Important Information
• Early check-in depends on availability. If you plan to arrive before 7:00 AM, please book your stay from the previous night to guarantee a room.
• We do not allow guests with local IDs (from the same city as the hostel).
• To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we cannot accommodate guests under 18 years old, even if they are with guardians.
• Private rooms are designed for two guests only, and we’re unable to provide extra beds or mattress.
• Dorms are gender-specific (Mixed, Male-Only, or Female-Only). Please check carefully before booking, as we are unable to provide refunds for incorrect selections.
• Toiletries are not provided, so we kindly ask you to bring your own.
• We offer free Wi-Fi (up to 2GB per user per day). If you need more, additional data will be charged.
• Our café is open 24/7, so you’ll always have access to food and drinks. To keep things tidy, outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• We maintain a no-alcohol policy for the comfort and safety of all guests.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. All rooms, including dorms and private rooms, are strictly nonsmoking.
• Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise levels low during silent hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
• Parking is limited, so if you’re bringing a vehicle, please contact us in advance. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot take responsibility for vehicle safety or belongings left inside.
• Pets are welcome in private rooms only (and not in dorms) at a small charge of INR 500 + GST per pet per day (one pet per room). We kindly ask pet owners to take full responsibility for their pets.
• Heaters are available on request for private rooms to keep things cozy. Dorms, however, do not include heaters.
• For your convenience, lockers are available. Please use them to store valuables, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
• If you lose a locker key, a replacement fee of INR 500 + GST will apply.
• Many of our hostels use digital door locks that work with a smartphone app (iOS/Android). Please ensure you have a smartphone to access your room.
• We kindly ask guests to take care of hostel property. Any damages will be charged accordingly.
• To maintain a safe and respectful environment, unlawful activities such as gambling, drug use, and illegal trade are strictly prohibited. Guests found violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

The property is not well maintained, the bed headboard in private room is termite ridden. There is no door in washroom if private room. The room has a damp smell at all times. The property looks very different from what is advertised, it is not maintained. There is no no-smoking zone in the common area, which is a nightmare gor non smokers as the common area is always full of cigarette smell.

- Pragash (8/5): Very good - Bed was comfortable and AC switched on in night time. Drinking water can be refilled. Old building is still maintained nicely. Each dorm bed has own small fan and night light. Sleep disturbed in night time due to Mosquitoes.

- Pooja (4/5): average for a day stay with a group of friends but not good for solo travellers, family or couples. - location was okay and easy to find, alleppey beach was 15 minutes walk. no cafes were available right next to the hostel but near the beach. no cleanliness or maintenance at the hostel. i thought we will manage breakfast from the in-house cafe but our roommates told us their kitchen was very unhygienic so we dropped the idea and went to the cafe(recommended by the staff - Catamaron cafe) at the beach instead which was also a huge letdown.

- Apeksha (8/5): Very good - The room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit small. It would've been nice if there was a mirror outside the bathroom in the 8-bed female dorm. There is nothing bad about the property, just that it is too quiet for a backpacking hostel. It was almost empty during our stay but that could have been due to the off-season. The guy at the reception was friendly and helpful.

We booked a private room for 2 nights here by looking at photos on booking.com but it was a total disaster when we actually saw the room. 1) The toilet attached to the room didn''t have any door and had curtain instead. Also the wall between toilet and room had a big gap at the roof height causing mosquito problem. 2) With 2240 per day price we expect some basic amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. But we were provided with nothing. 3) Room was very small and suffocating. No windows. There was a gallery door but there were too many mosquitos on the other side 4) Room was small and no cupboard was provided. No table and chairs. All of the luggage was lying around on the floor. Absolutely not worth the price. This place might be good for solo travellers but very bad for couples. Definitely don't book the private rooms.

If u are planning to go alleppey then must stay there. The stuff behavior was very good. They arranged all the things. Room was clean. And the location was great. I just love the stay.😍

Bathroom is good. Common area is good for chats, meetings and social life. In a quiet leafy neighborhood, there are 1-2 shops nearby for basic stuff, and a local restaurant nearby for kerala food.
