- Barua (1/5): Warning: Total scam! Wrong address, substandard accommodation, broken amenities, and aggressive reception. Do not book, - Warning: Total scam! Wrong address, substandard accommodation, broken amenities, and aggressive reception. Do not book, you will waste time and money.
A scam, run away at all costs!
An experience worthy of a bad movie, except it was real... and at a high price.
Ghost address: We booked a specific address, we arrived... and there was a simple bar, no building, no entrance, nothing. A sympathetic waitress told us that "this happens often" and that it wasn't at number 30, but at number 38. We went there: no one there. At 2:50 p.m. (check-in scheduled for 3 p.m.), an email arrived sending us... to a third address even further away! A joke? No, just a nightmare beginning.
Rude and aggressive manager: When I asked her why the change and if it was the same apartment, she practically spit in my face: "What's the problem?" Not a word of apology, no explanation, nothing.
Deceptive accommodation: We had booked a large apartment with two closed bedrooms (two double beds + one single bed). We got... two double beds separated by a half-wall, one of which was in the living room. For her, adding a pillow to a double bed was enough for three adults. Shameful.
Broken equipment: Broken fan, unusable Wi-Fi (she must have gone somewhere to find another box), only one saucepan for five people, and when we asked for a second one, she looked at us as if we were asking for a gold bar.
Zero professionalism: No smile, no welcome, no answers to questions. Always glued to her phone, ignoring us.
Conclusion: This isn't just bad service, it's a complete SCAM. Last-minute change of address, accommodation that doesn't match the reservation at all, broken equipment, terrible reception... We're paying for a product that doesn't exist. Booking.com should remove this listing immediately.
Don't make the same mistake we did: RUN AWAY. Warning: Total scam! Wrong address, substandard accommodation, broken amenities, and aggressive reception. Do not book, you will waste time and money.

- Rothfuchs (1/5): Ein riesiger Scam! Achtung, Scammerin! Buchen Sie diese Unterkunft unter keinen Unständen.
- Deborah (1/5): Worst stay I have ever had on booking.com - The property was close to the train station Address on listing is incorrect which is a bad start. The place was dirty, one bed broken to pieces and had to sleep on the floor. Other bed had soiled sheets. Rags provided as towels after we requested towels. Then host didn’t respond again. Not cutlery, not even a tea spoon of knife. Broken full length window. And the area is in the middle of the red light district. We were kept awake all night as the noise went to 5 am. It sounded like they were in the room! Over all, a terrible place to stay on all levels.
- Clista (7/5): Affordable - Excellence Location . Near the train station Bathroom a bit cramp. Maybe replacing the bathtub with shower may help.
