• Alina R.1 (7/5): - Apartamentul este spațios, luminos și situat într-o zonă foarte bună – centrală, dar liniștită. Cele două balcoane mari au fost un mare plus și au făcut spațiul mai plăcut. Gazda a fost amabilă și ne-a permis check-in-ul înainte de ora stabilită, lucru pe care l-am apreciat. Pe toată durata șederii am avut căldură și apă caldă fără probleme. Patul din dormitor a fost confortabil, iar lenjeria curată. Pentru un sejur scurt de 1-2 nopți, apartamentul poate fi o alegere bună. Din păcate, curățenia a lăsat impresia că este făcută superficial. În baie, scurgerea este realizată prost, iar la un duș mai lung apa se scurgea printre usile dusului în toată încăperea, până spre mașina de spălat, ceea ce ne obliga să ștergem constant pe jos. A fost util faptul că exista mop, pentru că am avut nevoie de el zilnic. De asemenea, am găsit urme de urină uscată pe colacul toaletei, ceea ce m-a făcut să cred că baia nu fusese igienizată corespunzător sau poate chiar deloc. In timp ce încercam să recuperez un obiect căzut dupa masina de spălat am descoperit si mizerie necurățată de mult timp - mult praf, ambalaje și role de carton de la hârtia igienică lăsate în urmă probabil de turiști anteriori. Înțeleg că unele lucruri pot fi provocate de alți oaspeți, însă consider că este responsabilitatea gazdei să verifice și să remedieze aceste situații înaintea următoarei cazări. În dulapul de la intrare erau abandonate câteva haine care miroseau puternic a transpirație. Bucătăria este foarte slab echipată pentru un sejur mai lung. Exista doar o oală și o tigaie într-o stare neplăcută, iar unele tacâmuri, farfurii și căni erau murdare direct în dulap. Deși există aragaz, lipsesc dotări de bază care să permită măcar pregătirea unui mic dejun simplu. Noi, de exemplu, nu am avut nici măcar un ibric pentru cafea caci nu suntem amatori de cafea la expresor. Deși apartamentul are mașină de spălat rufe, nu există și un uscător de rufe. În cazuri urgente, singura variantă realistă pentru uscat haine este caloriferul. Pernele au fost extrem de moi și incomode, iar canapeaua din sufragerie este denivelată și deloc confortabilă deci nu este de luat in considerare daca mai mult de doua persoane se cazează în apartament. Uscătorul de păr era defect, însă am apreciat faptul că gazda s-a oferit să aducă unul înlocuitor pe care l-am refuzat datorită programului nostru încărcat.

• iuga (10/5): - Găsești tot ce ai nevoie. Este foarte curat și într-o zonă foarte liniștită. Revin peste 2 zile și voi mai reveni ori de câte ori voi avea ocazia.

• Franck (10/5): No hesitation to book, a good place. - Very clean, very reactive owner. Peaceful and silent.
• Andreea (2/5): I’m sorry, but I can’t recommend it at all. - The location of the apartment is very good. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience from the beginning, when I met the lady who was supposed to give me the key. I am a married woman, with her own business, with a child, anyway. The fact is that, when she saw me, she asked to see my mother on grounds of lack of trust, as if I did not seem like a person you could trust. Which completely disappointed me from the beginning. Given the fact that I have tattoos or , probably because I was wearing shorts. As for the conditions of the apartment, again both my mother and I were very disappointed. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, full of dust everywhere, in the kitchen we had to collect cockroaches that were everywhere every day, especially on the stove. I only had a row of bedding, which I washed every day. I could not even find a broom, so I had to buy one myself, including a fan, because the air conditioning does not work. The main reason, besides the location of the apartment, for which we chose this house, was because it said it was equipped with air conditioning. We were deeply disappointed.
• Adrienne (7/5): Average apartment. - June 2024:Location very central. Has kettle, fridge, hob, dining table for 2 in kitchen area. Balcony. The area is shaded by trees. Clean. Bed comfortable. TV access to Netflix etc. Sofa. Mosquito mesh on most windows. Unfortunately air conditioning not working even though advertised. It was needed as high temperatures in city. Toilet would not flush and was not fixed during my stay. Toilet seat loose. Shower leaks easily into bathroom even with door closed. Bottom sheet on bed was not fitted, could not tuck in as too small so riles up.

Easy to find parking spot around! - Cozy bed and sofa, Tv with Channels and WiFi, laundry machines and a nice balcony! The apartment was nice and clean with beautiful sunlight ! The building per se is super old and the entrance to the apartment is dark but the property inside is quite nice !

• Octavian (10/5): Good appartment at good price - Big appartment, the 1-bedroom and living room are quite large. It is modern, recently renovated, has fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV and internet. Parking is quite convenient at the location, there usually are parking spots in front of the building and they cost 12 lei per day. Owner is very nice.
