lovely and helpful showing me the AC and TV controls as well as directions to where I was headed the next day. Everything was cozy and comfortable and I would certainly stay there again if I was in town again.
- Gary (9/5): -
- Selene (7/5): Met my needs, but way too expensive for what it offers if you have a pet for a one-night stay. - Fridge and freezer is really nice Pet fee is exorbitant for a 1-2 star motel, especially given there was dirt on the floor when we arrived. The pet fee was an extra $35. IF i had known before booking I would have stayed in Kingston for the same price.
- Amber (8/5): The stay was comfortable and clean and worked perfect for our needs - Owners were friendly and accomadating, rooms were comfy and clean Not many double rooms, had to book lots of single rooms for our work group
- Anna and Richard (9/5): Clean, affordable and very accommodating hotel. We’d definitely recommend this place - We liked the clean and modern room. The bed was also extremely comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff and enjoyed throwing the ball for the pet German Shepherd. We are dog owners ourselves and appreciated the friendly fellow.😉
- marie-elaine (10/5): -
- Ursula (8/5): - Room was nicely decorated. comfortable beds. Located on busy main thoroughfare with transports running all night, so it was a bit noisy, but I was tired and slept through it.
- Donna (8/5): -
- Dave (9/5): -
- james (8/5): It was OK and fair value for the money - very clean, friendly staff, close to 401 highway TV was modern had HDMI ports, good internet, very picturesque location close to bridge to US TV had horizontal lines across the top hard to see . Needs to be replaced. No hair dryer ouch , convenient fridge and mini freezer, Good AC quiet,
only other caution for light sleepers like me busy highway traffic ,transport trucks even into the night
- Lynnette (9/5): Basic accommodations with no frills BUT clean & comfortable for a quick stay. - Jim was very kind and accommodating even though we arrived very late.
- Haas (10/5): -
- Ann (10/5): Hidden gem - Very clean . Called owner as I was in the area early and asked if I could check in. No problem and was greeted on my arrival.
Traveling with my dog ,owner gave me tips on where to eat. .
- Diane (8/5): -
- Joanna (8/5): Short stopover - fun location for us. - Updated nicely inside Bathroom is small
- Penny-Claire (9/5): -
- Shirley (10/5): I would definitely stay there again - Excellent friendly service, sparkling clean, good price and location. No complaints
- Diane (9/5): Nicely furnished, pet-friendly affordable rooms VERY close to border crossing - Don’t judge by the outside if sign still broken from earlier storms! The owner Rob is lovely and has been waiting several weeks for the sign to be fixed. Rob turned on the AC before our arrival to cool the room down on a hot, humid day. The affordable rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. Mine had lots of shelves. Nice to have a kettle which seems lacking many places these days. Lots of soft towels and a great shower! The house to the left acts as the office. Ring the bell there if Rob doesn’t notice your arrival. Exceeded our expectations. Would stay there again. Check out Nick’s Restaurant in nearby Prescott for good home-cooked meals -Greek, Italian and Canadian. Better signs to go to the house for keys/check-in would be helpful.
