• Emma (6/5): Ok for short stay - Bed was comfy and the heater was good in the hall and bedroom. Shower very good. Kitchen had most things you need. Linen clean but had a lot of hairs on the bed and duvet. Toilet and kitchen wasn't that clean, the place in general tidy but a little dated.

• Una (4/5): - The bed was comfortable and linen clean and fresh. It was warm when the heat pump was on..There was a desk in the bedroom suitable for using a laptop. No off street parking, parking on street very limited. It would have been very challenging in a rainy day. There was no light in the entrance way so difficult to see the electronic numbers on the door code. The office chair at the bedroom desk was not adjustable so too low for me to use.The kitchen benches were covered with other people's food/vegetables, pots of cooked food, not clean. The stairs down to the bedrooms on the lower level were difficult with a large suitcase.The property seems unloved and needs refurbishing and to be thoroughly cleaned. The photo does not give an accurate impression of the property.

• Noora (7/5): Perus siisti ja edullinen majoitus - Edullinen ja perus siisti majoitus. Saimme sen mistä maksoimme. Sijainti oli toimiva, kun käytössämme oli auto. Talossa oli melko kylmä, mutta tämä on hyvin yleinen ongelma Uudessa-Seelannissa. Onneksi huoneessa oli kuitenkin pieni lämmitin. Iso miinus siitä, että talossa oli paikat palohälyttimille, mutta ne oli otettu pois käytöstä. Tämä lisäsi turvattomuuden tunnetta, koska paloturvallisuus kuuluu perusasioihin.

• Véronique (8/5): Chambre confortable et accueil de qualité - La chambre assez grande, la cuisine, salle de bains et WC au même étage. La gentillesse de notre hôte plein d'attentions. Le chauffage disponible car il faisait froid et humide. La machine a laver et un étendoir. Possible si l'on reste plus d'une nuit. La plante gênante dans la salle de bains. Les escaliers peu commodes pour une personne à mobilité réduite. La moquette et les tapis par dessus, une horreur, et je me suis pris les pieds dedans souvent. Vive le parquet, plus sain, non allergique...Cuisine un peu étroite. Et aussi la fermeture du WC qui ne fonctionne pas du tout.

• Lois (7/5): Suited our family needs and we enjoyed our stay. - Location,friendly host, all we needed. Sadly the kitchen was a little on the dirty side with crumbs on the bench etc. There were no top sheets which I know some countries don't use and certainly hoped the duvet covers were washed as well between guests. There was a cushion on the main bedroom that was filthy. We didn't realize there wasn't a comfy lounge but on this occasion didn't need as we weren't there long. The shower was very good.

• Lily (9/5): - Very homy cozy feel. Nice owners, it was pouring rain out and we were so cold it was great to get here. It was really calm, you didnt have to see much of the other guests even while sharing facilities like bathroom, toilet, kitchen. I guess getting inside with the code was a bit difficult, that may just be us though and when we called for help the owner came immediately and was very welcoming.

• Kristyna (6/5): Good value with uncomfortable bed - It was quite cheap. There was a nice view from the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was way too soft. If you share it with another person, whenever one person turns, the entire mattress wobbles. The dining room was not very clean, but that could be due to the other guests. It was difficult to lock the toilet.
• Melissa (5/5): Basic - It's quite a suburb of Dunedin Had to message the owners for everything. They didn't leave a key for the room. they didn't leave the wifi password. These are just things that should have been available, but they don't give you the information, so you're messaging for it instead of relaxing. The room was a lot smaller than the photos, and the walls paperthin. Someone was very noisy in the morning leaving and not very relaxing.

• Filip (8/5): - It was nice, clean place approx 10 minutes drive from Dunedin central for affordable price. Only thing I didn't like was noise. You can hear everything from other rooms and mostly from top floor of the house, so it seems like it's not that much privacy then.

• Breana (8/5): Throughly enjoyed, nice and clean, quiet area! - Very homley environment everything was spotless Just the car parking was a bit mucky, otherwise that was it.
• Vladimir (8/5): Nice place for overnight stay - Nice views, spacy room. Parking was easy on the street, high up on the hill so on a short walk you have magnificent views of the town. Has been cold when we have arrived as no one was staying and all heaters were off, but heated up withing an hour since we have started them. No one was there so the whole bottom floor was pretty cold when we have arrived, but it has heated up quickly. Facilities are a bit older, but if fine working order.

• Xiao (10/5): Very cozy and relaxing — definitely worth staying. - The place was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen was spacious, and the cookware and tableware were easy to use. The room was tidy and comfortable, with good heating and an extension cord provided. The staff were really friendly, and the view from the window was beautiful. The kitchen was a bit small, and the pots could use an upgrade as they weren’t very easy to use. The hallway near the bathroom area was a little dark since there was only one light.

The owners live above the rooms and i found them walking around up there and talking was very loud. The room smells damp, i would not stay here if you have asthma, allergies or misophonia. Bath is not available to use.
