• usha (10/5): Excellent stay in a lovely clean apartment with the location being perfect. - Great location . Lovely apartment well maintained and clean Very close to eating places and shops. We had a great stay Definitely will be back . If parking was allowed behind the apt it would have been easier for new comers But once you got to know the roads it wasnt a problem to park the car at the multi-storey car park .

• Guest (10/5): Amazing from location to stay! Amazing! - Very clear instructions and communication. The apartment was well equipped, clean, warm and in an excellent location. The host was amazing and really helpful with communication. Parking was easy, the entry was also easy and the apartment was brilliant. The thermostat was loud so turn it off at night, the host says this in the book but I didn’t read it. The host helped us sort this and was brilliant at explaining. Not her fault but I’m writing it in case you’re like me and don’t read it!

• Shawn (10/5): Excellent accommodation was large enough for 2 adults and two teenage girls, A* - Lovely penthouse, had everything you could possibly need including coffee and Tea. The bedrooms were very comfortable and really well sized. Location was really close to centre and surrounded by good eateries, would certainly stop here again. A** Was a noise during the night but found this was explained in the instruction manual and just required hearing turning down

We like a firm bed but we found the bed a bit too hard, it would have been more comfortable with a mattress topper.

• Lynn (10/5): Perfect weekend away with my sisters in a great apartment in a great location. - Very secure apartment, and with all the amenities you need. The location was perfect... 5 minute walk from the train station, and all the restaurants and bars were a close walking distance from the apartment. Plenty of choices for eating and drinking out, and all the facilities for dining in. There was plenty of room for all of us, and having 2 bathrooms was ideal. Plenty of storage too. I liked everything! I honestly could not knock the apartment at all. It was perfect for our needs.

• Marysol (9/5): Good Central Location for Harrogate. - The location was excellent. Super central. We liked that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms one with a tub. We stayed here 6 years ago with our in-laws and returned this time with a friend. It would appear that the front door to enter the building wasn’t always secure. The stairs were vandalised while we were there and packages and mail were sadly broken into. This was a little unsettling.

• Tammi (9/5): Immaculately clean accommodation and ideal location for Harrogate town centre. - Location fabulous and convenience of having a lift given disability. Nothing, except beds were a little too hard for our liking.
• Dorothy (10/5): Fabulous location and the restaurants were on the doorstep - Fabulous location. Lucky enough to park outside with a blue badge. We took our elderly mum and the lift was a great bonus. No carrying bags etc up flights of stairs. The kitchen had everything you could need. We needed to ask the host about the heating and within an hour she had phoned and helped me to get to grips with it. Can’t thank Nicola enough for all her advice and the information pack was extremely useful as was the local maps. Nothing at all

• Jenny (10/5): A super local cosy spot! - Really convenient location, we were working at the convention centre for the weekend so it was important we had a place to stay within walking distance and with easy access to restaurants and cafes for food. The beds were comfy, the flat was warm and there was a lift which was great for access with heavy bags. I got great suggestions from the host when I asked about local parking, if you’re planning to stay and you’re not sure of anything just drop Nicola a message, she’s very prompt and helpful! One morning we ran out of hot water after someone had showered and it wasn’t clear if there was a boost function for the hot water somewhere or not! This was a pretty minor issue but could be better sign posted. Otherwise everything was great!

In the front bedroom the armoire was a bit too close to the power plug making it a bit difficult to plug in our adapter. Had to use the one in the hall. Grab bars in the shower would be help. • Liz (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - top apartment - The apartment is comfy, stylish, well equipped and perfectly located. The only tiny thing I'd mention is that the two rooms are very different sizes and the smaller one is quite significantly smaller. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but might need a bit of negotiating if you're going as two friends, which we were.

• Robert (10/5): Lovely flat in a great location. - Great location - very central and close to shops and restaurants in Harrogate city center. Even though there are 3 codes to get into building, hallway and the key, it’s quite easy to access the flat with the instructions given. The flat is comfortable and a great place to stay. This is our second time staying and will stay again if possible. The washer/dryer was a bit hard to operate. There were manuals for all the appliances except this one.

The blackout shades in the rooms turned a sunny space into an amazing sleep space. The kitchen was well-appointed. It was really superb and I can't say enough good things about it.

Probably needs the carpets pulling up it was so bad x I must add the smell did not come into the apartment itself just in communal hallway.

Nicola, our host was very helpful and communicated with us very well about arrival, key collection, car parking etc. The only thing that would have improved our stay was a free car parking space or two, as free, street parking places are hard to find, but we did know about this when we booked and Nicola helpfully suggested some parking options.

Always parking within a hundred meters. Parents had disability badge and always found parking. We parked in a multi-storey recommended by host as cheaper than outside and only a 5 minute walk. Apartment very clean, well equipped and all amenities needed even for a much longer stay. Tea, coffee and sugar in packets, which was better. Oven, fridge etc. very clean. We cooked breakfasts in apartment, but had evening meal out. If you like a family Italian with very good food and average price try portifino also on Albert street (a minutes walk. Excellent in every way except cocktails). Good showers. Beds very comfortable and good quality bedding. Good welcome pack and all instructions for appliances and heating available.
