• Jessica (10/5): Wish we had more time to stay longer -just for the accommodation - It was a bit hard to find the apartment at first (bad network). Our friendly concierge was an excellent help and greeted us so warmly. It felt like we came to visit a friend's house. Thank you so much for everything. Definitely more than expected and highly recommended!

• Ilya (10/5): - расположение идеально - центр центра Флоренции :) всё в шаговой доступности в пределах 25 минут. Рестораны, бары, обычный супермаркет, вокзал. В дни матчей очень шумно до ночи, фанаты гуляют под окнами. Окна хоть и с пакетом, но слышимость внушительная, поэтому уличных музыкантов, восторженных прохожих слышно очень хорошо

• Kelly (8/5): Typical Tuscan apartment for 2 - Just the right size for two people. Very central and in a lovely street. Good equipped kitchen, apartment nicely decorated. Felt safe We chose this one out of a possible two different bookings because it said they would allow for baggage to be stored, but this wasn’t available because the property was occupied after us, so we had to pay for it to be stored elsewhere while we visited the last day. I thought this was a bit misleading, as we purposely chose this for this reason. Windows are to the ground so careful if you have small kids as the apartment is high up. Noisy on the weekends nights as it’s so central, but nothing a good pair of earplugs won’t remedy.
• Lorna (8/5): Overall great stay. - Spacious, clean & tidy, good facilities and great location. Not as noisy as was expecting given the location and some of the other reviews. Even though there was a lift there was still a fair number of steps to navigate with no banister.
• Chantal (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptionnal location in Florence and very nice appartment. The concierge service that took care of giving me the keys at my arrival were also very useful and easily reachable. I appreciated the restaurants recommandations !

• Bjelogrlic (10/5): The place was excellent, clean, modern and close to everything - Pictures are a true representation of the place. Location is perfect for all tourist spots Because of the closed proximity to all tourist locations it is very noisy, no quiet hours at all
• Robert (7/5): high price for not having reliable internet. - Great location, central to all that we wanted to visit. Easy walk to train station and to the trams. The internet was spotty, sometimes not available, most of the time extreme slow speed. The living room sofa was unusable, it is of such poor design that as soon as anyone sat in it, the sofas slid and the person slid off. Even though the street was generally quiet, many loud shouting incidents from the street woke us each of the four nights that we stayed.
• Aidin (9/5): Superb - It's all about the location and cosy vibe! The washing machine was not functioning, and the overhead shower was almost blocked.

• Darshana (9/5): Amazing location and comfortable - Fantastic location. The apartment was very comfortable with great facilities. Close to everything. Recommended that you get a taxi to the apartment If you are arriving at the station with luggage. The cobblestone roads make it difficult to steer suitcases. There is no soundproofing for the street noise. I highly recommend ear plugs because we couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

• Marius (9/5): Luxury apartment in the city centre - The apartment is newly renovated and good size even, if you have a few baggage. Equipped with all you need like washing machine/dryer and everything for the kitchen. Alfred was easy to communicate with and very helpful. As the apartment is in the middle of the centre and has many restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. Everything is in walking distance and easy to reach. You are in the city centre, it can be very noisy during the night. The windows of the apartment are old, so you can hear everything from the outside.
• John (4/5): As long as the construction is going on I cannot recommend this location - Good central location - good shower - good bed Noise.. Construction across the street started at 7 AM on weekdays and made sleep impossible and room horrible to be in during working hours
