• Levente (10/5): - Minden nagyon tetszedt.(10/10) Felülmúlta a várakozásaimat. A környezet ideális. Közel van Leccolecco fagyizó és Lidl is. Május közepén voltunk (17C) és a takaró(teritő) vékony volt egy picit. Esetleg lehetne egy vastagab takarót tartani a szerénybe. De a clima tud füteni ez is jó volt.

• Claudio (4/5): C'è di meglio in giro a quel prezzo! - L'unica cosa positiva della casa è stata il bagno. Molto bello e ospitale Cucinino poco praticabile. Un mini frigorifero nel quale dopo due buste di insalata già non ci entrava più niente. Mancanza di scopa e paletta (10€ costano!), siamo dovuti rimanere tre giorni tra briciole e capelli a terra perché non sapevamo come raccoglierli. Padrona di casa cafona che non si è degnata neanche di accorglierci e quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni riguardo l'uso del gas a induzione ci ha praticamente deriso al telefono. Esperienza da dimenticare
• Matteo (7/5): Una buena opción en Boloña para 1/2 noches o si de paso - Posición, facilidad de acceso, rapidez del aeropuerto. Falta de Insonorización con el apartamento a lado, sistema de calefacción operativo sin necesidad y demasiado ruidoso
• Caleb (9/5): Affordable stay at a clean, comfortable room - Location is as advertised, clean, simple check-in process and everything you need to enjoy your stay. This place is no-frills - but suitable for a very well-placed, tidy, and comfortable base for exploring Bologna. Very close to the delicious Pizzeria Timo as well. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear other people in nearby rooms.

• Monika (8/5): - Zameldowanie bezkontaktowe przebiegło sprawnie, wszystko było jasno opisane, więc nie było problemów. Dużym plusem była dostępna pralka oraz płyn do prania, dzięki czemu można było bez problemu zrobić pranie podczas pobyt. Miłym zaskoczeniem był dzbanek wody w lodówce:) Niestety, lokalizacja słaba – około 40 minut do dworca i centrum, co było sporym utrudnieniem. Brak kołdry, tylko cienkie prześcieradło. Brak żelazka na obiekcie.

• Filho (7/5): Nice, cozy but a bit overpriced - Nice place, close to everything including bus stops and supermarket, calm location Huge tourist tax (+30euros) and the beds weren’t much comfortable considering they were different ones
• Lukas (5/5): Basic and Budget friendlier appartement but worn out over the time - Contact with our host was quick, helpful and friendly. Pricing of the accomodation was okay regarding other prices for hotels or appartments in Bologna. In 30 minutes you are in the city centre by foot, also some busses are available, so you can quickly go to Bologna Centrale or other destinations. Public parking with fees available in the area. The kitchen was small but functional. Unfortunately, the bed was horrible, mattresses are completely worn out. Considering the high frequency of guests, the host could replace them easily. If you have back problems, avoid. Also the bathroom was dirty, there was mould on the ground of the shower (not in the corners but flat on the ground). It's pretty noisy inside the house, walls and doors are like paper. You will hear anything, from doors smashing to neighbours snorting.

• Serilli (7/5): Good - Bathroom was functional and price competitive. Overall the concept is good and useful for short stays. The entrance and door do not guarantee proper sound insulation. Host forgot to send pin for keys in advance. Overall cleanliness could be improved.

• Phil (9/5): Superb - A comfortable compact flat, it was in a quiet location next to the park, with shops easy to access. 30 minutes walk to the city centre. It is quite well equipped though missing some obvious things, such as only 1 mug, no wine glasses, definitely no oven. We had a good stay Missing a few items that would have made the stay much better, as listed above

• Berrin (9/5): Superb - The room was very nice and clean, there is a small kitchen in it and the host thought of everything, so we could drink coffee every morning. The bathroom was very clean and hot water came very quickly. The only problem was that the bed had sunk a little, so we could not sleep very comfortably. We think the bed should be changed as soon as possible.
