• Crysty2813 (10/5): - Cazarea excelenta, camerele foarte Frumoase , mobilier foarte frumos. Nu sa făcut curățenie iîn camere timp de 3 nopți cat am stat, nu s-au schimbat prosoapele și lenjeria de pat. Balconul și camera plina de gărgărițe. Lipsa unui menu a la carte la restaurant, se putea servii doar, coaste porc, rulada pui și cocoșel, altceva nimic.

• Daniela (10/5): - Locatie minunata, din camera priveai muntele si auzeai susurul izvorului. Pensiunea noua, curata, camere cochete, aranjate cu bun gust. Receptioner dragut si saritor. Vom reveni cu drag! Ceva probleme au fost cu variatiile curentului electric, dar erau pe cale de rezolvare, deci va fi f bine si din acest punct de vedere

• elena miruna (5/5): Gresit - A căzut curentul seara, pâlpâia lumina in camera ca la discoteca, dupa ce am sesizat la receptie problema, au pus in functiune un generator care a functionat pana la 12 noaptea, cand s-a facut intuneric total. Apoi dimineata, s-a oprit complet apa calda si rece, cand faceam duș. Si ca sa fie penibilul complet, am eliberat camera pe niste bubuituri de muzica venite de la o boxa pusa in fata pensiunii. Deh..se pregateau oamenii de party-ul de Sfântă Mărie. Micul dejun l-am platit separat (50 lei), desi pretul camerei este piperat. Per total, nu isi merita stelele!! O fi design modern in camere, dar daca nu ai curent, apă si liniste, ai batut drumul degeaba pana acolo si ai aruncat si banii pe fereastra!

• Kateřina (6/5): Interiér krásný ale funkčnost a vybavenost velké nedostatky - Ubytování bylo moc hezké a čisté a zaměstnanci byli velmi milí a příjemní, děkujeme Připláceli jsme si za kuchyňku, která k našemu zklamání nebyla k vaření vůbec vybavená. Příbory se skládaly z jedné lžičky a třech vidliček, jedna vařečka, prkýnko a jeden hrnec, který ani na varnou desku nefungoval. To bylo vše, chyběla houbička, utěrka, varná konvice, další hrnec, cedník, zkrátka na vaření to tam vůbec nebylo. Po příjezdu nám nefungovala elektřina, lednice nefungovala, přehazovali nám apartmány, tam taky nic nefungovalo, z jiného apartmánu jsme si pak sami v ruce přenášeli aspoň nějaké nádobí a varnou konvici. Lednička stále nefungovala. Nefungovala televize v obývací části a proud teplé vody byl velice slabý. Zažádali jsme si o nějakou kompenzaci, protože to vážně nebyl příjezd, jaký jsme si přestavovali, ovšem nic se nekonalo.. (podotýkám že jsme si nikdy o nic neřekli a to máme hodně necestováno). Další den ráno se lednička rozjela, stejně jsme poté zjistili že problém s elektrickým napětím mají asi v celé budově. Pořád nám problikávaly světla, někdy ani nesvítily vůbec. Taky se nám stalo, že elektřina vypadla úplně a že nám netekla teplá voda, dvakrát jsme to museli jít hlásit, protože jsme se chtěli umýt. Po příjezdu jsem také povlékala druhé polštáře a peřinu, které byly umístěné ve skříni, nechápu proč nebyly povlečené, když normálně byly nachystané. Dále chyběla klimatizace, měli jsme na pokoji opravdu velké horko a když jsme chtěli vyvětrat, venku byl rozdělaný oheň, který šel cítit vevnitř ještě celou noc. V apartmánu není úklidová služba - což chápu, ale k dispozici nebyl ani smeták, vysavač, nic, aby si člověk mohl sám uklidit. V ložnici na jedné straně nesvítilo noční světlo, když jsem si chtěla číst, musela jsem si s manželem strany vyměnit. V koupelně nefungovala zásuvka, musela jsem si vlasy fénovat v kuchyni. Vím, že to jsou malé věci, ale když si člověk jede odpočinout, chce aby jeho pobyt byl pohodlný, ne se stresovat, jestli poteče voda, jestli si rozsvítí světlo anebo jestli všude nevypadne elektřina…

• Oleksii (10/5): Perfect choice! - We had a wonderful night at this cozy hotel near Avrig. Everything was perfect — clean, fresh, warm, and felt just like home. We especially loved the modern and stylish interior design — clearly put together with care. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel truly at ease. Beautiful location, peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended! Nothing, just want to stay there longer)

There was no way to leave the windows open since all of the window nets were broken. In addition, it seems like they don't have enough electricity voltage—every minute, there are flickering lights. Wonderful views of the mountains . The stay is not only comfortable but also gives a special feel. Special thanks to the hotel owners for their hospitality .🫶🏼
