• Jorge Cano (7/5): Vacaciones con mi pareja, estuvo bien en general. - Que está en Antigua Guatemala. Se oía todo, el sonido de la calle, del corredor, televisiones dentro de otras habitaciones.

• Kyle (10/5): Quaint and Clean - Very nice location close to many things around Antigua. The mattress could have been more firm, but for this price point it wasn't bad.
• Claudia Maricela (4/5): Muy malo. Necesitan mejorar mucho - La habitación estaba muy linda. Muy cómoda, clima agradable y muy antigua tal como el lugar donde está. Lo cual está muy bien Espero esto ayude a otros : Al llegar el precio era más alto de lo que decía. No ACEPTAN TARJETAS! Pagué en efectivo en USD pero no tenía cambio y solo se hicieron los desentendidos con el cambio. El cuarto tenía cucarachas y un walking closet obstaculizado por la litera. NO TIENEN PARQUEO, me dijeron que tenía uno solo en la cochera del hotel, que tenía que pagar extra pero que igual estaba ocupado ya con 1 auto... Nos toco dejar el auto afuera. La comunicación cero, pregunte para reservar el parqueo una semana antes de llegar y nunca me contestaron, pregunte denuevo el mismo día de llegada y me dijeron que si estaba seguro... No FUE ASÍ. La niña de resepcion no sabia nada tenía que llamar a alguien para preguntar todo. Y finalmente al irme no había nadie en recepción. Me tocó irme y dejar la llave ahí esperando que nada pasara. Definitivamente NO VOLVERÍA

• Kari (1/5): Do not book this property for your own wellness - Nothing, staff was very impolite, I didn’t even stay here because when I arrived they told me they were sold out even when my booking was CONFIRMED and they told me they didn’t have any other room for us. The receptionist called the manager in charge of the property and we hear the conversation, the manager just told him that there was nothing to do, they sold out our room and that of we were disappointed that was not his problem
