• Michael (9/5): - In San Giacomo gelegen ist man mitten unter den Einheimischen wohnhaft, entsprechend hat man die Bars oder Trattorie auch nicht mit Tourist:innen zu "teilen". In der Altstadt ist man dennoch zu Fuß in 10 Minuten, vorbei an der Cattedrale San Giusto Martire und dem Barakin San Giusto, mit seiner großartigen Aussicht, entspannten Musik und den diversen Getränken und Snacks. Gut zu Fuß sollte man trotzdem sein, da aufm Berg gelegen und 4. Obergeschoss ohne Aufzug.

• Giulia (8/5): Mansarda comoda, graziosa e pulita - Appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità, appena e entrati sembrava di essere a casa. Cucina attrezzata, abbiamo trovato subito bevande, snack, detersivo, caffè, condimenti e tante altre cose. Posizione comoda per raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi tutti i posti di interesse, sia il centro verso il mare, sia il colle di San Giusto. L'unica scomodità, avendo un passeggino, erano 4 piani di scale senza ascensore.

• Lorenzo (10/5): - Mansarda ben curata, c'è tutto quello che serve. Per noi è stato un ottima soluzione per visitare 3 giorni Trieste. Dalla mansarda a Piazza Unità d'Italia sono 15' a piedi con un po' di sali scendi. La consiglierei sicuramente ma solo a chi non ha problemi a fare le scale, perché tra quelle fuori e quelle dell'edificio a fine giornata se ne fanno molte.

• Ricciardo (7/5): - Alloggio pulito, letto molto comodo, cuscini doppi confortevoli,ben riscaldata. Saponi e asciugamani in abbondanza. Comodità cucine. Pulizia pentolame un po' superficiale. Mancava l'olio,un minimo di cose credo siano importanti (sale, zucchero- questi c'erano-,olio,ecc). Pile TV esaurite,per fortuna il telecomando della cucina era uguale 😃piccoli dettagli nel complesso positivo . Parcheggio difficoltoso da trovare e strade strette e con salite accentuate( tipiche di Trieste). Parcheggio a pagamento caro(17 euro al giorno).

• elena (10/5): - L 'alloggio molto bello , pulito e caratteristico, completamente arredato praticamente non mancava nulla, la cucina attrezzata cosi come l angolo lavanderia, posizione ottimale , l host di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Bellissimo soggiorno.

Casa accogliente con tutto l'occorrente necessario per cucinare e per soggiornare senza troppi pensieri(lavatrice, olio,sale, phone, caffè, caffettiera e macchina del caffè, forno e forno a microonde, coperte e cuscini in abbondanza, stendino). Kit di benvenuto apprezzato. Coop a pochissimi metri di distanza dall'appartamento e parco a 3 Min dalla struttura per chi ha un cane.

• Fabiano (10/5): Bellissima mansarda zona servitissima. - Mansarda molto bella in pieno centro, la zona è servitissima. La mancanza dell'ascensore si dimentica appena si apre la porta, c'è tutto, ottimo il wifi (mi serviva per lavoro). Ben 2 TV. Macchina del caffè e caffettiera! Insomma rispetta fedelmente quanto promesso.

• Flavia (10/5): Non vedo l'ora di tornare per restare più a lungo - Host gentilissimo e proattivo. Casa molto accogliente, con tutto quello che può servire e anche di più. Pulitissima. Vicinanza a pasticceria storica e supermercati, ottima cosa anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Infissi a tenuta pefetta in caso di vento e pioggia. La zona è ok, forse la sera del fine settimana si popola di personaggi un po' fastidiosi davanti a qualche locale. Le scalinate in strada potrebbero essere un problema di notte, dal punto di vista della sicurezza personale. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi (data l'età!) ma ho visto episodi di catcalling.

• Stefania (8/5): - Ottima posizione vicino al centro. Host gentilissimo e disponibile ci ha offerto i prodotti per la prima colazione e suggerito locali dove mangiare. Appartamento confortevole siamo stati benissimo in 4 persone. Consiglio a chi vuole visitare il centro e girare a piedi.

Pensato nei minimi dettagli.Addirittura un biscotto di benvenuto su ogni posto letto. L'essere al quarto piano non era semplice.Ma si sapeva perchè scritto molto chiaramente.Quindi accettato da noi.

• Patryk (8/5): problemy z drzwiami i wejściem, reszta okej - Lokalizacja ok, parking udało się znaleźć nie daleko choć było ciężko - jak to we włoszech. Właściciel wysłał wszystkie dostępne infomracje w tym także gdzie lepiej nie stawać a gdzie można. Pobyt okej, komfort łóżek i prysznica spoko, bez zarzutów. Mieszkanie na poddaszu - miało to swój urok, ale nie każdemu może pasować, podwójne łóżko dobre i wygodne Drzwi do budynku były zepsute i nie mogliśmy wejść do mieszkania... Nie było problemu z kontaktem do właściciela, tylko niestety on też nie mógł zdalnie otworzyć dzrzwi i powiedział byśmy do kogoś zadzwonili (była 22:00...), nie było nam miło dzwonić po nocy do ludzi, ale niestety nie mieliśmy wyjścia. Przypadkowo wybrana osoba odebrała, okazało się że to była przemiła starsza Pani która odebrała i rozmawialiśmy z nią trochę po włosku trochę po angielsku, próbowała nam pomóc najpierw próbując otworzyć drzwi z domofonu - jednak coś nadal było nie tak z drzwiami i nadal nie chciały się otworzyć, po kilku próbach powiedziała że zejdzie i spróbuje otworzyć drzwi ręcznie, zatem zeszła z 3 piętra tylko po to by nam otworzyć drzwi ręcznie - według mnie właściciel powinien tej złotej kobiecie postawić conajmniej butelkę dobrego wina! Szkoda, że nikogo odpowiedzialnego za mieszkanie nie było na miejscu/ lub w pobliżu. 1 osobowe łóżka bardzo słabe i niewygodne

