• Neville (10/5): Perfect Stay in Maspalomas, Clean, Comfortable & Ideally Located - This apartment is truly fantastic. It is located in an excellent area, with beautiful views and a particularly convenient position close to the dunes, shopping centres, supermarkets, and very frequent bus connections. Transport is easy and affordable, with regular routes to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the Faro de Maspalomas, and the airport. The apartment itself is perfect for a relaxing stay, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need and more. The balcony is a real highlight, ideal for enjoying peaceful mornings and evenings while overlooking the complex’s pool. The surroundings are very quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There is also plenty of linen provided, along with the convenience of a washing machine. Matteo was exceptional from the moment we booked. He kindly arranged airport pickup and was flexible enough to allow us a later check-out on our departure day, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely choose to stay here again, it will be our go-to place in Maspalomas. There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was perfect and it truly made our stay memorable.

• Denis (8/5): Petit logis pour séjour près des dunes. - L'accueil et les réponses rapides et courtoises du propriétaire. La chambre est grande et le lit très confortable. Pas d'insectes dans la cuisine 👏🏻. Les voisins et le personnel très agréables. Le canapé doit être changé, très inconfortable.

• Vito (8/5): Vacanze - Posizione comoda, vicino a una fermata dei taxi e ideale per chi desidera raggiungere facilmente le dune. Il Yumbo è a circa 15–20 minuti a piedi. Il proprietario è stato simpatico e gentile. Ci ha anche permesso di effettuare sia il check-in sia il check-out in orari tardivi. In camera sarebbe utile avere una tenda più spessa. Sono presenti oltre ai canali spagnoli diversi canali televisivi tedeschi, ma purtroppo nessuno italiano.

• GaryOB (10/5): - Great location, quiet bedroom at the rear of the complex, made for 7 nights great sleep. Overall a very comfortable apartment, very clean and secure. Great communication from the owner, who cares that you are having a good holiday.

L'appartamento posto all'interno di un parco si trova al quinto piano con ascensore. Ambienti puliti e curati. Casa ben ventilata ed ariosa a quasiasi ora del giorno. Presente tutto il necessario in cucina e nel bagno. La struttura si trova all'ingresso delle dune di Maspalomas, quindi posizione eccellente. Nei pressi ristoranti, supermarket e cento commerciale. Parcheggio sempre disponibile su strada.

• Gabor (4/5): Disappointing - Good location for the beach. The apartment didn't have air-conditioning and the bedroom only has two tiny windows. On warmer nights without a breeze it is impossible to sleep. On arrival I did not want to take the apartment due to the temperature and lack of air-conditioning but the owner refused to give a full refund. It also wasn't a see view apartment as it was advertised.
• Eduardo (10/5): fabulous stay - The apartment was very good, everything very clean, well located, for the beach and for the party places. It is a place where I would rent again if I returned to Maspalomas. And the deal with the owner of the apartment was fantastic, he was an Italian guy, very nice, he helped us with everything. Everything was perfect, but if I have to say something that could be improved, it would be the sofa bed. It is not uncomfortable, I say this from experience, I have slept a couple of nights in it, but I have found more comfortable sofas in other places. But even so, it is a place that I advise you to rent. I will come back for sure!
• David (10/5): We came, we enjoyed, oh we really enjoyed ourselves , and went home happy. - The locations was great for us, right next to where we wanted to be, and quiet at night, lots of good restaurants very near by, the apartment had everything we wanted and I’m sure we will one day return. The flight home was delayed.
