• Roza (9/5): - Wszystko ok. Schludnie, czysto, jest wszystko czego potrzebowałam. To tylko uwaga ale jak ktoś ma problemy z chodzeniem to nie polecam. Apartament jest na piętrze, łazienka w pokoju jest 1 stopień wyżej. (Ogólnie Perugia to miasto schodów więc trzeba to mieć na uwadze jak się tu wybierasz tak czy inaczej ;))
• Jeremy (6/5): Perugia is a wonderful place to visit - not on most people's itinerary - Nothing in particular in the apartment - although the mini-metro from the station to the centre of town was a fortunate revelation (that our host might have highlighted in advance) The apartment was rather cramped, especially with a large portable aircon unit occupying a large part of the bedroom
• Astrid (8/5): Very good - This property is in a great spot, close to bars, restaurants, shops, the mini metro, buses, and more. It’s clean, comfy, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. This property may not be ideal for older couples or families with young children due to the staircase. It can be a bit tricky and steep, which could pose a safety concern for older guests or little ones.

Also I really appreciate that I received a detailed video guide on how to access the property. It is really warm, has equipped kitchen and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is perfectly located in the city centre and you can walk to all sights I loved literally everything, thank you again! Waiting forward to staying here again
• Helen (9/5): Superb - It was a nicely renovated and very clean little apartment in the old part of the city. Check-in was not til 5, and they could not accept luggage ahead of time. Given the size of the apartment, this was not unreasonable. But I had a hard time finding a luggage deposit in Perugia! This is in no way a fault of the property, but a heads up to travelers with heavy luggage.

• Teri (9/5): Tiny, but great host and has the amenities you want for a long stay. - The hosts were wonderful! They were very responsive and communicative! They had just recently purchased the apartment and we were their first guests. Since it was new, it was spotless. We realized there were a few little things that could make our stay better (a kitchen towel, more than the one roll of toilet paper for a 10 night stay for 2, a soap dish for the shower) and they went and purchased and delivered the items to our door. When we had difficulty figuring out how to start the washing machine, the host helped to successfully trouble shoot the issue via messaging. The place was tiny but not uncommon for Italy. It included a tiny kitchen (including microwave, tiny refrigerator, stove, espresso machine, utensils and dishes), small washing machine (and drying rack), and king size bed. It had an AC unit in the bedroom, which was very necessary while we were there (mid-to upper 90s and high humidity!). They also had a fan, which we used in the kitchen. The shower had very good water pressure. Given that we stayed for 10 nights (for the Jazz Festival), I was very happy to have found a nice quiet, reasonably priced place with all of these amenities! We initially had difficulty finding the location (our taxi driver from the train station said he could not stop in the middle of the street so he dropped us off, nearby, but sent us the wrong way after drop-off). We eventually had to message our host and he came outside to wave at us! We recommended the host provide more details and photos in the future (like our previous location had provided). I found the AC somewhat difficult to regulate the temperature we needed, being either hot or cold. Generally, this place worked very well for us, but potential renters should know that there is a narrow, steep staircase to get to the apartment. There is not a landing when unlocking the door to the apartment (it is done while standing on the steps), and there is a large step up to get into the bathroom. This location is NOT appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. In addition, while the apartment is in a quiet area, it is a significant uphill trek (or up many, many stairs) to get to old town (which we did daily). Despite these negatives, we would happily stay here again if circumstances brought us to Perugia.

• Beata (9/5): Really nice apartment near the city centre - It’s a small apartment with a separate kitchen and a small bedroom. The bathroom is quite small and narrow, but the shower was quite big and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The distance from the city centre was about 10 minutes. Chiara who gave us the keys was really nice! The air conditioning was quite loud and it was difficult to sleep with it on (opening the window instead of using AC didn’t work cause it was so hot)
