• Kulhavá (10/5): Přesto hodnotím pobyt velmi pozitivně, nebylo to nic, co by nám ubytování zkazilo :-) - Oaza klidu, přestože ubytování bylo ve městě, byl tam příjemný klid a jediné co jsme slyšeli, byl zpěv ptáků. Oceňujeme také bezplatný parking. Špatně odtékal dřez, baterie v koupelně stříkala a měli jsme málo toaletního papíru. V troubě dlouho neumyté plechy na pečení.

• Rastislav (10/5): - Beautiful art-nouveau villa in a garden full of flowers and birdsong, surrounded by early functionalist appartment buildings and a library. A true oasis in a capital city. The host is very friendly older lady. Thanks, we hope to come again!

• Danie Ann (7/5): I don’t think I would atay here again. - The location was good because I chose theproperty on that basis. The beds were terrible, uncomfortable mattresses. We both slept very poorly.

Le lenzuola e le coperte puzzano, hanno davvero un cattivo odore, ho fatto fatica ad usarle. Nel cassetto delle posate c’era polvere e sporco in modo disumano, erano inutilizzabili, infatti abbiamo usato alcune pentole (prima lavandole) e poi abbiamo mangiato con le mani.

• Katarzyna (5/5): Był by udany, gdyby nie instalacja ogrzewania wody - zimno i straszno! - To przestronne mieszkanie i mogę potwierdzić dobre rzeczy, które inni o nim napisali. 1. Gospodarze nie skontaktowali się z nami przed przyjazdem (wszystkie wiadomości przysyła automat) i nie spytali, jak nam pościelić, co miało przykrą konsekwencje: pościelili mi i znajomej, z którą przyjechałam, tylko jedno łóżko... poduszkę i kołdrę można przenieść, ale drugiego prześcieradła nie było, więc jedna z nas pierwszą noc musiała spać na łysym materacu (który nawet nie miał prawidłowego pokrowca); 2. BOILER, z którego późnym wieczorem zeszło ciśnienie. Brak ciepłej wody w kranie i w GRZEJNIKACH! W całym mieszkaniu szybko zrobiło się STRASZNIE zimno. Pan z infolinii poinstruował mnie, jak przywrócić ciśnienie, ale była to czynność wiążąca się z głośnym gwizdem, który obudził i przeraził koleżankę za ścianą. A co wieczór, nawet jeśli podbiłyśmy ciśnienie o 21:00, to już koło pierwszej w nocy znów było zero i mróz, i znów trzeba było podbijać, budząc wszystkich! Potem rano znowu, i po powrocie z miasta znowu... i jeszcze podstawiać miski, bo z boilera okresowo cieknie woda... Dopóki nie wymienią tego boilera na nowy, stanowczo odradzam nocowanie tam! Zimno i straszno, człowiek musi ciągle stać przy zaworze ciśnieniowym boilera zastanawiącając się, czy ten zaraz nie wybuchnie :/
• Ferencova (10/5): - Veľmi pekný byt, krásne zariadený nič mu nechýbalo, čistota a veľmi blízko centra. Za skupinu môžem povedať, že sme boli maximálne spokojný. Komunikácia veľmi ochotná a rýchla cez telefón nebol žiadny problém. Chcem sa poďakovať ešte raz za celú skupinu. Vrelo odporúčame všetkými 10 prstami 🤞🏼

• Elżbieta (9/5): Na kilkudniowy pobyt w Budapeszcie świetne miejsce. Wygodne i blisko atrakcji. - Położenie obiektu było świetne, darmowy parking, cisza i około 15 minut piechotą do najważniejszych atrakcji. Spora kuchnio- jadalnia i dwie oddzielne sypialnie. Duży stół w kuchni był fajny, bo można było pograć , ewentualnie mogłaby być sofa większa. Sztućce z małą pomocą odnaleźliśmy… Kwatera spokojna i bardzo ciepła. Żadnych problemów z ogrzewaniem nie mieliśmy i łóżko w małej sypialni też było w porządku. Bardzo pomocny personel, szybko odpowiadał na pytania. Małym mankamentem było to, że łazienka ma dwa wejścia, w żadnych drzwiach nie było zamka. Było to mało komfortowe ponieważ byliśmy w dwie pary i trzeba było meldować kiedy ktoś chce skorzystać z toalety..

• Köse (9/5): Kesinlikle öneririm, bahçe içinde, çok geniş, ferah bir daire gruplar için çok uygun. - konum mükemmel, hem şehrin içinde, heryere yürüme mesafesinde hem de sessiz sakin. etrafında ihtiyaçlar için geç saatlere kadar açık yerler var. Otopark çok önemli bir özellik. 2 odadan 2 ayrı girişi olan ortak banyo biraz kullanışsız. duş su kaçırdığı için biraz ortalık ıslanıyor.

