Anonymous (8/5): Warm welcoming comfortable stay - I loved the customer service. I feel he also tried to make me and my friend feel very welcome by having a firestick and having a whole range of movies and films. I feel the quality of the flat is a home type of design to make everyone feel welcome and happy about the design just like a hotel. The only thing we did not like is it was cold and we could do get the window shut but other than that the flat and the customer service was very good.
