• Anonymous (2/5): Bed bugs, was a studio - not 1-bedroom, no chairs, no table, nowhere to sit. Avoid! - This is a studio, NOT a 1-bedroom. There is only ONE sofa that becomes a bed. There is no second bed, no sofa, no chairs, no kitchen table, or anywhere else to sit, eat or do work. Plus, I woke up with what looked like bedbug bites on my body. The owner denied everything. I would not have stayed here if I had known the listing was so misleading on purpose. This is a studio, NOT a 1-bedroom. There is only ONE sofa that becomes a bed. There is no second bed, no sofa, no chairs, no kitchen table, or anywhere else to sit, eat or do work. Plus, I woke up with what looked like bedbug bites on my body. I would not have stayed here if I had known the listing was so misleading on purpose.
• Sebastian (4/5): Misleading and lacks some basic comforts, but overall the quality is good - The location is great, right next to the biggest mall and the main landmarks in Iasi. It's extremely handy that the location offers parking in such a busy area of the city. The apartment was also super clean, warm and well-maintained. Some reviews complained about the noise the neighbors make. While the soundproofing isn't great, the neighbors weren't that noisy when I stayed there. I didn't mind hearing some steps or muffled voices from time to time. The accommodation is advertised improperly on here. It is NOT an apartment; it does NOT have 1 bed and 1 sofabed; it does NOT have 1 living room and 1 bedroom. It is a studio with only one pull-out couch (the sofabed). It's also my fault that I didn't pay full attention to the pictures (I thought the bed was in a different room, but it is the same couch as in the first living room picture, only that the bed was made). So if you expect to travel with someone with whom you wouldn't share a bed, this isn't the stay for you. Further, it's a good place to sleep, shower and chill, but there's no table to eat or work on and no chair to sit on. So if you don't want to retract the couch for sitting on it, there's literally nowhere to sit and do laptop work or read or watch TV.
• Eiko (9/5): Good value to stay in Iaşi as single traveler! - It locates in just behind the huge mall at center of downtown. Most of the places for sightseeing places are reachable on foot. The room is big, enough equipments for short stay. The owner helped me to check in. I was struggling to open the entrance door, but he came in 5 mins and showed me. As I said, I was struggling at the entrance door. The building name is also different from provided address, it is written “K3”, not just “3”.

• Flavius (8/5): Very good - It's location near city center, the fact that it was dark and could sleep. The bathroom drain is clogged and water gathers up when taking a shower. Also the shower cabin is not properly isolated so if not careful, when taking a shower water spills over and everything gets wet.
• Bielikowski (6/5): Central in Iassi - It is a central location and convenient for shopping mall "Free parking on the street" is a joke. Lot of problems with parking, very busy area. One needs to look for something opposite side of the Lazar street (between the houses), but even there, plento of cars are parked at "no stopping" sign. Maybe it is normal in Iassi Not easy to find. Google shows wrong side of the building, it is much easier to locate if one knows that should look for "Cabinet Medicina Dentara" sign Flat smells of stale cigarettes. Probably smokers used to live here and smell stays The flat doesn't have any equipment - no chairs, no place to sit in, table too low to even try to eat, for tea making one has to use coffee machine, only 2 cups available. Tries to be fancy, but difficult to use

• Sasline (8/5): Really nice stay, confortable and close to all the amenities. Really modern and clean , confortable sofa bed. - Clean, smelled wonderful. Towel and bath mat at disposition. close to everything and easy to indicate for taxi. Plate and cutlery microwave and napkin at disposition. And self check out. No self check in, and the upstairs neighbors are make a lot of noise when walking. Also there is a stove but no pot or pan it would be great for next time to have some.
• Vitalii (9/5): Overall, it’s a good place from perspective of price and quality. - The place is fantastic, Palace of Culture 5-10 mins on foot from the apparent. Palace Mall is seen from the apartment window. To get there is enough just to cross the road. The owner is friendly and helpful. Good guy. The room has all what is needed for good and comfortable stay (clean towels, disposable slippers, hair dryer, the internet, and many many other home things like microwave, coffee, drinking water, etc. I have nothing to complain about. I would just recommend to install a key box. It’s a box where you may leave/get the key when you check in/check out.
