• Vilatcha (10/5): It’s a good place to stay,near the town,store and restaurant! - Good location Communication to the staff and not explaining properly of what we gonna do and how to change the toiletry and the towel that we’re using it everyday,it supposedly need to change the towel everyday but we don’t know how to do it.

Location was great, theres a bus stop right outside that can take you to a nearby station, or you could take a short 10minute walk to the nearest station, I was using Google maps for everything regarding the stations. highly recommend. the projector was too low volume, that's about it haha.

• Kinley (10/5): It was a nice stay. Satisfied - The facilities, utensils and the room was equipped with everything we need. Good location. The beddings and utensils were not cleaned. There were dust. Would be happier if it was cleaned and washed before the check in

• Marco (1/5): - Nothing at all. They lied about the size of the apartment. Instead of a two bedroom, there was only one room with a sofa bed and bed with horrible mattresses causing back pain. Booking.com offered a full refund, but nothing has happened yet. The property take forever to reply and both them and Booking.com have evaded us from replying.
• MIRANDA (1/5): No cojáis este apartamento. - Solo la ubicación Absolutamente nada, las fotos no dan a entender cómo es, muy pequeño una cama muy muy muy pequeña y un mini sofá cama para un niño pequeño , ropa de cama sucia , toallas sucias , dirección incorrecta, nunca en mi vida había pagado tanto por un apartamento tan malo, la cama me provocó dolor de espalda desde la primera noche, acabé durmiendo en el suelo ante una cama tan mala, después de años alquilando un apartamento hacer el favor de gastar unos yenes en una cama para un apartamento vacacional, de verdad que muy pero muy penoso, no lo alquiléis

Fue comoda, habia lo que necesitabamos; me lo pensaria si volviera a la ciudad Me dijeron que no podia entrar una hora antes (pedi a las 15) porque segun ellos estaban limpiando; ya al estar dentro me di cuenta que no limpian tanto como dicen.

• sharichane (1/5): Fraud - Nothing from my experience My experience was extremely poor. Access to the unit was completely blocked because the electronic lock had a dead battery. I was forced to wait on the street for over 30 minutes while attempting to contact the host. Crucially, repeated calls and messages to the owner went unanswered, demonstrating a critical failure in communication and basic property maintenance. The confirmed reservation was for a two-bedroom apartment, as explicitly advertised on the booking platform. However, the accommodation provided upon arrival was a single studio unit. Despite multiple attempts to contact the property management to clarify this material discrepancy and seek an immediate resolution, all communications were ignored.

• Jason (4/5): Not great. - Location was okay. Not too far but not close either. Cleanliness and serviceability. Place wasn’t as clean, alongside bathroom light was unserviceable, strong odour coming from bathroom and drains being unplugged resulting in the tenants having to put the drain back together. Tenants also had to buy a spray to eliminate the smell. Once owners were contacted they insisted we buy a light bulb to replace the bathroom light. Disappointing as tenants shouldn’t be spending their money to fix the property themselves regardless of reimbursement or not.
• Frederick (7/5): 10/10 experience, as long as you're not on the bottom floor - Free wifi, the projector was cool! Fridge was a decent size, washing machine worked (I had to turn on the water, knob above the door). Laundromat on the corner, a 2 minute walk, about ¥200 to dry a small load. The shower and bath were great. Nice that the toilet is in a separate room from the tub when you have a family. Utensils and pots were good. If you see a tamago pan, we left it there at the facility. I REALLY like that the trash was properly separated. If we had stayed in one of the upper apartments, this would have been a 10/10 experience. We stayed in the bottom floor, which includes a basement. No windows to see out. Also, there's a musty smell because the sub-basement has water in it. I wish there was a dryer. You're supposed to use the hangers and dry your clothes in the bathroom, but that's a little inconvenient when you have 3 people that need to bathe. While the WiFi worked great, there were no instructions on how to sign in, so I had to message the owner, who got back to us very quickly.

• Don (7/5): Good for sleeping. Bad for location. - I like that it is big. There are 2 floors. And we are located at the first level. There are other rooms in the building up to 3rd level. There's also a Lawson convenience store across the place. The bed is spacious and comfortable as well. There's a huge projector on the room where we can watch youtube or netflix. It's like a mini theater. I also liked that the bathroom is big compared to others Ive tried. I didnt like that I couldnt contact them in anyway. I tried email and whatsapp. It's my 7th vacation in Japan and this is the first time that I couldn't contact the property. There is no wifi instructions. We didnt have wifi for whole day. We had to look at very discreet area to finally see the wifi. SO FAR! The place is really far from the train stations and bus stations. We tried subway and Jr Lines and they are all so far. Again I travelled Japan 7th this time but this is like the worst location among all the accommodations Ive been too. The facilities are good but lacking. Only 1 toilet paper roll for 5 people for 7 days? Only 1 pan for cooking on stove.