• Amer (10/5): For sure I would choise this place again - The place is amazing it has a special vibe that can make your love it from the first day you enter there Everything was super clean Small thing I didn’t like is that I asked for more toilet papers but the answer was like “unfortunately we can't provide more” I needed to buy from out side Otherwise everything was perfect

• Adrian (9/5): Very nice place to stay while visiting Budapest - Near the center (15 minutes away, walking), free parking in the courtyard. Very quiet and peaceful. The bed from the small bedroom was broken.

• Stefan M. (8/5): - Locatia destul de buna fata de oras si parcul Normafa, curte destul de mare, parcare in interior. Camerele destul de spatioase, caldura suficienta. Dificil de accesat procedura de cazare dupa instructiunile primite, am ajuns pe intuneric, curtea nu era luminata, nici calea de acces prin gradina pana la intrare. Baia avea doua usi de acces dinspre cele doua camere, destul de ciudat daca sunt cazate mai multe persoane. Din bucatarie a lipsit cafetiera ce altfel aparea ca dotare precum si in poze. Dusul de la baie avea furtunul partial rupt si stropea apa pe la conectarea cu capul de dus.
• Aleksandar (10/5): - Excellent location In very quiet area of Budapest. Apartment is ideal for families. Public transport is about 300 m away and you don need a car.Parking is secured and free.
• Petr (9/5): "Rural" residence in the middle of a metropolis - We chose our accommodation based on the possibility of free parking, which was fulfilled (the car is in a private locked parking lot behind the fence). We expected a standard apartment, but in fact it is a separate flat with access from the garden of a villa hidden in the courtyard. An excellent secret place for lovers of romance, whose minor shortcomings in terms of older facilities can be forgiven. The peace and quiet and darkness of night evoked a rural residence rather than a house in the middle of a metropolis. It may be difficult for less skilled drivers to enter the inner parking area, but it is manageable. The shared bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms and cannot be locked, which may be a problem for some guests.

• Piotr (9/5): Stylowy apartament jak retro kamienica - Świetny apartament w stylu retro. Stylowe wykończenie. Dojście przez podwórze i piękny ogród. Miejsce na samochód wewnątrz podwórza. Trochę trąciło myszką

• Mitterwallner (7/5): Beautiful not practical - To reach the apartment, you have to pass a charming courtyard full of trees and flowers. You can not imagine being in a huge city. If you go in, you're astonished to see the antique furniture. Given the wonderful first impression, it's a shame to note that some of the basic equipment didn't work or even were missing. 1. The shower hose was broken 2. There were only a very tiny bath mat, we would have liked to find a towel bath mat 3. There was no plug for the drain in the kitchen 4. There was no dish drainer 5. There were no tea towels
• Marek (10/5): A quiet villa in a garden, private gated parking and an excellent public transport - Looking at this place from the sidewalk, it doesn't make much of an impression: a narrow driveway that ends with two garages in rather poor condition. But after passing through the passage by the garage, there is a beautiful, blooming old garden, and beyond that is a villa in the style of the thirties. There are couple apartments in the villa. We have been given one of them. We loved the meticulous decor of the thirties with a contemporary touch inside the apartment. A magical place. Driving the car into the driveway for the first time seemed to be a bit complicated. Open the gate with a secret code, run to the apartment, open it, find the car gate remote controller, run back to the gate, open the car gate, drive in, park, close the car gate. A boy-scout experience was very helpful. :-)
• George (9/5): Nice place, green garden, free parking lot - One of the advantages is the parking lot. Second: the self-check-in. Even though first, you need a code to enter the courtyard and then another code to open the locker where the key is - instructions were clear. But be prepared - you should do it quickly - there most likely will be no free spot to park the car on the street while you open the gates. The house is spacious. Just like in the photos. From the window, you see the green garden. The only "noise" is from the kindergarten adjacent. The heating was working, which was a pleasant surprise because it was already an early spring. Actually, the hot water comes from an electric flow boiler so there's no problem for our four pieces family (3 of which are girls :))) to take a bath one after another. The coffee machine didn't work :( Some of the chairs need repair. Once one of the neighbors parked his car "for a while" blocking the entrance of the parking. I was forced to "go around" and park on the street before deciding to call our host or not (because it was late at night). Fortunately, when I came back the car was gone.

• Irina (7/5): Good - The place had a unique delicate style, unusual structure, very comfortable beds. It was located in a beautiful garden. There was no shower gel, no shampoo, no tea, no coffee, which would help much after a long journey

Connecting to the WiFi was quite challenging, but with the help of the staff we managed in the end. Accommodation doesn't have a microwave; managed without it, but would be useful.

Near to public transport and grocery store. Very convenient to visit all the tourist places. Positive point is dedicated parking space for car. Host responsive for all queries. Night time also hot in Budapest what I miss a Fan or AC. I asked for Fn but it was not arranged.
• Rene (9/5): Perfect appartement! - It’s a nice location, close to public transport and with private parking. Excellent price/quality ratio. Very friendly and helpful host. Good kitchen and accessories. It was very hot inside, and outside were quite some mosquitoes.
