David (9/5): - Modern and clean flat near tram stop (5 mins of walk) and shopping centre (7 min of walk). Well-equipped kitchen allows visitors to prepare drinks and foods. Would recommend staying there.

Vinh (10/5): - The staff is really kind and helpful, the room is spacious and comfy. The location is also really good as you are next to a supermarket and the tramway. You also have quite a few Bleu parking spaces in front of the bakery (paid parking spot for everyone, whites are for resident only) right next to it if you need.

Giannina (1/5): So far I don't know when they will send me the invoice that I asked for when I made my reservation. - So far I don't know when they will send me the invoice that I asked for when I made my reservation in April, my accommodation was until June 25 and I reasked the invoice one day before departure but as they don't have reception that's what the girl who gave me the keys told me, that they would send it to me later, so far nothing and now the girl tells me that I have to call another phone number, in conclusion I still have the problem of not having my invoice and not knowing when they will send it to me.
Stibbards (7/5): It was decent value for money but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again - Nice space for me and my partner, pretty apartment and nice fridge/freezer space The air con wasn’t working in the bedroom, so many mosquitoes made their way in the apartment, left with over 40 bites after 3 days, no tea towel in the kitchen to dry and spills or clean surfaces.
Fidan (1/5): The Worst Accomodation Experience We’ve Ever Had - Towels This was genuinely the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. We’re shocked it’s even listed on Booking.com. 1. UNHELPFUL STAFF + LIED ABOUT CHECK-IN When we booked, they confirmed a 1PM check-in. But when we asked them of this closer to the date, they refused. We were forced to wait around with our bags until 3PM, even though there was a reception area and the room was clearly large enough to store luggage. No flexibility, no hospitality — just cold and dismissive. 2. MOSQUITO INFESTATION FROM HELL The room was filled with mosquitoes — blood stains and dead bugs on the walls when we arrived. We never opened the windows or turned on the lights, but they kept appearing. Every night was a battle: killing mosquitoes at 2AM, again at 5AM, and barely getting any sleep. When they were biting all over, I had to cover everywhere except my head with windows shut and hot inside, and they have bitten my forehead which even ruined the trip more for me especially mentally. It was disgusting and genuinely stressful. This place is unfit for guests. We contacted the host — they ignored us, they have been completely dismissive. I attached the severity of some of the bites we got and the blood stains and the wall. 3. THIS IS A SENIOR CARE FACILITY The listing fails to mention that this is actually a senior housing facility. There were elderly people and children receiving treatment, and we were constantly stared at like we didn’t belong. It felt awkward, uncomfortable, and completely wrong for a tourist stay. We feel completely ripped off. For what we paid, this was a disgrace. We’ve reported the situation to Booking.com and are demanding compensation. Avoid at all costs — staying here ruined part of our trip. You couldn’t pay us to come back.

Lola (9/5): Good apartment well located - Apartment is very close to a mall, cafeterias and shops, and bed is really comfortable. Tram is just 5 mins walking distance and it takes only 12 mins to the center city. Communication was excellent and constant with the hosts. It was quite expensive for just one night, but guess anything in Firenze during the weekend is.

Accommodation was super clean, modern, fully equipped and in very quiet area, I highly recommend. Wished to have a coffee machine