• Szczygielska (10/5): - Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji, wszystko zgadza się z opisem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, wszystko nam wyjaśnił, pokierował odnośnie parkingu. W obiekcie bardzo czysto I przytulnie. Przywitały nas napoje i drobne przekąski, do dyspozycji mieliśmy kawę, herbatę, mleko itp. To bardzo miłe. Jedyny minus to 4 piętro beż windy, ale da się przeżyć :-) . Jeżeli przyjeżdżacie autem może być problem z parkingiem, ale nam się udało znaleźć miejsce całkiem blisko ( bezpłatne). Niedaleko jest płatny parking , ale nie korzystaliśmy. nie było takiej rzeczy

• Barbara (9/5): - Super ubytovanie, ktoré malo vśetko potrebné vybavenie. Personál nás o vśetko dopredu informoval a dalo sa ubytovať aj v noci. Skvelé vybavenie. Deky trochu smrděl. K aparátu třeba dost šlapat do kopce. Taktéž je na nejvyšším poschodí bez výtahu.

There was only air-con in the sitting room area and the fans were not strong enough to keep the bedrooms cool, especially the small twin room which was too hot to sleep in.

It's 20 minutes by foot from the sea and Piazza Unità d'Italia. Amazing contact with the owner, who was very nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend and would visit again

• Marina (9/5): Great in all aspects. Owner, utilities, food, comfortability, besides the shower and parking. - There were plenty of towels, pillows, some intimate gel, several croissants, crackers, spreads, a lot of spices, oil and everything you may worry about when you're staying somewhere only a couple of nights so buying a bottle of oil for example just isn’t practical. The owner always replied within an hour and all the instructions are pretty clear. I loved everything from comfortability of the bed to the extra towels and little things like a few spreads for breakfast even though we didn't buy "breakfast included" which I don't think the place even offers. There is 2 TVs but we haven't used them so I can't tell you if theres Netflix etc. Wifi is great, easy to access, the key is locked in a box and opens with a pin. The front door locks 4 times so you know you're safe and theres even an extra lock where you can only open the doors slightly. The windows look mostly up the sky or outside but you're above most other buildings so theres no fear of peepers. Everything worked good and easily, from the gas to the AC, fridge, oven and Wifi. The streets of Trieste are quite narrow, often only one direction or up and down pretty steep hills. Parking on the street is almost never available and if you have a bigger car you're gonna have trouble. Theres a pretty easy to find underground garage that the owner also mentions, however you do have to pay 17€ per day which can add up quickly. We parked 8pm first day and left 7pm on the third day, which totaled to 34€, if you're worried that'd be three days, they're pretty fair about that part. About the apartment I loved everything even tho the layout is a little weird and talking between rooms is basically impossible due to a long crooked hallway. The ceilings, as it's also pretty clear in the pics are in places rather low so you just have to be mindful with that if you're over 180, like in the stairs. The only thing i really minded was that the shower didn't have any shelves and the only shower head is in the ceiling above the head, so for girls that likely means wetting the hair and having less control over pressure when rinsing. Oh and don't pack big suitcases as it is on the 4th floor and as the owner also mentions, no elevator. Also theres a small tiny room in the bedroom that's locked which I'm guessing is storage, but since we didn't read the Don't touch sign above the light switches, we accidentally turned the light in there on and scared ourselves right before bedtime. The buses are confusing and often dont stop at stops, only certain lines stop at certain stops.

• Vesna (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, and clean, .everything we could think of and wish for could be found in the apartment. The owner took care of each detail. Kitchen is full with the different kind of equipments. Furthermore there was teas, juice, bottled water, sweets, rolls, spices, coffee, oil,..for welcome. It was warm, the heating was great. The beds was comfortable, The interior of the building was very nice and clean. The building is old, but very clean and decorated with flowers.

We liked the location very much, as we have friends who live nearby, however, for the others, this lovely apartment may be away from the main sightseeing points, shopping areas, restaurants, etc.

• Farry (8/5): Lovely apartment. Very clean and our host was fantastic! So helpful - Lovely, well kept apartment! Ideal for a couple or small family, or friends away visiting. Very well priced. WiFi was available and some treats left for us upon arrival The rooms were a little cold at times but extra blankets were provided and this helped. This is an annex room therefore ceilings are low - if you are taller like myself and my friend, we hit our head a couple of times 😂 The attic room was up 4-5 flights of stairs and is a 15 minute walk away from the city centre. The walk is very hilly and taxi's are quite difficult to book, this was the only real downfall for us

Apartment has more things that you need for a short stay but that’s what makes it special Shower i only from the ceiling so it’s hard to get one without wetting your hair(especially with a child)
