• Jasmin (10/5): Best stay we had in our entire Vietnam trip! - Everything from the hotel location, check in process, our room and the view, the free breakfast and the ever-so-friendly, attentive and accommodating staff. Best stay we had in the entire Vietnam! I love the welcome letter in the room - makes the stay more personal and warm. We also love that we have a view of the fireworks at night. Staff asks every day if we want our room cleaned. We just feel at home in their property. On our last day we were in a rush and requested for our breakfast to be packed for takeaway and they did with a smile. And the room is clean, new, smells fresh and just the right size. Balcony has a good view- we took lots of pics from there. Thank you, Triland Hillside! None
• Sandex_ (10/5): Schöne Aussicht und super Lage. Empfehlung! - Frühstück war sehr gut, man konnte sich aus asiatischen und europäischen Menüs was auswählen und es wird frisch zubereitet. Lage ist absolut top, sehr zentrumsnah und gut erreichbar. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Baustelle direkt hinter dem Hotel ist sehr laut nachts, man müsste gucken, dass man das Zimmer auf der anderen Seite bekommt sonst gibt es Schwierigkeiten beim Schlafen.

• Case (8/5): Lovely stay but local construction woke us up early - Lovely little hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Obviously not the hotels fault but there is some what looks like long-term construction at the front of the hotel and they start very early in the morning, so prepare for an early wake up.

• Madina (10/5): Мне понравилось тут. Отзывчивый стаф, все чисто - Вежливый персонал, отзывчивые. Номер был просторным, чистым, с двумя балконами. Удобно, что внизу есть кофейня. Локация хорошая в Сансет Тауне. Был момент, когда отключили воду. Но позже ее дали. В остальном минусов не было. В качестве компенсации угостили напитками из кофейни. Хотя это даже не вина отеля. Причина - Фукуок активно застраивается. Рекомендую этот отель

От последния етаж от терасата се разкрива страхотна панорама към морето и невероятна гледка към фойерверките – наистина много специално изживяване. Персоналът и рецепцията са изключително мили, усмихнати и внимателни, а престоят ни беше повече от приятен. Хотелът е супер и определено си заслужава посещението.

Nawet klapeczki, jednak nie odwazylam sie ich uzyc gdyz sa wielokrotnego uzytku. Ale zauwazylam ze tak u nich jest. Pani z recepcji przesympatyczna. Mozna zamowic sniadanie dzien wczesniej i wybrac z menu. Skromne ale jak dla nas wystrczajace. Lokalizacja super 2 min do duzego sklepu spozywczego. Polecam Brak
• Irina (8/5): - Персонал любезен, завтраки прос тые, но есть выбор. Отлично расположен для просмотра салюта с балкона, если вид но мера на море. Необходимо пересмотреть сантехнику в семейном номере на 5 этаже. Не критично, но вода сочится постоянно к унитазу. А так же необходимо проводить против комаров дезинфекцию. Единственный отель, где их было много даже в холле из тех 4, где мы были.

It is a little far from the city center. Although there are buggy rides that can take you up there, it would be much easier if it was closer to the Kiss Bridge.

• Axel (1/5): Threats from the hotel - The neighbourhood is very pretty. Hotel very well located. I had to stay for a week. After 2 days, in the morning, the receptionist told me that I had to pay the next day, which I accepted without any worries. So I went off to do my rounds with a view to withdrawing some money in the evening (as they obviously don't take cards). However, I received an EXTREMELY aggressive message in the early afternoon saying that I absolutely had to pay during the day or I'd be expelled from the hotel! Yes, expelled. Knowing that reception closes at 6pm (yes, when I checked in no one was at reception because it was evening and I had to do everything myself) I had to go back to the hotel to pay in a hurry. What a mentality.

The property is placed on a mountain and has a beautiful view from the window. New property in good condition. Excellent value for money. It suited us well for a short trip of a couple of days. However, the room and bathroom are small and for longer stays may be less comfortable. The girl at reception was friendly attentive and helpful with the accommodation. It was also nice that they offered to do the cleaning in the room after the first night's stay. After check-in we found that the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water did not go away, we informed the administrator, showed her a sink full of water that did not go away, but she did not understand us. So the problem was not solved and we could not use the sink during the whole stay.
