• Éva (7/5): Mi nem sokat voltunk a szálláson, aki szintén reggelire es vacsorára van csak otthon annak ajánlom - Közelben Lidl, Mcdonalds, pizzéria egyéb boltok sétatávra. Belváros 7perc autòval, gyalogosan kb.35-40perc. Viszonylag csendes környék. Az apartman földszinti autòval kb.az ajtòban meg lehet állni. Az apartman 2főnek kényelmes, tágas hálò, viszonylag kényelmes de puhább ágy. Fürdőben mosògép, törülköző Nagyon kedves a tulajdonos és a testvére is aki fogadott minket Tisztaság. Edények felületes elmosva, konyhai szekrényekben furcsa szag. Kanapé és minden mögött állt a por, a padlò látszòlag tiszta volt de nekem a zoknim 10perc után koszos lett. Első ránézésre tiszta minden, a fürdővel hálòval nem volt gond. Mi az első nap beáztunk a felettünk levő lakòtòl csepegett a víz a nappaliban egy műanyag tálat tettünk oda- azonnal kijöttek de számomra furán kezelték- elnézést kértek, azt mondták sosem volt ilyen, jò ez így kb.ennyi. Se egy üveg bor esetleg vagy az árban kompenzáciò. Utolsò nap sem jött oda a tulaj mikor adtuk vissza az apartmant, hogy akkor bármi reakciò legyen személyesen. Bookingon írta hogy elnézést és ennyi
• Marek (7/5): Not the best, not the worst - We enjoyed the parking, it was spacy and with easy access. We also liked that the supermarkets were in walking distance. Historical city centre took 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by car, so quite good. The closest beach (Cuvi beach, which I consider the best in Rovinj for families with kids) took also some 20 minutes walk, but there is quite spacy free parking nearby, so we preferred that option. Unfortunatelly, the shower was not very clean and floor in the appartment as well, quite dusty, there were places that looked like not cleaned for years (e.g. around sofa), we found glass pieces on the floor and even if I like spiders, I did not like to have them ten for that price :):) But it is true that 3 stars rated appartments have very often problem with cleanliness, especially in south European countries, at least this is our experience, but it does not mean that we will stay quiet, sorry for that :( Some pictures just for fun attached..

• Diane (10/5): Great apartment within easy walk of historical town. - Lovely, comfortable, well equipped apartment in quiet residential neighbourhood. An easy 15 minute walk into this beautiful historical town. Safe parking on driveway for our classic car. Good wifi. Five minute walk to 3 supermarkets. We had good communications with the niece of the owner who had excellent english. She gave us lots of information about the town, restaurants and bars. She also reccommended we go to the front by the sea for the sunset. Stunning! A bit more attention to cleaning regime needed.
