- Oleg (10/5): - Nice location with walking distance to any interesting points in Rome. At the same time place is quiet. No noise from the street or neighbours. All things for comfortable living are available inside. Some places for breakfast and dinner are close to property. Very good restaurant Masandro 5 meters from the entrance of the house. Flat is on the 4th floor, but lift is available, so no problems with luggage. In general property is very nice, looks clean, modern and comfortable for 4 people (like our family). Can recommend 100% for everybody. Contact person Mattia (Mr) is very kind and helpful. It would be good to have some kind of rag to wipe the floor (or some small handheld vacuum cleaner) if you live more than 2 days. Anyway some trash still gets brought in from the street.

Very helpful staff with ease of communication. Great place would book again. Nothin negative about this place. You do have to walk or book cab/Uber to most sights unless you enjoy walking like we do then it is no issues!!! We did on average 20k + steps per day!!! 😀
- Maria (9/5): Great choice in Rome - Awesome location in a quite neigborhood. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Great response from host. Perfect choice. I was inconvenienced by the airline by delaying my trip by one day. There was no flexibility to adjust the payment for the nights used only.
