Karen (8/5): Comfortable - Very efficient Our ensuite shower was broken, couldn’t use it. Very disappointed and inconvenient. 6 people had to use one shower.
Satchell (8/5): Very good - Location size multiple sitting areas. Pool and spa. Beautiful furniture. No fly screens. Unable to open most windows. Cobwebs on outside. Cutlery a little low in volume.
Sharyn (5/5): Great house but not good value when you can’t access free to air TV or use the spa - Well presented, comfortable No free to air TV. No instructions about how to use the TV. Spa heater did not work on the first night, which was our only opportunity to use the pool. I called the after hour support team and received a female who was very unhelpful. She suggested I call back in the morning. It is not my job to call back if a property facility is not working - she should have arranged for someone to call me back. I had a family wedding to organise and attend the following day and did not have time to call back. The during hours support of Callum was excellent however - he provided excellent customer service
