Automātiskos vārtus atver tikai pēc zvana īpašniekam. Ir kamera pie vārtiem. Jaukāk būtu netraucēt saimnieku katru reizi kad ir jāizbrauc vai jāiebrauc! Ir atvēršanas kodu atslēgas, ir VNS, utt.

Šeimininkas pasitikęs koridoriuje, maloniai paaiškino, kad įstaigoje svečiai vaikšto su šlepetėmis, avalynė paliekama batų lentynoje, kur visa krūva šlepečių. Virtuvėje viskas kas reikalinga, jausmas lyg namie. Nemokama kava. Nuotraukos neapspindi to, kaip iš tikrųjų viskas yra.

Il bagno comune, per le camere prive di bagno, è dotato di bidet. I bagni individuali nelle camere non hanno bidet. È scomodo fare la doccia dopo ogni uso del gabinetto.
